Lilyanna didn't like school. She loved the classes and learning about new things, but when it came to having to spend time with other people she wasn't really good at it. There weren't many places in the castle where she was able to spend time with herself and so most of the time she was left wandering around hoping that a random place would just appear out of nowhere that no one else knew about. She had heard that there was a room like that somewhere but in order to find it you needed to explore and Lilyanna was definitely not the type of person to do that. Exploring always lead to danger and the third year was not going to risk it just to look for a single room.
Lilyanna's wandering had eventually led her to the student lounge where luckily no one was about. The girl wearily stepped inside, closing the door behind her, and sat down on the rug in front of the fire. Even though it was only Autumn, the fire was always on and just sitting and watching it had quite intrigued the Slytherin. She watched as the flames swayed, flicking this way and that, crackling as they burnt the dry wood. The Slytherin was mesmerised by it and so this was her temporary distraction until she had to leave to go to class again in hopes that no one would find her in there.
