Alastair’s life in the past few months had taken a turn that he had only ever dreamed that could happen to him. His career as a photographer had taken off and was now a professional photographer for Wang International. His job was something that he loved and for that he was grateful, he was one of those people that actually loved getting up in the morning and go to his job and the fact that he didn’t have to get every morning was just an added bonus. The other part of his life at the moment that he loved at the moment was his love life. Alastair was never one to get into relationships and when he did they weren’t exactly easy and this one was no exception. Although he had no regrets with the hassle that he had to go through before he started his relationship with Lindsay. It was never easy taking the next step in your relationship with your best friend and he and Lindsay were no exception but once everything was out in the open and after a lot of confusion everything just fell into place and Alastair couldn’t be happier with it. He loved Lindsay with all his heart and he knew she felt the same towards him so what was not to be happy about?

After dating for a few months the two had talked and felt that it was time to take the next step in their relationship – move in with each other. To make things easier they had decided that Alastair should move in with Lindsay, after all her place was much bigger than his and his flat wasn’t exactly suitable for little Arabella, who Alastair had grown to love almost as much as her mother, she was such a little cutie it was hard not to love her to bits. So for the past few days Alastair had been packing up his things and he realised just how much he already had at Lindsay’s considering he practically already lived there. With the last of his boxes done up and everything given make to the landlord Alastair took one last look around his flat, it was a good place but he much preferred where he was going. Turning on the spot there was a loud crack in the air and Alastair arrived outside his new home, walking in he called out, “Honey I’m home.” In typical muggle fashion with a smirk on his face as he waited for Lindsay, wherever she was.

Lindsay Love was very lucky that the house she had chosen to buy when she graduated had three bedrooms because she needed them now. Arabella had been an unexpected blessing who needed one of the rooms and now her sister had decided to come down to New Zealand and live with her. Audrey had been given permission when she turned sixteen and Lindsay couldn't be happier to have her sister back. Lindsay loved Audrey though they were different in many ways. Audrey loved attention and the spotlight. She was quite the fiesty thing and it would definitely be entertaining to have her here. The younger girl had moved in yesterday and now, the love of Lindsay's life was moving in today. Lindsay shot a grin at Audrey as they both heard Alastair's voice. The older blonde handed over her daughter. "Be a good sister and watch Bella for a moment?" she asked as she stood up off the bed.

Lindsay sprinted down the hallway towards the front door. A wide grin was spread across her face. She couldn't be any happier to have Al move in. The past six months had been some of the best of her life. The transition had been slightly awkward in the beginning but it quickly smoothed out into a relationship that felt easier than breathing. Lindsay jumped into Alastair's waiting arms, wrapping her legs around his torso. "Have I told you how lucky I am?" she asked him with a smile. She brought her lips down to him in order to kiss him enthusiastically.

Alastair walked on into the house, his new home. It was still strange to this place as his home despite the fact that he had lived here for the most part of Lindsay’s and his relationships, even when they were just friends he had stayed over a bit when they had stayed up too long talking or just to help Lindsay out with Arabella every so often. Now was different though, there was no going back to his own place when he got tired or felt that Lindsay was getting sick of seeing him every day or when he needed a change of clothes. Despite this weird feeling he knew that it wouldn’t take him too long to get used to it. He had stayed here long enough so he knew where everything was and when he did spend time here he felt very much at home so he felt it was only natural that he should move in for good now. He and Lindsay had been going so strong lately that he couldn’t even bare to leave her side anymore and go home to his own place.

Taking a few steps into the house he didn’t get too far as he heard the sound of running footsteps. Turning in the direction of where they were coming from he beamed as he saw Lindsay coming towards him. Opening his arms he grabbed her and let his arms wrap around her waist as she jumped into his arms and wrapped her legs around him. Laughing slightly at the greeting he returned her kiss, enjoying the sensation of electricity that never failed to make him catch his breath with every kiss they shared. “I vaguely remember you saying that but I’m definitely the luck one.” he said, getting lost in her beautiful eyes. “This whole moving in thing might not be all that bad if I get greeted like this everyday.” he said with a small smirk as he gave Lindsay another kiss.

Lindsay laughed at Alastair's comment, still wrapped up in his arms. "You might change your mind after a few weeks." she teased him, knowing that he spent almost very waking hour with her already. She loved him with all her heart and knew that he returned her love. There was no way that they would grow tired of each other. Lindsay placed her mouth on his once more. She broke away reluctantly. "We might can negociate a greeting like this everyday." she teased lightly.

Lindsay unwrapped her legs from Alastair, gently touching back down on the ground. She grinned back up at him with a dazzling smile. Her life could not be anymore perfect than it was at this moment. "Well, my sister arrived today as well." she informed him. Lindsay had already told him about her younger sister who had practically begged to move in as well. Luckly, Al didn't seem to mind. Lindsay's had wrapped around his. "She's dying to meet you." she said with a grin.

[color=5b5b5b]Alastair shook his head softly when Lindsay told him that he might change his mind after a few weeks but the young photographer highly doubted that his views on the woman he loved would change at all now that they were living with each other. For the majority of their relationship, even just as friends, he had stayed over with her on many occasions so he saw no difference really in their new living situations compared to their old ones; in fact he loved the new ones even more so because now he got to wake up and see his lovely girlfriend every single day. What wasn’t to love about that? Breaking away from their kiss Alastair heard Lindsay’s words and pretended to muse on them slightly. “I quite like this, this works for me.” he told her with a small laugh lacing his words as he let Lindsay stand up by herself but still kept her body close to his.

When Lindsay told him that her sister had arrived today he felt a little bad as the whole ordeal of packing, even with magic, and moving he had forgotten about Audrey moving in on the same day as him. “Likewise, where is she?” he asked with a smile, he may have forgotten about it but that didn’t make him any less excited about meeting the young girl. Apart from Arabella, Alastair had yet to meet any of Lindsay’s family so naturally he was excited about it albeit a tad nervous, although it wasn’t like meeting the parents or anything quite as bad.

Lindsay laughed at his words. She knew that she could get used to this as well. It would be a big change but it was well worth it. The two belonged together. The blonde believed that they had been made for the other. Moving in together was only a further promise of their love. She tried not to let Paul slip into her thoughts since she had once felt the same about him when he moved in. However, fate had cruelly ripped him away only to hand her Alastair. There was no compairing her love for the two, no competition. She would love them both until the day she died. Lindsay untwined herself from Alastair, taking only his hand. "Well Audrey is with Bella in the spare bedroom that is now to be hers." she explained as she led him down the hallway, despite the fact that he knew the layout of the house as well as she did.

Lindsay pushed open the door, grinning at her sister and her daughter. The one year old squeeled at the sight of Al, straining her hands upwards in a beg to be picked up. "Audrey, this is Alastair." she said, love rippling off of her.

Audrey grinned at her big sister as she entered the room, followed by a man Audrey could only assume was Lindsay's boyfriend. The young girl smiled at Alastair as Linds introduced him. "It's nice to finally meet you." she said in a voice as clear as bells. Lindsay and Audrey looked almost identical in many ways. Audrey was a four year younger, much bolder version of Lindsay.

Sorry for the lameness

[color=5b5b5b]Alastair let his hand wrap loosely around Lindsay’s, in perfect synch with the woman he loved. He believed that the two were made for each other more and more everyday and even the small things like how her hand fit in his just proved it to him even more so. When Lindsay told him where her younger sister was he nodded lightly and made his way to the spare bedroom. He chuckled slightly when he felt Lindsay leading him to the spare bedroom, like he didn’t know where it was. Not only did he know this house like the back of his hand but he had spent many a night in the spare bedroom so he of course knew where it was at but he said nothing to Lindsay as they were there in no time.

When he entered the room he saw a younger girl holding Arabella. If Alastair hadn’t known that this was Lindsay’s sister he would have known anyway as the two were so similar, it was hard to not know that the two were related. When Alastair heard the very familiar squeals of little Arabella he smiled down at the precious little girl, picking her up. He held her with ease as he played with her for a few seconds, he couldn’t help but smile when he saw the little girl, she was just so adorable. “Likewise Audrey.” he said, smiling down at the younger girl. “Well, Lindsay’s already told me about you but it’s nice to finally put a face to a name.” Alastair had always heard that meeting your girlfriend’s family was awkward but honestly Alastair didn’t know what those people were talking about.
