Tyson had escaped his stuffy dormitory for a few hours to come down to the lawn. Carrying his scuffed soccer ball, he bypassed the expanse of grass by the Lake, and walked into the shaded gardens. It was a bright day, and even though he was wearing sunglasses, he found it a bit blinding. Dropping his ball on the ground, he started dribbling it around, changing direction, and lifting it up with his foot.

Tyson sighed, his feet flashing around the ball. He hadn't been out about like this in a really long time. He hadn't seen Lisa in... ages, and had basically given up on anything happening there. Shrugging, he flicked the ball up with his foot, bumped it with his head, and carried on dribbling around the maze like Gardens.

Jasmine wandered outside. She had no classes today, so naturally she was heading outside. Jasmine had lived outdoors growing up; It had been her escape. Escape from her family, and all their problems, especially with her. She had grown to love it. The unusual thing was, that she hadn't brought her well used soccer ball with her, as it needed a pump up, and she had forgot the pump. She needed to go and see a professor, and get them to show her how to pump it up with magic. She hoped they could. Three days without soccer, and she was already missing it. She smiled at that, her family would have rolled their eyes at that thought, then gone into a huge lecture. Thankfully, they weren't there.

Jas spotted a soccer ball rise above the hogwarts gardens. Her face lit up. She began to walk over to where she saw it rise. There was no way she was going to resist a game of soccer. She walked into the gardens, and headed towards the sound of the ball. Then, she spotted it. A boy, whom she was saw she had seen in the common room before, was dribbling it around the garden, doing little tricks as he went. Jas smiled. Soccer, made her more confident.

She carefully crept upon the boy, so that he didn't see her. Then she tackled the ball off him, in one swift movement. She dribbled backwards, and away from the boy, then juggled it with her feet a couple of times. It bounced back on the ground, and she began dribbling it again. She was showing off a little bit, but she was only doing it for fun.

Tyson suddenly realised he wasn't in possestion of the ball anymore. A protest formed in hs mouth, as he watched a familiar looking girl dribble away from him. Instead of asking for hs ball back, he decided toplay the game. Sprint around aorner or the garden, he tackled her front on, getting his ball, and kicking it away quickly, a small smirk on his face. That would show her.

Jas tried to keep the ball, but the boy tackled it off her. She smiled game on she thought to herself, knowing her was thinking it too. She watched him play around with it for awhile, then went in for the catch. She began to tackle him, but he was tackling back, it seemed like a never ending battle for the ball. She was really starting to enjoy herself, especially when she finally got it off him. Although, she knew that he would probably get it back soon.

Tyson was beginning to enjoy this competitive 'match'. This girl was good, better than most of the boys he'd played with when he was in Muggle school. This time, he was ready when she came in and tried tackle the ball off him again. He fought back, but she managed to get it off him. Tyson was working up a bit of a sweat now, and he paused to catch his breath, watching her skillfully dribble the ball away. He came up behind her swiftly and silently, and flicked the ball out of her possesion, flicking it high into the air with his foot.

"Aw, crap" he said, as the ball lodged itself in a neighbouring tree. He attempted to scrabble up the trunk, but the branches were too high up, and he just slid back down the slippery surface. "Um, sorry" he said to the girl.

She tackled the boy for the ball, trying to regain possesion, as she had done before. She liked playing with him, he put up a good fight, and they seemed to be at the same level. When she got it, she pushed it casually behind her, while still facing him, then spun round, and dribbled off with it again. She was having fun, although, she had wished she hadn't forgotten her hair tie, as her lond blonde hair was getting in her way a little. She did a few keepy uppies, just some fun showing off, but before she noticed he had crept up on her, and gotten the ball off her. She watched him flip it in the air with his foot, and watched it land in the tree.

She giggled as he tried to scamble to get the ball. "Its okay" she replied with a smile.

"Need a hand up?" she offered, wondering if she should try and somehow lift him up. She walked over towards him and glanced up at the ball.

"Nice" she said with a smile seeing where it was. "Well, awesome game!" she told him, not feeling shy at all around him, and wanting to tell him, that she thought that he was good.

Tyson smiled back at her, before glancing back up at the ball, judging the distance up the tree "Why don't I help you up? You look lighter than me" he suggested "Unless you don't like climbing trees... Then I'll get a chair" he said, with a grin. Judging by the way she played soccer, Tyson guessed that she probably was a tomboy, and liked climbing trees.

"Tyson" he said quickly, realising he hadn't introduced himself.

"Sure" Jasmine agreed, she probably was lighted than him as well. She smiled at his last comment

"No, no, I love climbing trees" she told him then, wondered how stupid she had just sounded. It was true though, Jas had climbed trees for most of her life. They were always an escape for her too. When ever she needed to get away from home, she would wander down to the local park, and chill out up a tree. Not many people could find her either. Jas was also a tomboy too, so she didn't mind breaking a nail, or falling. She also loved anything to do with the outdoors.

"Jasmine, but everyone calls me Jas" she replied to Tyson, glad that she knew his name now.

"Leg up then?" she asked him.

"Great" he said, smiling.

"Okay..." he said, slowly, moving next to her. Rather awkwardly, he picked up her leg. "Ready?" he asked "One. Two. Three!" he said, hoisting her up, into the branches. Once she was safely up, he craned his neck, and judged the distance from her to the ball. "Okay... Just reach..." he said, though he knew she probably couldn't hear him.

[i'll do your plot idea next post kay? ;) and also, your member title says that Tyson's Gryffindor 1st... not anymore ^_^ 2nd now xD "Ah, they grow up so fast *sigh*"]

Jasmine blushed a little as he grabbed her leg and was hoisted up in three. She was a little self concious, and hoped that she wasn't to heavy or anything. She grabbed a particually strong looking branch, and pulled herself up, and then got herself into a seating position, swinging her legs below. She heard him shout out to her, and replied

"Okay" down to Tyson. Then she grabbed another branch and standing up, glancing up towards where the ball was positioned, and figuring out in her head how she was going to reach it, looking at possible branches she could use.

Tyson watched her figure out how to get the ball. He moved under it, so that she could just knock it down to him. This girl Jasmine obviously knew what she was doing, so he just let her get on with it. Looking back up, he realised how high up she actually was. He dismissed the thought of her falling though. The tree had heaps of strong branches to grab.

Jasmine carefully clambered up the tree, until she reached the ball. Looking down she saw Tyson, ready to catch the ball when she knocked it down. She wedged it out from between the branches, then knocked it down to Tyson, and watched him catch it. She gave him thumbs up, then began to climb back down.

She was climbing down with her face to the tree trunk, and looking down, she saw she was quite a way up, but it didn't bother her, she was used to climbing trees. She reached her foot down to the next branch, forgetting to look where it was, as she she had breifly glimpsed down and had seen one there. She felt round for it, then thinking she found it, put her weight down. She heard a snap, and before she could stop herself, she could feel her hand which was supporting her, slipping away from the rough branch. A single gasp escaped her mouth. She tried to reach other branches that she saw as she fell, but she couldn't. She felt her legs and arms grazing and bruising as she fell, not being able to stop herself. Her head banged aganist a strong branch before she hit the ground. She blacked out.

[I'll get her to wake up when he is carrying her, lets say she's knocked out/unconcious, and she won't be able to remember falling. She suffered a little concussion  gotta have some drama ;) nice thinking by the way ^_^ ]

Sorry I haven't replied... You know why :p

Tyson caught the ball, and returned her thumbs up. "Great!" he said, turning around and starting to dribble with the ball again. SNAP! Tyson whipped around, the ball bouncing away down the path. He watched, as if in slow motion, as Jasmine fell from the tree, knocking her head on a branch on the way down. Tyson swore loudly as he ran over to her. He skidded and sat down in the grass beside her
"Jasmine! Jasmine!" he called, resisting the urge to shake her. He knew that she might have injured her back or neck, and shaking her wouldn't help. Carefully, Tyson, put two fingers on her wrist, and was relieved to find a pulse.

"Okay..." he said to himself. Get her the Hospital Wing he told himself. Sitting back on his heels, he looked at her. He couldn't immediatly see anything out of place. Carefully, he scooped her up small frame up easily, and stood up. The soccer ball completely forgotten, he started carrying her up to the castle.

No probs ;) shall we start an RP in the hospital?

Jasmine stirred slightly, wondering what was going on, she couldn't seem to remember what had just happened. She opened her eyes, and looked up into the face of a boy. Now, what was his name? Ah yes, Tyson. She looked up at him again, and then realised that she was being carried.

"What happened?" she asked quietly, suddenly feeling a throbbing on the back of her head. One minute she hd been playing soccer with Tyson, and now what? She couldn't remember anything happening.

Okay, I can do that tonight?

Tyson was startled, and relieved, when he heard Jasmine speak "Well, you fell out of a tree" he said, a little worriedly. How can she not remember? he thought frantically, and he carried her up the front steps. They attracted stares as he carried her through the Entrance Hall towards the staircase. "Do you hurt anywhere?" he asked, feeling a little stupid. Of course she would hurt somewhere, he just didn't know what else to say. "Nearly there... He said, after the final flight of stairs.
