It Will Rain

[Cosette Mayfair]

Dark silhouettes of unidentifiable objects surrounded Cosette, making her feel as though she was trapped within a dark invisible cage. Gripping at her biceps she tried to quickly move past the entrance to the ominous forest. It was the only place she had in mind, a place where no one can see her other than some creatures of course. She felt she needed to be comforted by someone, but she knew she had no one left. The day was slightly overcast and how she wish it would rain soon. It had been fairly cloudy with several gaps within the puffy clumps of water vapor. In a minute or less she found an old tree deep in the forest, the puff decided to settle in and leaned against it. Seeing she was surrounded by big trees,old and moldy. Then noticing her black heels covered with dirt, it would be odd to see a girl wandering into the forest wearing such shoes. Cosette didn't cared, nor did she even bother to think straight anymore. Everything seem to be a mess right now, hearing her new found love was just a fraud. That he boyfriend kissed someone else, and that he might be falling for that girl too. It didn't made sense to her, was she not that beautiful? Was she too shy or is it just not meant to be. Questions circling her head, making it so hard to understand for her. Even her body followed her feelings, her skin and lips pale and her losing it's glow. As for her eyes changed into this sad black color, it had taken over her.

Cosette's knees began to weaken, slowly bending on it's own as she didn't even notice by now that she was sitting on the ground. Her legs almost covered in soil, heels that was about to break. In addition to that her heart broken, it was her first heartbreak. Never did she expect it to be painful, as if someone was ripping her heart apart. Slowly her eyes began to fill some tears, it continued to fall across her chest. Non-stop it began to fall and with that the beautiful damsel was now in distress. She continued to cry and cry, losing her energy every minute. By now she looked horrible and she didn't cared anymore. It had become much darker than it had been some half hour ago and she soon found herself dripping wet from the rain and from her tears. Cosette looked at the sky, somehow thanking the sky for crying with her as well. Still she continued to cry out of pain, now lying on the muddy ground. Yelping alone in the dark forest, hating herself and most of all hating Dymetris. Her left hand covering her eyes, not sure when will she stay like this. "Il fait mal tellement" she whimpered in French. The puff continued to cry, there was no specific time to move one but for now Cosette stayed there defenseless and broken.​

 

[Raffaelo Menzure]

Walking along the corridors, Raffaelo wondered if he should still join next years Quidditch team. Then again it was the only thing he had left for him to stay here in Hogwarts, other than that it would be his last year next year. So probably make the best as he could, the Hufflepuff decided to wander around in order to take some things off his mind. Things like his father and even now his mother who didn't mind to ask if he is still alive. She wasn't the mother he had expected to be, since the accident with his brother Damien everything seems to be different. Everybody pushed him away from the family, including his filthy sisters. They should be the one thrown away not him, the fact that one of them got pregnant at a young age. Seriously, his life was getting messier and messier each day. He was even skipping classes just the sake to fail them, when he could get high marks. But that was Raffaelo, he didn't cared and ignored the people around him. He wasn't him anymore, still there was still some kindness left inside of the boy.

As he was looking from a far, Raffaelo wondered what the Forbidden Forest looked by now. It's been a while since he got a chance to visit the place, with that in mind Raffaelo began to approach the forest. Hands on his pockets, and his hoodie warming his body. He walked deeper and deeper into the forest, not caring is someone would appear in front of him. After all he was a wizard in some content, and his wand was with him all the time. A droplet of water started to bother him, then followed by more and more. "Sh!t" he hissed and ran in impulse. Leading him in the center of the forest, the boy got his hood and wore it. Still it was useless, stopping by a big tree he heard something unusual. It was like a moaning sound but more like crying, a creature crying?" he wondered. Raffaelo followed the the sound, leading him to a bigger tree. As he was about to leave when the crying stopped, the sound returned. He begun to be curious and in a couple of seconds he saw a girl lying on the mud, crying. It looked so pitiful, the Hufflepuff just couldn't leave her in this dangerous forest. "Hey Miss?" he stated but saw the girl not moving. Which he decided to poke her slowly, "Miss!" now louder. Raffelo waited for the stranger response, and slowly he tried to approach her nearer and nearer for a closer look.

Cosette watched her tears dripping down her face, though she wasn't sure if it was her tears. As the rain started to pour it's massive downfall, she slowly moved her legs that was about to numb. From what it seems, the whole scenario is dramatic. The puff just couldn't bear the pain she was feeling, she wasn't like anybody else could easily forget things. She instantly froze when she was heard a voice coming near her, still she didn't mind to move. Until she kept hearing the voice once again, only this time he was somehow shouting. Cosette recognized the voice to be a boy, though who would be here in this time. Never did she thought that a student would find her here. "Uhh." she replied still lying on the ground, she couldn't feel her legs anymore. Other than that she was too weak to respond to him, Cosette slowly opened her eyes but all she could see was a shadow of a boy.

Her heart began to race, feeling she was no longer safe at this point. Of course he was a boy and boys cannot be trusted. But slowly her body started to give up, and then in an instant her whole body also gave. Her vision began to blur and she now she remained restless. Cosette now fainted, in her mind she wished that the boy who saw her isn't a bad person by any chance. Most of all she wished it wasn't Dymetris or any of her friends. Cosette didn't want any one she knew to see her like this, all seems to stir in and the Mayfair passed out.

The girl wasn't moving any further, which made the puff worry if she was still alive. Without hesistating he approached her, noticing she coulnd't moved. Covereed in mudd and dirt, there was only one thing to do. Isolate her, but as he was about to ask her again. The girl passed out, which made Raffaelo really worried. As the rain began to pour hardest, it was best to stay for a couple of minutes. He didn't wanted to slip along with her, so he pulled the girl aside. Getnly, he placed her under the tree. Somewhere they could get some shade, then swept her hair away from her face. She looked incredibly beautiful, Raffaelo couldn't help to gaze at her more. How could such a lovely girl be here alone and covered in mud. Then she saw her closed eyes, noticing she was crying. Stroking her cheek, Raffaelo waited for the rain to light down.

And in a couple of minutes it did, he lifted the girl. Slowly standing up, making sure she was safe in his arms. He then began to walk outside of the forest, though it was getting a bit dark. "Lumos." he stated, making his wand light up. It was hard balancing everything, the girl and his wand. But he managed to carry her away from the Forrest, them ending up at the entrance of the forest. He didn't knew where to take her, possibly the Hospital Wing. Then again she wasn't inured by any chance, so he decided to wake her up. But before doing so, she checked if the girl had any wound. After minutes of searching he found none, her legs were long and smooth. His hormones started to wake, but he shook his head in disagreement. Staring at her once more, he placed her on the ground full of grass. And with that the rain stopped, Raffaelo looked at the clouds still gloomy. He tried to wipe the dirt of her with the use of his handkerchief and covering her tempting legs with his hoodie.

It had been long since Cosette passed out, she was in a complete black-out. Everything seems so dark, of course as her eyes were closed after all. But it was darker and deeper, half of her body was paralyzed. Though as she was passed out, she could still hear some strange noises around her. Cosette wasn't sure what it was but she didn't had the strength to defend herself. It was always that way, her being the weakest among the others. But this one was different of course, slowly she could her sense returning. She could feel her arms and her legs in pain, somehow a person was carrying her or something near to that. The last thing she remembered seeing was a figure of a boy, a stranger then a again a student. She had no idea who it was but she knew that somehow she was safe in his arms or was she? As she picked up some ounce of energy, Cosette slowly opened her eyes, not wide enough to see who it was. Sensing she was in a grassy area, as her arms could feel it's sharpness though wetness.

The puff looked up and saw a boy staring at her legs, was she even injured? Her legs was numb an painless, she didn't even had the chance to even move it. Once she got a clear view of the boy, she began to reach out for his face. It took her a lot of will and energy to do so, but she manged to reach for the boys face. He was wet just like her, the cold weather and the rain mended with each other. Slowly she tried to utter a single word, "Thanks" she said in a weak voice. She tired to move her body to the side, making it easier to breath. Everything seems to be so hard, her legs numb and now voiceless. She didn't even felt the cold wind rushing through her whole body anymore, she was too numb. How she wish she could just return to her dorm immediately.
