Going home for the evening

"You would know about him sooner or later. Most of our kind know that he is working at the school, better reveal now otherwise you might get him confused with someone else. Kalif Styx." Hades murmured his father's name, so no one else could hear it other than Leah. She was trustworthy. And it was slightly obvious that him being one suited his demeanor. Then again, most students just thought of him as a professor with a stick shoved up his-

"It was a kind thing for your friend to do." Hades intoned softly, as his thoughts broke before he could mutter even in his mind the silliest of insults. Though he did not expect her to apparate him so quickly, Hades did not mind it. Even after a few years of apparating, it was still an uncomfortable experience. At least Hades never threw up on the first apparation with someone else, or splinch himself. Hades shifted a bit in his trenchcoat, and a sound like metal clanging against metal was heard. Hades resisted from rolling his eyes. Of course he kept weapons like daggers and wands inside of his coat. Something people would never expect a pure-blood to kill is by means of muggle equipment.

Though it was easy to frame and make a killing look like a muggle did it. That was how he got away with murder concerning the mudblood Alexander Moon. That man was too much trouble, and he was itching for death. Hades made sure that he felt the most pain that a human could go through before plunging the dagger into his heart and ending his life for good. When Leah asked Hades if he wanted to come in, he could not help but hesitate. She was inviting him in, and that was enough for any male to jump at. Well, Hades was not any male. He did have plenty of time to spare, so he answered, "I suppose for a little while." What could go wrong? Absolutely nothing.

It made sense that Kalif was a Death Eater....it made obvious sense. Leah had never thought about it fully, but something about him had always been a little off. "One in Hogwarts..." She smirked. "We truly are clever ones." She was pleased about how far they would go to stick someone in Hogwarts. The staff probably never even suspected, or if they did what could they do about it? Kalif was a clever man, and he would find his way out of any predicament.

Leah walked inside the apartment, and waited for Hades to follow suit. "It's very nice, I think..." She said to him. "I know you are probably neither hungry nor thirsty, but the host in me has to ask if you want anything to drink or eat?"

Then again, if someone did go back and look at Kalif's history, they would not find much. Kalif had changed his name to rid of the drama that had happened when he was caught as a Death Eater. Back then, he bore the last name Zhefarovich. Hades smirked, "They pick the most perfect one to go undercover." Hades knew how Kalif acted. Half the time, he did not even speak highly about the Dark Lord. Mostly just avoided the subject. However, why they didn't check Kalif's arm for the Dark Mark was beyond Hades. The mark was right there, clear as day unless he cleverly hid it.

Walking inside the apartment, Hades closed the door behind him and it clicked softly. Hades wasn't a very good house guest, because he didn't know what all to do. Actually, his eyes gazed over the place, as if summing up the apartment and the history. "It is nice, will have to admit that," Hades murmured. She offered him something, and he had to decline, "No thanks. You as a host will not have to worry about me at all." Hades smoothed out his trenchcoat on his chest, not wanting to take it off. At least this one wasn't the one stained with blood. Hades had forgotten where he had placed that coat, because that one was his favorite. Not many suspected the dark splatters as someone's blood.

"Oh yes, they did." Leah agreed, nodding. She sometimes wished that they would trust her with more missions. As of yet she had not been able to go out and do any sort of task for the group, only tag alongs with deliveries and such. It irked her, but she also had to understand that she had only been apart of them for a few months and it would take a while to be fully trusted enough to carry out their bidding. She would have to try harder to earn it.

"If you need anything, let me know." Leah told him. She sat down on the couch, and looked up at her guest. He seemed a little uncomfortable and she knew the feeling. It was always awkward being in someone elses house. She decided to ask him an important question to somewhat ease the discomfort. "Hades, how long was it before they allowed you to carry out missions?"

Being an undercover Death Eater took a lot of trust from what he heard. Kalif had been in the Death Eaters for almost forty years now. Well, give or take, he had been in there a long arse time. Hades admired that you had to work up to being a trusted Death Eater. Hades shoved his thoughts aside and took a seat on the couch next to her, but his body not touching hers. The question asked made Hades think. How long was it before they allowed him to carry out missions? Hades estimated, "About a year for me, and a death mission took two years. That one was important, because that mudblood not only meddled with my family, but he also knew things about the Death Eaters." Hades smirked fondly at the memory.

Leah nodded thinking his answer over. Naturally they would not allow her to go out and kill a muggle in her first few months of training. It was a good thing perhaps...she needed to be taught to ease herself out of difficult situations before going out and doing something so important as murder. It still annoyed her, but hearing that it took Hades a little while to be fully trusted made her feel more confident and less irked. "Okay, thanks." She said, smiling again. "I was simply curious."

The conversation eased into silence for a little while. The only sounds were the ticking of a clock and the air conditioner kicking on in the background. It was a slightly uncomfortable silence, with them sitting on the couch not saying anything.

The silence - or lack of speaking if you will - carried on and Hades drifted into thought. Here he was, with a teenager that was just experimenting with darkness, and yet, Hades had yet to even influence her in the least bit. The affects he had on women were unreal. Naturally, the ones with a little bit of a devil on their shoulders were attracted to him, more so when he displayed physical affection. Hades wouldn't do this, however, unless he was provoked. However, right now, he seemed to need to keep her on the path. She was curious about the missions, perhaps because she had yet to be put on anything really important. Leah was still a child to the Death Eaters, even if she were old enough to produce magic on her own.

Hades turned to face Leah on the couch, and he leaned forward but just enough to get close to her without touching at all, and he stared directly into her beautiful face. Leah had this darkness to her, and it was rather intriguing. Hades murmured, "Don't you worry, Leah. You will have your chance, soon enough. Everyone does, and I know for a fact that whatever important mission they put you on, you will know that only you could have carried out such a deed." Hades' words glided over his tongue like silk, and he wondered if whatever he had just said would make a difference, and break this silence. Silence held unspoken words, but sometimes it brought upon an uneasiness that even Hades did not appreciate feeling.

Leah met his eyes and listened as he reassured her. He made perfect sense, she would be patient and one day she would be trusted with a very important mission. "Thank you." She murmured. "You make perfect sense, Hades." She felt much more confident and it was the best words anyone could have said to make her feel valued. She was unsure if he really meant it or not, but the way he said it and the tone of his voice was proof enough that he cared...at least somewhat.
She was now unsure of what else to say to convey the appreciation she suddenly felt for him so she leaned forward and kissed the side of his mouth lightly and pulled back with a small smile.

((I'm sorry I couldn't think of what else to do... I considered a bunch of aurors busting in and they would have to fight for their very lives....but...yeah. :p ))

OOC: Actually, this was perfect. Cause this RP is obviously coming to an end, I know the perfect ending post for Hades, and if you want Leah to react to what he does. ^^ Haha, Aurors would get pwned. *whistles*

The act of appreciation was nothing more but fueled what Hades sometimes felt when he pursued and confused the young women such as that Gryffindor lass Katalina Vanderhol. However, time grew to a close as he needed to get to work on things that he needed to work on. An idea came to his mind, just then, and he needed to have some time to become what he planned on becoming, and karma will sow upon Hollace once more. Hades murmured, "That was nothing more than a tease, Leah." A devious smirk spread over his white lips. There was something about Hades, it was just something that drew people close to him, but he also had the same effect upon himself when he was around someone with hidden evil.

What he did next was not surprising to him in the least. Hades gave the young Death Eater a lingering kiss upon her lips, before pulling away and standing up. If his personality and such wasn't enough to remember him by, his previous action was. Hades was experienced in what he did, and now, he had to depart. Hades reached inside his trenchcoat and pulled out a dagger. The reflection from the metal glistened in his blackest of eyes. "Time comes to now where I must go. There is something I must do. A brilliant and dark idea came to my mind tonight, and I must work to become it. Leah Winters, I will be seeing you soon." Hades smirked before turning, exiting the apartment. In his mind, he had every intention of seeing that Leah Winters again.
