Luna drifted along the seventh corridor, her usual haunt. She had been a Ravenclaw in life, and should probably haunt the towers, but the seventh corridor had something about it that. Luna was most often found floating up and down the stairs from the sixth and seventh floors. Her red curls bobbed around her head, wild as usual. She hadn't changed much in two years. The fact that she was wearing her robes was slighty odd, as she had died in the lake.
She really should have learnt how to swim. Luna wondered what death was like, meaning the actual 'dying', not the 'being a ghost.' kind of death.

Luna ran, floated fast, across the deserted corridor. She jumped and did a flip in the air. She had loved gymnastics when she was a kid. Three years of Hogwarts, and almost two years of being dead, Luna looked like a normal thirteen year old, even though she would probably have been about fourteen if she was alive.

Death had muddled up her sence of dates, but she was pretty sure today would have been her birthday. A fifteen year old girl, in a thirteen year old's body. Slightly strange. She didn't have any friends at the school, and she wondered if anyone actually knew she was dead.

All the family she knew was either lost or dead. She never knew her parents, and was brought up by a crabby old aunt, who was a muggle. That aunt had died about a month before Luna, and Luna only found out the day before she died.

Luna did another flip, crashing into a wall, and going right through. Two years of being a ghost, and she still wasn't used to going through walls!

Kate was wandering along the 7th floor corridor - the only one that she hadn't been along yet and suddenly saw a ghost floating and tumbling through walls. "Are you alright?" She asked the regular face of Luna Gray as she did a nasty fall through one of the thick walls. "Hi, it's nice to meet you again, i am not disturbing you am i?" She asked again.
