I would like anyone who can do hair streaks to fill my request.

Alteration Requested: Add Streaks of Color like those in my avatar: hot pink, bright light blue, lime green, and purple, and if you think it'd look better, feel free to round out the rainbow with some neon orange and true yellow. I'm looking for streaks in her blonde hair, not for every strand to be colored. The colors should be kinda random and alternating, not having the same color next to itself, and it should be piecey (streaks of colors being distinct, not blending into one another) like in the avatar (which was just made using paint's paintbrush tool, which is why it looks so rough and unnatural).
I've tried to do this myself but I'm just horrible at it, lol. Thank you!!!
