Hadan had her broom in hand, her same broom from her early age of seven. She stared at the black painting, with her name engraved in red. It was the only thing she had left from her mother. Everything else was from the stores and such, but this was something her mother hand crafted herself. Hadan sighed, and did not know whether she even wanted to fly it or not. It was precious to her. It was not as fast as the recent models, but it did well enough for her tastes.

Hadan grabbed her boots and slipped them on. She put her black jeans over her boots, and slipped on a black hoodie before strolling out, her destination: the pitch. Hadan never had a taste in the sport, but she loved to fly. It drove her troubles away. She might even forget that she should have been a third year this year. Halloween would be here soon, marking her fourteenth birthday. She could not wait. She never spoke of her birthday to people, considering that her appearance is anything but ordinary.

Hadan felt glad, once she arrived on the pitch, that the sun was hidden by clouds. That was the only time she ever could spend any moment outdoors for long periods of time. Hadan gracefully hopped on her broom, trying to get a hold of herself, before jumping up to fly. Within an instant, she found herself at least twenty feet in the air. Her red eyes sparkled with glee, something they hardly did nowadays. Her white skin showed no strain when she smiled to herself. Although, she was not moving, but rather hovering in the air. She did not like to admit when she was scared, but she was nervous about moving. It had been a while since she flown, and due to her mixed emotions, she could easily fall out of the sky.
