Marcos had managed to keep his grades fairly average, which had been of a great surprise to him, they weren’t the best grades, but he wasn’t Pia or Flavio, he didn’t have brains like they both had, but he was proud of himself regardless. He was happy with the work he had done in keeping his grades steady and the goal for this year was to continue that. The gryffindor walked into the student lounge and took a seat in the room, he didn’t usually visit this room, with his studying being somewhat minimal this wasn’t a place he needed often, but he was working on using it more and more. Of having a place where he would go to study, however, given how early it was in the semester, Marcos wasn’t actually going to study, instead he was heading there so that he could read his new quidditch book.

As the rain poured down outside there was nothing better for him to do than read about the sport, when he certainly couldn’t play it. The boy was reading, taking it at his own pace being somewhat distracted every time someone moved about in the room, or any particularly loud sound. It was as he heard the door scrap open again that he looked up and spotted someone he knew, ”Gabriella!” he called out happily, disturbing others in the process, he waved at her, and began to wave her over. The boy hadn’t seen much of her, but he always enjoy their time together and was keen to have a little more time with her today, if she did actually sit with him. The young Gryffindor was hopeful that she would.

Gabriella wasn't feeling the best. Her grades were very dissapointing and so she was afraid of going home already. It was like how harder her parents tried to push her how less good she was doing it. But Gabriella was too afraid to say anything, because they wouldn't listen for sure. She rather spend time with her friends, but being a perfectionist wanted to make sure she kept having good grades. The blonde was going to the student lounge to see if her friends would be there. Heather or Marcos she ment by that since she didn't had lots of friends. Two friends was bad enough, and if her father found out he would be furious. They were only a distraction her father said. School wasn't to make friends but to make sure you prepared well for the future. Gabriella entered the room and suddenly heard a familliar voice. It was Marcos and she was rather glad to see him. It made her smile for a moment. The blonde walked over to him and went sitting next to him. '' Hi Marcos. How have you been?'' the blonde asked to the boy.
