Okay, this is the place for you all to post your gossip tips, sending them IN CHARACTER!
For example, if you don't like someone, you can send stuff about them to the magazine!
No matter if it's completely bogus, that's what half of the magazine is anyway right?! Gossip Girl wouldn't care if it was true or not. 
Or if you want to post them OOC that's fine too.
Example: "You should put this in the magazine" and you know your character would be upset but you still want it in, that's fine too. I'll figure out a way to have my character know as long as you let me know what the situation is. (I still like to be somewhat reasonable in the way I get my info 
)
But if you wish to keep it private then just PM me!
