Okay I'm like a newbie at graphis and stuff PERIOD!!

So I need help even with the basic of things.

Right now I'm trying to put two images together without me having to use the wand or cutting the image out to put it in a different background.

I'm using these twp pictures 1 and 2

Any advice? I don't use gimp sorry mines Macromedia Firefox but it has the same similair tools and set up :p

Okay ive got MF at school so i kinda know how to use it xD
You need to open a new blank file, and you can ether set it so it's got a background colour, or transparent (at the bottom of list of options in starting a new) (and make sure the page will be big enough to have both pictures in it, but bear in mind also a siggy cant be more than 500x300pixels) Also on MF you can't simply copy and paste pictures from internet, the pictures need to be saved. Then open up the two pictures individually, and copy and paste then from there (it will automatically make a new layer for each) and voila xD

You might find you need to resize a picture, and for that i just use paint. paste image in, go to image - stretch/skew then put horiz - 50 and vertic - 50 and it will half in size.

What I manage to brew up ^_^
