Well, sorting begins in September, and you can develop your character and RP with other unsorteds until then. You can also make any adult character to be in the Ministry or a Death Eater...
If you have any questions, then PM the Admins Cecily Rambolt or Nicolas King. They'll help you, I'm sure.
