Leah apparated on the doorstep of Ioan's apartments. Her heart beat like a drum behind her chest, and her hands shook with rage. She grasped the knob of the door and pushed it open entering the dark room. She slammed it shut, not even considering whether Ioan was even here. F**k him, f**k him. She thought, Link's face floating in her head. Did she even care for him anymore, or did it all fade away when he made his threats against her.
The lights turned on as Leah flicked the switch. She barely knew what she was doing anymore. Everything was a blur. Her wand fell out of her hand as she collapsed on the couch, and her eyes closed. Her heart slowed down, and the rage pulsating through her veins calmed down and turned into slight irritation. In fact, she was surprised she had kept her cool with that man. It was astounding that she had not killed him, for she had wanted to, oh so badly.
Leah stood up, and picked up her wand. She couldn't be cooped up like this, she had to sit outside and stare at the nights sky. That had always been able to make her think more clearly, and calm down. She walked outside and sat in the grass, making sure to clutch her wand for safety.
