Event: Potter Wedding (please note this is the second wedding however the first one was on Christmas Eve and in Secrete so only if you were at that wedding should you know about it XD)
Time: 1500
Date: August 24th 2024
Place: Obsidian Harbor: the Docks with the ocean in front and the beach in the background.

The Beach that surrounded Obsidian Harbor looked more different then it ever had, after months of preparations the wedding ceremony was about to commence. The wizarding world would finally know the secrete that James, Kiera and few others knew about, but only after the day was over and the second wedding for James Potter and Kiera Kingsley was finished. It was cold out yet many spells had been placed over the harbor as large crystal pillars lined one of the docks that had been magically stretched so that it could easily have fit inside two cathedrals. Crystal walls stood between the pillars releasing heat so that even though it was cold outside, inside it was nice and comfortable. Above a very large crystal dome circulated with engraved pictures sprinkled snow and light shining brilliant colors down onto the people as though the dock had been transformed into the Auror Boreas the snow itself vanished before it even reached the ground leaving only light. The pictures on the dome were of James and Kiera standing at the aisle, kissing, walking and holding hands and many more happy moments meant to show off the happy times they were going to have together.

A large white carpet had been laid over the dock as several pews were lined up so that a thousand people could be seated easily. Thew pews themselves were white with crystal furnishings over them in the shape of flowers, though they had also had a cushioning charm placed over them so that everyone would enjoy themselves and not be disturbed by the the crystal flowers. At the very tip of the Docks was a large crystal Arch Way with sparkles seemingly sprinkling down, Standing there were James Sirius Potter and the Minister that would be performing the Wedding, Kingsley Shacklebolt an old family friend. The pillars began to rotate and as they did music began to play as vine engravings appeared on the crystal and musical notes began flowing downwards towards the water below. The wedding was about to begin and the people were beginning to take their seats with the front two pews reserved for both the Potter family and the Kingsley family who were already seated.

Harry knew this day was coming as he sat in the front pews next to his wife, it was odd that they should see their son married twice even if the first had been in secrete. Harry looked at Ginny and smiled she seemed to be on the verge of tears just like the last time "It's alright, he's already married remember" Harry said with a smile as Ron and Hermione came towards them with their children in tow. It seemed like yesterday they were all in school and then having weddings of their own and yet now the next generation was doing the same. It was one of those occasions that brought great joy and sadness as you remembered those that could not be here to enjoy such good times. Harry had enjoyed the opportunity to get out of London and see a whole new country and he was sure that Ron and the rest were just as interested as well.

Hagrid traveled throughout the sea of people bumping and moving with a great handkerchief in hand as he apologized several times before finally giving up and sitting down in the fifth row causing the entire bench to crack slightly under his weight, a few of the people seemed apprehensive about sitting next to him though he was sure it was about his size. Hagrid chuckled as he thought about how they would've felt if his little brother had been able to come, though that wasn't possible since Giants were still regarded as dangerous even if Hagrid knew that not to be true...mostly. Hagrid looked up across the pews and saw the Harry and the rest of the Gang that he had known since they were wee little ones "Hello HARRY!" Hagrid called out getting a few looks from some of the other people "Whatta you Lookin AT?" Hagrid said puffing up slightly as a few of the people scurried along.

Kingsley stood at the alter beneath the Archway that would lead James Potter and Kiera Kingsley together in their new lives, he had been greatly honored to have been asked to proceed over the wedding but even he had to admit the turnout was quite larger then expected. It seemed as though anyone who was important or knew the families had shown up, Kingsley was surprised that no Aurors were around considering that this would be a Death Eater's goldmine should they wish to cause fear and panic, perhaps they really had settled down some since the his defeat. "So Mr.Potter are you ready for your big moment?" Kingsley asked with a chuckle as he patted James on the shoulder "I've known you since you were just a little baby and here you are about to be married, can't say I'm surprised about the public display though... you always did have a certain finesse with crowds" Kingsley said with another hearty chuckle.

Caysi walked with Seamus at her side, Caysi was excited to see her best friend get married today. She looked at how the harbour was set up so beautifully. Seamus asked if they should go and say hi, but Caysi said that they were busy and she didn't want to intterupt James on his big important day with Kiera. Caysi took a seat somewhat near the back with her father. Daniel couldn't make it because he was in Australia at the moment, but he did sent his best wishes. Caysi looked around and made small talk with her father.

Seamus sighed, he remembered Harry Potter from when he was back in school. But was he going to be here today so that Seamus could say hi? He didn't know, but he was going to his daughter's best friends' wedding. He was excited, he loved weddings. " Should we go talk to them?" He asked his daughter but she said no and that they must be busy, which is true. Seamus remembered his wedding, and now his daughter was soon getting married. She was going to be the first one of the Finnigan children to get married. He didn't know any plans yet but he was excited for his daughter. He continued talking with his daughter.

Alex had thought long and hard about the question of if he was coming or not. On one hand, was his heart and his stupid problems seeing James on her arm instead of him but on the other, his brain with it rationality, telling him he lost fair and square and should at least make an appearance for Kiera's sake. Like he promised to do.
Which was why he was now stuck against the wall of a shop facing the whole wedding scene in front of him. He had not yet gathered up the courage to step into that wedding. It was bad enough admit to the fact that she loved him now. He glanced down at what he was wearing. It wasn't really the most smartest thing, just a pale blue checked shirt with a pair of dark blue jeans but he didn't care.
If Kiera was speaking the truth that day in the common room, she would only care if he actually turned up. He sighed, running his hand through his hair. He had a good clear view of the ceremony and a wave of envy crashed onto him as he saw James, and his gaze full of happiness as he saw down the aisle.

Cyndi was thrilled to be attending the second wedding of her best friend, Kiera, and her former classmate, James. She had been honored to have been invited to the first wedding, which was mostly for family and close friends. This wedding was more obviously a public affair. The decorations, pictures and overall atmosphere screamed that a wedding was about to take place. It was all so gorgeous that for a moment Cyndi stood taking in everything.

Finally stepping toward the row of seats, Cyndi looked up to the front and saw that James was already waiting there with the minister. She gave him a smile and then took her seat, waiting for her other friends to arrive.

It took a lot of debating and arguments with himself when Link finally decided what the hell with it, screw it. Might as well attend, and regret not going later on. Besides there was bond for something dramatic to happen, a little entertainment wouldn't hurt this evening he thought, already dress in something suitable for the occasion, course he wasn't going alone. Link had set up for someone to meet him there, someone so unpredictable. His selection was wise though, as he arrived just outside the settings smoking a fag before he made his way in. He wasn't going to make his entrance yet, first he had to wait for his lovely companion to arrive, and of course his grey iris fell upon the blonde haired boy that was watching from the outside. Instantly the boy looked familiar for he had been in a dream once, the one he had cause such massive chaos. Link shooked his head, reading his expression clearly, "Pitiful.." he muttered, loud enough for him to hear hoping to grasp his attention.

Aaliyah wasn't one for dressing up, but she'd made a special effort in her red dress as she knew it would mean alot. She didn't know the groom, and she'd only spoken to the bride once, but she had been asked to attend as a date. She made her way over to the entrance and found Link outside, "Hey," she gave him a small smile. She still didn't know why he'd picked her, out of all the girls he could have chosen, but she'd accepted. It only occured to her now she had no idea what to say. She continued to smile at him, "Shall we?" she asked.

Technically this was the second time that Kat had seen Kiera get married...to the same man of course. The first had been in the Summer over the Christmas holidays, but the union between her friend and James Pooter that time had been a complete secret to most everyone. This time they were being joined together in a public service.

Kat had spent days picking out the perfect outfit for her friends wedding. It was simple yet slightly elegant enough for a wedding. Hand in hand with the most wonderful guy on the planet she grinned. Chace was originally supposed to have attended the function with Kiera's sister...she knew that because she had helped plan the guest list, but a few months before things had changed and now Kat was with the Slytherin who held her heart. She squeezed his hand lightly as they found their seats and waited for the ceremony to begin.

"We shall." Link smiled at Aaliyah, currently she was one of the coven active member, and Val best friend. Checking her out quickly, as he certainly approved of what she was wearing, Link snaked his arms around her waist, walking inside, to lead them directly to their seat. He wasn't sure how long he would be staying, but for now he was going to behave at least for Aaliyah sake. They sat near the back, his smile played so false, but inside he was greatful to have Aaliyah at his side. Maybe later they could have a little ceremony for themselves.

Ravyn couldn't help but smile as she walked under the crystal dome it's light shining down on her, It was truly a beautiful sight Ravyn thought with a smile. She was wearing a Silver Dress with a white hand bag and for a moment felt as though she had walked into a dream. Ravyn was surrounded by many different people and wondered if James and Kiera actually knew all of these people, it seems as though James was right to have planned two weddings instead of one though she wondered if the power couple intended on telling everyone that they had said their nuptials eight months ago in a small church located in Godric's Hollow. Ravyn wouldn't blame them if they didn't as she began looking for Erica who was both a guest and Daily Prophet Reporter for the wedding, the only one that Ravyn knew had been invited which definitely put Vandervoort back in her place.

Katheryn Kingsley sat in the front row, waiting to see her sister married. She was wearing a pretty light pink sparkly dress with pale pink heels. Her red curls flowed freely around her face.

Originally, she was supposed to be her sister's maid of honor but at the last minute, Kiera had changed her mind. Kat knew it was because Kiera had so many close friends she couldn't narrow the number of bridesmaids down so instead, she was just not going to have any. Katheryn wasn't bothered since she had been the maid of honor at the first wedding, the real wedding.

Next to her, was her brother and his girlfriend. On the other side, sat her new date, Jacob Hollaworth. Katheryn didn't begrudge Chace or Katalina for finally getting together. After all, she had only been a friend to Chace. With her blessing, the couple now sat a few rows behind her. However, it had only left Kat two months to find a new date. She had met Jake at the Harbor and the pair had become friends. She had invited him to the wedding and he had accepted.

Katheryn looked around the tent with awe. It really was beautiful and much different from the first wedding. She thought this fitted nicely for the couple though. Kat turned to Jacob with a smile on her face. "So what do you think?" she asked him curiously.

Alex apparated to the spot where he was told where the wedding was going to be, it was kind of funny seeing as Kiera was getting married to James Potter and Alex Cullen was here to see them get married. Looking around he recognized a few people such as Kathryn Kingsley a girl who he had been dancing with a few times at the Medley. It was good for him to get out after everything that had happened recently, Maddie had dissapeared and he hadn't heard a thing from her, and for his sake he was making sure he didn't think the worse it would make it so much harder for him.

Jake sat next to Kathreyn sort of surprise that he had agree in being her date at her sister wedding. This would be his second wedding he attended this year, his father being the first and now this one. Jake didn't know anyone except Kat but when he turn around he spotted his sister fiance, without his sister of course. Maddiie have been missing for a couple weeks now, no one know were she had ran off to. Jake guess was that she needed a break after graduating and possibly space from not wanting to get married so soon. Jake couldn't blame her, marriage was big commitment, not any time soon was he taking the plunge for it. "Its nice, sort of looks like a snow globe." he smiled looking at Kat. He was just being a good friend just being here, and he had to admit he didn't mind tagging along with Kat. Jake look towards the alter and spotted James Potter standing there as if he were a bit nervous, "You think he's going to be sick of something?" he asked Kat with a cheeky grin, or was it just Jake that saw him that way. "You look nice by the way. Fashionable much?" he joke a little as he waited with the rest of the guest to arrive, looking towards Fields wondering how he's holding up.

Andromeda smiled serenely as she arrived for the wedding or technically second wedding of one of her bestfriends. She was very happy of course for the couple but any views on marriage that she had no matter how intensely negative were being pushed to the side today. Holding Crispin's hand she smiled at him before looking about for somewhere to sit. Gathering a fold in her golden gown she made her way towards Kat and Chace. She smiled at them both before taking a seat beside Katalina. Her golden clutch bag was just the right size of course for carrying her wand though she was still technically too young to use it outside of school but just a few short months from now and that was going to change.

"You look beautiful" she whispered to Kat before playfully sticking her tongue out at Chace, "You scrub up well too Chace" she grinned looking about her and seeing Alex waved at him.
"Oh Merlin" she whispered, "Kiera invited her ex boyfriend! Wow poor Alex. I'm surprised he actually came".
All these comments of course were mumbled under her breath for only Kat and their respective partners to hear. Andromeda seriously hated weddings and if it hadn't been for the fact that it was her best friends she would not have bothered. Now that was Estrella and Kiera all hitched up and next on the cards was Lily. Glancing down at the promise ring on her finger she took a deep breath, knowing it was only a promise ring, not a noose around her neck. Not a chain tying her down. She didn't need any of those trappings, her love was Crispin's alone and no marriage certificate was going to improve or detract from it.

Kiera was standing in a room, hidden from the rest of the crowd. She hadn't seen the finished tent yet but she knew it would be beautiful. Katalina had taken care of most of the preparations for the wedding for which Kiera was grateful. She promised herself that she would do the same for Kat when the time came around, if the younger girl wanted her to. Kiera turned to the mirror, checking her wedding dress once more, when her father entered the room.
"Alright kiddo! Are you ready? I think the audience is starting to get restless." Sean Kingsley teased his oldest daughter. "You brother and Marleigh, as well as Kat and Jacob are all here and in the front row. Even your mother showed up. " he told her. Sean's thoughts strayed, wondering when Cam and Marleigh would tie the knot. He really was fond of the girl.

Sean turned back to Kiera. She looked just as lovely as she had at the small church in England. He wasn't so much worried about this wedding. He knew that his Kiera was already married to James and this wedding was only for show. He wasn't the slightest bit afraid to hand his daughter over to James once more. Sean had gotten to know James better and thought he was a suitable match for his middle child. Sean held his arm out to his daughter, ready to walk her down the aisle for what he hoped was the final time.

Kiera grinned at her father. "Yeah dad. I think I am." she said, going to take his arm. Her short height of 5 foot seemed tiny next to her father at 6'4''. Kiera looked up at him, feeling very much like a child. "Thank you, thank you for everything daddy. I promise I'll visit. As much as I can." she promised. Kiera knew New Zealand was a good deal away from California.

At that moment, the doors to her room swung open, and the wedding march began to play. Kiera stood in awe of how beautiful everything looked. Her eyes scanned the room seeing all her friends and family. Kiera's eyes did a double take as she saw Link, and then Alex, very surprised, but pleased, that they both showed up. Finally, her brown eyes locked with James. A smiled spread across her face as she walked slowly down the aisle to her husband.

Leah Winters entered the wedding, spotting people she had not seen in such a long time. She had went away, although suddenly and had then learned she was invited to Kiera's wedding. Thus, she had made an appearance. Her
dress flowed behind her as she made her way to a seat.

Then she spotted Link. They had supposed to have been together, and she could not understand why he was with another woman. Perhaps she had misjudged him. He could not be patient for her to come back home. Jealousy rippled through her, but she placed a mask of indifference and pretended not to care in the least. She was here for Kiera, and not for anyone else.

Zander arrived and smiled at a few of the other people that he knew, being the Headmaster of Hogwarts a few of the guest including the groom he had known for quite some time. Zander wasn't quite sure where he wanted to sit down but after a moment he decided to sit somewhere in the middle. It felt a bit odd to be attending the wedding of one of his students but he also knew that he couldn't have said 'no' either. It was a nice occasion and he was happy to be apart of something so grand and exciting. He smiled and watched as the wedding began.

The music stopped for a moment and James felt his heart skip a beat as the tone of the melody changed flower petals began falling down onto the carpet as the wedding was finally starting, it had felt to James like it was never going to begin and he had to admit for once in his life he felt extremely nervous to be in front of all these people. James turned towards the back to see if his bride would be walking down to meet him so that the two of them could at last be married in front of these people. James had a surprise for his wife and hoped that she would enjoy it when she heard the news since he had when he had thought it up. There were so many guests and James was glad that they all could've made it he even could've sworn he saw Alex here and wondered if the guy would say anything since James hadn't honestly expected to see him here.

Kiera neared the alter, her eyes still locked with James' eyes. Her father stopped, kissed her head, and went to his seat. Kiera made the rest of the way towards her husband alone. She had a wide grin on her face as she looked at him. Her irrational nerves disappeared, after all, she was already married to him. She took his hand with hers as she turned to face him. Kiera couldn't wait for the rest of the world to know that she was married to the most wonderful man.
