Meredith was stressed out, she was sure that she was carrying Lewis's baby not Ben's. She walk toward Lewis's flat and took a deep breath before knocking on the door. "Get out" She yelled, she couldn't control her self. She lost her temper which was rare. She didn't know what to tell Ben about this, she was hoping that he still love her after what she did. It was fatal and there was no turning back.

It was 1 in the morning and it was quite cold. Meredith knocked on the door louder "Lewis!" She yelled hoping that he was home. If he wasn't she would probably kick on the door and start resting in the empty flat of his. "Please" She said softly as she rested her forehead on the door hoping that he would open the door. She placed her right hand on her tummy and start rubbing it "Stupid baby" She muttered.
 
Lewis had been asleep in his bed when he heard the door go. He ignored it at first in the vain hope who ever it was would go away. He groaned as it persisted and he heard a girls voice. It sounded familiar but he couldnt place it. rubbing his face he got out of bed and headed for the door in his boxers. He was too lazy and tired at the moment to actually get dress.

Opening the door he recognised the girl as someone he had slept with a few weeks ago. He sighed heavily and tiredly. "Hello. What can i help you with." He said sleepily as he moved out of the way to let her in, she didnt look to happy so he thought she may want to sit down.
 
Meredith pushed Lewis to the side as she enter the flat, she didn't care about being polite. "I'm pregnant and it's your baby" He said clearly. She wasn't proud of it but she had to tell him. "I'm done now" She said while crossing her arms trying to see if Lewis's reaction. Most people would freak out, and Meredith did too since she was in love with this lad and she couldn't imagine telling him about the news.
 
Lewis looked at her, wide eyed. Did he hear her right. She was pregnant with his baby. There was no way she could be, he wouldnt believe it. "What that can't be true. How do you know its mine, have you been with anyone else since then because you know it could be theres." He said trying to see reason and see if there was any hope that it wasnt his. Lewis couldnt be a dad, not yet. Even less so with a girl he doesnt even know.
 
Meredith did sleep with several other guys but she was sure that she was carrying Lewis's baby not Ben's. "I know coz I knew I was pregnant when I did it with another guy" She lean on the cold wall as she crossed her arms and stare at him. "What are we going to do?" She said softly, Meredith had never been scared. She wasn't afraid of Ben but the baby. She wasn't going to kill the baby but she couldn't raise one. She couldn't even control her own life, it was a mess and babies would make it worse.
 
Lewis panicked, he couldn't be a dad. He was in the prime of his life and definitely didn't want to be tied down by a stupid child. "Yeah, well, It's not mine." He quickly thought of an excuse, he knew it was probably his but he would convince her otherwise. There was no way he was going to take responsibility for this kid. "I... I... I can't have kids!" He ended up blurting out. He thought it might be best to elaborate, even if it was a lie, to make it more believable. "My area was crushed when I was younger so, yeah, I can't have kids." He shrugged.
 
Meredith rolled her eyes, he was obviously trying to make an excuse. "Don't try to fool me like a 4 years old!" She spatted as she took a wand out of her pocket and pointed it to him as she pushed it a little harder. She wasn't trying to hurt him but she didn't want him to take it easily. "Either you like it or not, the baby is ours" She put her and back to her pocket as she massage her head. She was having a massive headache, she didn't want to carry it she wanted to kill the baby so bad but she didn't have the heart to do that.
 
Lewis shook his head. He refused to believe it was his child. "Its not mine. Im not fertile. I have a low sperm count. The chances of it being mine are very low. How do you not know it was someone's before me. Its more of a possibility." He said sitting down and looking at her. "Its not mine and get your wand away its not helping matters." He said sighing and putting his head in his hands
 
Meredith was getting frustrated after seeing Lewis's reaction "for the love of Merlin Lewis, it's yours!" She didn't care if he wasn't fertile or if he was fertile, she was sure that the baby was his. "I did do something with another guy but I knew that I was pregnant at that time! The chance could be very low but there's still a chance" She didn't know what to say.
 
Lewis shook his head again. He wasnt about to take on board a kid, he couldnt handle it, not with his new job that took all of his time and more. "Meridith i dont have time for a kid. Now im an Auror that takes up all my time and energy. If its mine they yeah il help when you need it but why do you need me to know. We spent one night together and now your telling me that we are going to be connected to each other through another living thing." Lewis said quickly and standing back up again as he began to pace around the room. He needed to think and he had work in a few hours, great this was just what he needed
 
Meredith threw her hand to the side. "It's not all about you! If you were in my position then you'll know how I feel! I don't even want a baby especially not from you!" She yelled and lie down on the couch as she rub on her belly. "It was one night but I'm having a baby. What do we do? Kill it?" She said softly as she stare on the ceiling started to think about the baby. She couldn't have it, she couldn't even manage her life, a baby would make it worse.
 
Lewis glared at her, he couldnt believe what he was hearing. What did this girl think of him, that e just didnt care and would probably want her to kill the thing. He may not have wanted it but he didnt care really what she did with it. "Oh yeah boo hoo your the one carrying the baby. Well news flash you were the one ho came onto me not the other way around. I could have been content with just taking to you but no you wanted more. Dont pin all this on me because guess what, it takes two to make a baby." He spat back at her. Why was he so uptight about this, she haad a man in her life now he could look after the dam thing why was she telling him. "Dont you have a boy friend that can look after the thing. You dont have to come to me, wake me up at a stupid time and start yelling at me because your slutty ways have finally caught up with you. Im going to get a drink and if your not out of my house when i get back im going to throw you out, pregnant or not." He said as he walked out of the room and into the kitchen. He couldnt deal with this at the moment.
 
Meredith was slightly surprised that Lewis would yell at her like that. She boiled in anger as she stood up and walk toward him and slapped him in the face. "You do not talk like that to me!" She may be a woman but she was strong enough and she could always use magic. "Dont F****ing blame be coz it wasn't all my fault! If you didn't take me to this stupid flat of yours, then I wont have this! And yeah! I have a boyfriend and what should I tell him? Ohhh Darling I'm having Lewis's baby" She yelled, she couldn't handle him. "And you know what?" She took her coat and put it on and walk toward the door "You're heartless" She spatted before leaving the flat. She had never been in these kind of situation before and she didn't know why this happen.
 
Lewis scowled at her as she began to shout at him and slap him. It didnt hurt him that much, like being hit by a child. He let it drop and watched her leave. He shook his head and sighed, there was no way he was going to get to sleep now. Stupid girl. Why did she have to tell me about this he thought sourly to himself. Now what was he going to do. She certainly had bad timing, if she had told him about this when he was actually more awake then he would have handled it better but no she woe him up to tell him. With a sigh he decided he would just go for a run to clear his head so he went upstairs and stuck some shorts and a top on headed out for a jog
