Adele wasn't quite sure why she found herself in New York. It wasn't a place that she'd usually come when she was apperating here and there. But she wanted some fresh air, some sun, and just some time away from boring old New Zealand life. She loved Riley and Lowan dearly but there were times when she needed to just be Adele, and not a fiance or a mum. Today Adele was going to be herself, and not one of her everyday roles. Riley was taking care of little Lowan, so Adele had nothing to worry about, family wise. The only thing that concerned her was the fact that she was in New York, a place she had never been before, and she was bound to get lost. But still, Adele was enjoying the New York sunshine as she walked down the High-street.
Adele was still yet to buy her wedding dress, having recently gotten engaged to Riley, and seeing as Riley was tucked away at home with Lowan, Adele considered tracking down the nearest dress store in New-York to see if she could buy the all important dress. But before she did, she wanted to explore this place a little. She walked a little further down the high-street as the sun gave her face a pretty glow. Adele removed her jacket as the American heat hit her. It was hard work being in a foreign country. Adele leant against the nearest shop wall and wiped the sweat from her fore-head. 'Riley is going to be so jealous when I tell him about my little trip.' Adele thought to herself as she smiled, looking around at some passer-bys.
