Perhaps it wasn't too good of an idea to wander around the castle, Charmaine thought as she roamed around the dungeons aimlessly. The young Hufflepuff had found herself incredibly curious of the place she would be staying at for the span of seven years, thus here she was lost within the confines of the dark dungeons. She knew that she should have waited to have met a friend before wandering the castle so that at the very least, she wouldn't be alone whilst finding her way back. Raine, after she had received her Hogwarts letter, had never stopped believing that she would be able to find a friend in her years that she will spend her. And she always believed it would come true in time.

Charmaine sighed as she believed that she had already passed the same place multiple times in the span that she was in the dark dungeons. Why couldn't she find her way out of this place, it was practically unbelievable and amazing that Slytherins could maneuver their way in and out of this almost wretched dark of a place. She was partly glad that she wasn't sorted into the said green house and was contented of the yellow house, Hufflepuff, where she was sorted in. The young girl, already beginning to freak out, had began to run through the confines of the dungeons despite the darkness that covered it. She didn't care as she only wanted to get out, perhaps she could find someone to help her? She hoped so.

Sorry this took so long to get to. :(

Zinaida nearly gagged as she accidentally found herself walking into some cobwebs. Spiders bothered her, and so did their webs. "I'm pretty sure I clean more of these webs with my own clothes than the elves clean this place!" Zinaida muttered to herself as she danced around, trying to get the webs off of her shirt and pants. Of course, she didn't mean that in an offensive way. The young Hufflepuff knew that the castle was probably too big to keep absolutely spotless with just the elves being the ones to clean it. However, if they had wizards or witches use magic to clean the place on top of that, it might be a little bit easier. If only the school had a suggestion box. She would be hitting that thing up on a weekly basis. There were a lot of things she would like to change if she had the chance. Maybe they could have a student council or something? Zinaida thought it was a good idea, but she was the type of person who enjoyed organizing things, it gave her something better to do other than try to keep tabs on her brother.

Zinaida rounded the corner, just in time to see someone running around. Was there another troll in the dungeon in something? Zinaida stopped walking and furrowed her eyebrows. Maybe they needed help or something? "Um, do you need some help?" Zinaida called out loudly, hoping to get the girl's attention. If that didn't work she could always throw a rock or something? Zinaida liked to help people though, so maybe she could lend a hand if it was needed. From what she remembered, the girl was in her house too. Why on earth was she even down here? Aside from wanting to help, Zinaida was also now curious.

Charmaine felt like an idiot. Why was she even down in the dungeons in the first place? She wanted an adventure but she should have thought of many possibilities that could happen. She did not put in her mind that she had just entered Slytherin territory and she had heard rumors that there were a lot of mean people there and bullies too. She had not even thought of the possibility that she could absolutely and completely get lost while having her little fun! She sighed and now she finally figured out why she wasn't the smartest in the family. She never did think before she acted that's why she wasn't even asked to participate in getting acquainted with anything connected to the business unlike her brother who'd been actively engaging in it since he was almost the same age as her! Thoughts were stopped as soon as Raine had heard a voice.

Charmaine had stopped running as soon as another person had called out to her and she quickly approached said person. She had tried to catch her breath for a few moments and was successful with it as she was quite the sporty girl. "I'm lost," Raine told the girl before taking a good look at her. She had noticed a certain familiarity but she couldn't quite put her finger on it. It took her quite a while to finally remember that she had seen the girl in the common room quite a few times so that meant that she was also a Hufflepuff. "Can you help me?" she asked since she had only noticed that it seemed she had gotten even more lost with all her absent-minded running. Hopefully, the girl she had just met was not lost too because if she was, then they were both doomed.
