Was it bad that Julian had a habit? Perhaps? Did he know he had a habit? No, not really. Will he be able to break it? Probably not easily. Now what was this habit? The habit was to stake out the Seventh Floor Corridor for Mikael and his boyfriend. Now normally, in the last year, this worked perfectly fine. Which is why he'd found himself on the Seventh Floor around the time that he usually did last year. The problem this year was that, Mikael would not be hanging around the area this time waiting for his boyfriend and Julian realized that just a little too late. Minutes really - how many, he would never admit - but minutes into standing around waiting. He'd realized to late that Mikael's boyfriend, Elio Chamberlin Boneheart, graduated the previous year. So Julian had been standing around here for absolutely nothing. He turned to leave just so he could figure out his next plan but was stopped when he was met with the most peculiar sight. Was that? Merlin's beard. Why? Just why? Did the girl have no sense of propriety? "Langley!"​

So what if she liked to walk around with her hair in a towel after having a shower, she had a lot of hair and it wasn’t like there was a lot of spells she knew how to use to dry her hair… so she liked to pin it on her head, and wrap it in a towel - she was otherwise fully clothed, so she didn’t see any reason to be stuck in the dorms if it was just her hair, so she’d decided to go for a walk. She hadn’t been expecting to suddenly hear her name called from half way up the corridors. What the heck had she done to deserve such a tone in his voice? “What?” She asked, turning to look at him, because obviously she’d done something, she just wished she knew what she’d done wrong so she knew how to fix it or something.​
