on Astronomy more than any other subject. Alaska one of the fews states that you can witnesses Aurora light. (Because of less population in Alaska)
Previous Schooling- Muggel school of 15 student taught under one roof.

Short tossed hair, sometimes cut but often just a couple inch long because of the constant weather in Akhiok.

Style:Because of the constant weather of Akhiok (25 to 54 °F -12 °C-) Jared most of the time wears warm attire. Faded blue jeans with layers of long-Johns, Collar or long sleeves shirt (layer as well) Old Boots that his great aunt bought him. Or regular tennis shoes (depending on the weather) Glamour life rarely exist here, most don't have to worry about what other people are wearing. Usually they are more worried about keeping warm and hoping that the fishermen made good use of today catch.

A Little Deeper
Personality:
Jared is well known to be the quiet kid in his classroom, however due to the captivity (in his hometown) everyone knows each other very well. Jared rarely had anything to hide. Most get along with him but respect his space, he's an inspired artist unlike most of his friends. Who would normally end up becoming fishermen, police officers or anything that can help their small town to survive. Half the time they take on more than two or three profession at a time.
Special Talents/Abilities:Jared is a skillful artist. He first got his inspiration while attending Orion Academy. (Auruor light had a lot to do with his inspiration. Because he knows Astronomy so much, that is where his strength lies. He can even be an Astronomer but that's not where he feels his future lies.
History:
Jared was born and raised in Akhiok, Alaska. His parents were to young to care for him. They had travel that part of Alaska just to have him and give him away to his great aunt Kirima "KoKo" Kanayurak. Jared was told years later his mother was Alaskan Indian while his father was American born. His great aunt Koko didn't mind having Jared, till this day Jared doesn't hold anything against them. Koko had taught him even at a young age not everything seems like it should be, she was a very loving aunt. While growing up Jared witness his aunt use magic from the very first day she welcome Jared to her home. Koko was the only witch in the family, but natural instincts told Koko that Jared was a wizard as well.
Sure enough she was right, it happen around his tenth birthday. His magic ability had sprung early when he was floating one day, trying to get a can from the highest cabinet in his home. He was about to prepare dinner with Koko when he started to just float around. Koko was hysterical, just watching her son float around in mid-air. She shouted up in glee, "Oh my son!" she gasped. It was a very memorial day.
That's when he stop going to his 16 students muggel school. Koko did not want to send Jared faraway, so she was taken back when an academy existed not to faraway from their home. Jared was sent to Orion academy, it was a lot like home but his teaching had a lot to do with Astronomy. His friends were mostly darker than Jared, but unlike any other school everyone got along with each other. If there was anything to fight about, it would
either be about some muggel sports bets or some kinda dislikes for whatever reason it was naturally settle days later. Alaskan took advantage of life and didn't argue over bloodline, they were more civilized than most.
In his earliest years in his Academy, he met a few transfer. They were like the popular ones in school. They didn't last long because a tourist rarely stay in Alaskan conditions. Jared still kept in touch with a few that has already gone and left. However to send an owl took a lot more trouble than anyone in the wizaring world. Jared had to use regular postage, when it came to writing to anyone. It was a hassle after a while.
Years gone by and Jared finally found his inspiration in life. He was looking through a muggel arts book in his first years at Orion, he couldn't believe at what he witness. Before he attended school he did his regular basic drawing but after a while he started to sculp and paint huge portrait of anything that inspires him. His greatest piece would be the great Auruor light. He was acknowledge by his talent but what was a artist to do when he went back home. Unfortunately being an artist didn't bring in money for him and his mom to live off. Even with magic, its against -2BC-
After Orion academy Jared went back with his mother/great aunt Koko.
