Sara breathed in the fresh air, so far everything her older siblings had told her was true. She could not have imagined how grand the castle was and everything was still overwhelming but she'd get used to it with time. Sara walked across the lawn, enjoying the peaceful time before lessons started. She couldn't wait, though at the same time she wanted to explore as much as she could because she liked knowing what was where. It was useful. Still soaking everything in, the eleven year old settled down on the grass and lay on her back, watching students, some in her year group and some older hanging around. She smiled. As long as she did not have to befriend prejudiced pures, she was all good.

Elijah was loving Hogwarts so far. It was very different, and extremely stressful, but he was learning so much and there was so much that he would continue to learn. He smiled to himself, and walked out onto the Great Lawn. Spotting another person on the Great Lawn, he approached them and, hoping it would be okay, sat down next to her. "Hey! I'm Elijah!" He said with a smile. Maybe he'd make a new friend today.

As soon as Sara felt someone sit next to her, she turned to them hoping it wasn't an older student and when she found out it wasn't, she smiled. "Hello Elijah, nice to meet you I'm Sara," her Italian accent slightly there still. She hadn't quite lost it yet. "Isn't it amazing?" She asked him, gesturing around her. "Everything is so big." The girl would be surprised if she got to know the school much quicker than her brother Leo, though it would be an awesome thing to achieve. He always explored which meant he constantly found new places and secret hideouts. She wanted to do the same. "What house are you in?" Sara asked Elijah, the smile still on her face.

Elijah smiled as the girl seemed to feel relaxed as he sat down next to her. Sometimes people could really be jerks about people sitting by them, and he didn't understand why. Everyone needed friends at the end of the day. "Nice to meet you Sara!" He said with a grin. Laughing at her next statement, the look on his face softened. "It certainly is a large castle, there's so much to see!" He told her. Elijah had snuck up one of the towers at night before, and the view up there had been amazing. "I'm a Ravenclaw!" He said, answering her next question. "How about you?' He asked.

Elijah's grin was contagious. "There is so much to see here it is refreshing," she nodded with a big grin on her face. She loved it already. It was stunning to have the opportunity to be in such a place. Not just to be here, but to go to school here. Sara basically lived here now and she preferred it to her small house - no offence to her parents of course. But who wouldn't prefer to be here? "I'm in Slytherin," she smiled at him hoping he was able to see that the stereotypes her brother had believed weren't all true. Sara was pretty sure that there were people in her house who weren't jerks. "My head of house is pretty scary though," she shuddered at the thought of him. He was intimidating and she had to get used to that. "So far...the people are nice." She looked at him and grinned, unable to help showing her cheerful side.
