Naomi wore her best dress for the occasion. Valentine's Day are upon them and the school had these Rose Giving tradition. She had not experience none of it before as she was new to this. Naomi decided to sign up to deliver roses and wasn't expecting to received such gorgeous plants. Looking up at the list that was given to her, she went on to get a few parchment and wrote down the first names of her receivers in each parchment because none of them she recognized except the few Hufflepuffs. Naomi did her journey up the first floor with the parchment she had provided with the first person she was delivering to. After the long stairway journey and no one had stopped her to tell Naomi they're the person she was looking for. The Hufflepuff girl defeatedly sat at the top stairs toward the North Tower. "DELILAHHHHHH where are youuuuuuu??????" She tiredly asked loudly, her voice echoing around the empty staircase.

Delilah had not had any luck hiding from the flood of roses going around the school. She had thought that maybe because she didn't send any that she wouldn't get any either. But she had not been so lucky. Now as she climbed the stairs to the north tower she heard some one calling her name. And today that usually meant one thing. She took a deep steadying breath before finding who had been calling for her. "I'm right here." she said tiredly and wanted to get this over with.

Naomi hear someone responded to her and was happy about it. "There you areeeeee! Ravenclaw needs an elevator, this is too much." She stood up from the ground and met Delilah . "I have a rose and letter for you." She brought out her first rose and the letter from her notebook. Naomi handed it to Delilah.

Delilah wasn't in the mood for this girl's energy level but she did her best to force a smile. She didn't want to take out her frustration on what looked like a first year. "Yeah that would be helpful." she said in light agreement with her comment about an elevator. "Thank you." she said as she took the rose and read the note. Delilah was quite shocked that Maisie had sent her a rose. They weren't that close and she hadn't thought she made that much of an impression on the girl but apparently she was wrong. She'd have to find her and thank her later. She looked back to the girl in front of her and gave her a nod. "That was it right?" she asked tentatively.

"Yep! That was it. Hope you have a great rest of your day." She informed the older Ravenclaw. She didn't want to think about the journey down but then again, she didn't want to be up here for long as she still have some deliveries to do. She waved at Delilah and went on her way.

Delilah wasn't sure what to do with the rose and note as she stood in the middle of the corridor so she just held them awkwardly in front of her. "Thanks, you too." she said softly, trying to be nice but knew it came across stilted and weird. She was grateful the interaction was finally over and she continued on her way up the tower.
