Happy Valentine's Day!

Clementine had had so much fun delivering the roses last year for Valentine's Day that this year she had recruited her older sister to help. The Hufflepuff was happy to do it again this year and eagerly took her portion of the roses and their respective notes, ready to make people's days. She started in the Great Hall looking for an older Gryffindor. "Can someone point me towards Madeline Walden?" she asked aloud.​

Maddie found herself minding her own business these days and trying to keep herself out of trouble. Last semester was more than enough drama for her to deal with and she hoped this next semester would be quiet. She was about to leave the Great Hall when someone called her name and she walked towards the girl and said "I'm Madeline, you okay?". She wondered what the girl could want from her as she had never seen her before.

 

[Clementine Pratt]

Clementine smiled when the girl she was looking for showed up. "I'm fine," she brushed off, impatient to get to the good part and deliver the rose. "This is for you!" she squealed, brandishing a yellow rose. "Happy Valentine's Day!" ​

 

[Madeline Walden]

Maddie took the rose that the younger girl was brandishing at her "er, thanks" she replied "erm, is there a note or anything with this?" she asked wondering who would send her a yellow rose.

 

[Clementine Pratt]

Clementine nodded and rummaged through her basket quickly to look for the card that was addressed to Maddie. Once she found it she pulled it out and said, "Here!" and handed it over to her.

Sorry for not being too much of a friend lately. Every blonde needs a brunette and you'll always be mine through thick and thin with boys in the way or with not.
