Andrea Kelize was walking along the Fourth Floor Corridor in hopes to find her roommate Frances. But sad to say that she almost walked over almost every corridor just to find her but she seemed to be hiding or maybe Andrea just hadn't spot her. While she was walking along the corridor she saw the library. So, this is where the library is located, She thought to herself. Frances likes reading books so maybe she was inside there somewhere. The Gryffindor First Year walked inside. It's not like she wanted to find Frances only, but because she would love to find books all about the Muggle game called basketball, which is her favorite sport. When she set foot on the library, she stopped on her tracks, and was filled with awe. Never in her eleven years of existence has she found a library as big as this she was currently setting foot in. She was just very impressed. I bet they got the book where almost all the biographies of the players of my favorite basketball team have, she thought to herself. She quickly walked in to look for the book. She forgot all about Frances. Later on, she gave up. She hadn't found the book. All the books here are information about the all the subjects on Andrea's schedule. This sucks, she thought to herself, a bit disappointed. Andrea looked around the room. It was very crowded. Most of the students inside the room were Ravenclaws. They're reading a lot of books; maybe they're looking for a cure for Cancer or whatever those brainy people search for. Andrea rolled her eyes, after doing so; she stopped because she thought that she found Frances. Andrea walked happily towards the girl's direction, but when the girl turned around; Andrea saw that it wasn't her. Andrea rolled her eyes again. Great, she thought.

Damien walked to the library with his hands and arms full with books. He had a load of homework today and he was not happy about that because he knew it would take him forever to read and then write. He had never been in the library before or any library at that before so when he walked into this one he stopped for a few seconds and just stared. Wow he thought, how could one room have so many books?Damien saw a lot of what looked like Ravenclaws and one or two people from other houses. Remembering he had a whole pile of work to do he quickly found a table and started the painstakingly slow task of doing his homework.

Andrea looked around the room. The Frances-hunt was very tiring, so she decided to look for a stool and maybe even read a book, but if she gets too lazy she can just sit there and try to regain her strength before she moves on with the journey. She looked around and spotted an empty stool located next to a boy who had a lot of books piled into his part of the table. Woah, Andrea thought. That guy seems to be a bookworm, she thought again. And then she walked towards the stool's direction, hoping to have some conversation with him. While walking Andrea could already smell the essence of awkwardness that was filling the air, but she just shrugged it off. When she reached the stool, she sat carefully. Even if she intended on making conversation with this guy next to her, she wasn't really sure if he wanted to be bothered, but she doesn't have any boy friends yet so maybe making conversation with this guy was a good idea. Andrea looked around the room at first, as if looking for something, and then she turned her gaze towards the boy and said "Hey!”.

Damien was concentrating very hard on his work. He always found it hard to read because he had never been taught properly. Homework was always a long and hard thing to do. It took him longer than most students to do it because he also found it hard to write again due to lack of education. His school hadn't been the best in the country. Damien was very observed in his work so he didn't notice a girl sit beside him. He was almost finished a page long essay when he heard a voice beside him.He jumped and a line went through all his work. he just stood there looking at the work he had worked so hard on.He then slowly turned his gaze to the person beside him. He felt te anger boiling up inside him. "Do you know how long I have been working on that"he said his voice low and ice cold. All her felt was hate for this person in front of him who had managed to make him destroy an hours worth of work(he had started it in the common room).Suddenly his lid burst off "Why did you do that"He hissed at her trying not to attract the attention of the liabraian. "You stupid eejit"He said using a word he had often heard in the Irish Bars in New York, all he wanted to do was to throttle the girl. He breathed deeply knowing he was over reacting, but he had just worked so hard and bam it was ruined.

Tiredness was all Andrea was feeling now. Her feet were very sore due to too much walking. It's not that she's not used to walk non-stop, it's just because she the longest non-stop walking she had ever did was months ago and as far as she can remember it was the last time she walked really long too. Walking at a castle that is as big as two coliseums was no joke, so now, here was Andrea sitting in a stool hoping that she would regain her strength and maybe make some conversation to keep her company at least that was what she thought. Even if she hadn't found Frances yet, her day was as its usual bright day because nothing wrong seems to be happening. But all the walls broke down when the boy jumped and accidentally drew a huge line on his work. Andrea's eyes bulged when the line was drawn into the boy's paperwork. The boy was as surprised as Andrea was; the only difference is that the boy was surprised and mad, while Andrea was surprised and guilty of what she'd done. Maybe talking to the busy guy wasn't such a good idea, she thought. Suddenly, the boy turned his gaze towards her, and his eyes were filled with anger. The boy spoke to her, but not what Andrea was expecting him to say. "No, but I'm sorry, I didn't know you were that busy" She said, raising an eyebrow. She doesn't like it when other people talk to her like that, even if they have a right to. The boy's face was very red with anger. The light on Andrea's face darkened when the boy started hissing on her. "Do what? Say a greeting? Sorry, I didn't know you treat greetings like sh!t", she hissed back. Now the boy wasn't the only one who was firing up, Andrea was beginning to, too. Her heart sank deeply when the boy told her that she's a stupid eejit. "Eejit? Why can't you just say the proper word? And FYI, I'm not an idiot, how dare you say that?" She said, warily, lowering her voice a little bit so that the librarian or the other students won't notice their arguments. The boy breathed deeply, which just made Andrea's temper soar higher.

Damien looked at this girl with extreme annoyance and anger. He had worked os hard on it and now it was ruined. He was sure had never had to spend an agonisingly long time tying to read your bad hand writing and then complete your homework trying your best to make the writing as neat as he could. "It wasn't that I was busy it was the fact I had worked around an hour and half to do just that"He said pointing at the page not liking the way her face darkened. How dare she be annoyed at him when this was all her fault. Damien couldn't remember the last time he had gotten this angry. "Usually the person that says Hi doesn't make me ruin my work"He said pointing at his work again. He was trying to keep his voice as low as he could. he could see a few people glancing over and he tried to control his temper which was out of control. "Eejit is a proper word at least I don't say FYI which I may add is not a proper word"He said angrily. "Sometimes the truth is hurts"He said sarcastically.Damien breathed deeply trying to calm himself down, they weren't going to get anywhere like this.

The Gryffindor girl was very angry. She was practically shaking with anger. She knows she doesn't have a right to, but she just can't snob all the words that were coming out of her mouth, especially, by this time of day, her mouth was starting to control over herself. She tried calming herself by counting from one to 10 and clicking a pen, which always works but now but even that is useless to calm her down. The boy was angrier than her, as she would point out. If there wasn't a librarian or even other students, she bets the boy would've shout at her even louder than using someone talking using a microphone. The boy pointed at his paperwork while talking angrily. Andrea hadn't said anything in reply to his angry remark, although she just let out a soundless "pfft". Her face was as red as an ornament. More like an angry-guilt expression. "If "usually" they don't, then why did you "ruined" it now?" She snapped back, raising her middle and index fingers on both hands on the words usually and ruined. Andrea didn't want to make the boy angrier than he already is but Andrea doesn't want him to keep on blabbing too. Andrea turned her gaze from the boy and into the room. She saw a few people look at them but suddenly turned away when Andrea caught them, this just made her bite her lip. Great, she thought. She turned her gaze back to the boy and rolled her eyes in front of him. The boy's last remark, however, made Andrea hotter than chili peppers. Now, Andrea is a person with a good personality but little patient. "You know what, just shut the f*ck up. If you don't want to have some "good" conversation with me, why didn't you just say so?" Andrea angrily said. Honestly, she didn't really want to have a fight with someone at this time of day. All she wanted was for a nice conversation to put away all of her tiredness and she didn't really intended to make the boy ruin his work. But she has no choice but to leave him alone and let him do his work peacefully. Andrea snatched her bag and stood up, when she was about to leave, she added "Oh, and by the way, you could always copy it on another paper because in fact, it is just a line.", while smiling sarcastically. Then she walked off, little did she know that she left her pen on the table.

Damien was angrier than had had been in a long while. He couldn't believe they were correcting each others English, this was unbelievable. Her face was as red as a tomato and he was sure his wasn't much different. But he could feel himself calming down, realizing it had been an accident and there had been no reason to fly off the handle like that. He doubted she would forgive him though. He was still angry at him for what she had said she obviously didn't know how hard it was to write something when you found it hard to read."Talk about colorful language"He said starting to pack up his books. Seriously that was not healthy for an eleven year old. "Well I never said that"He said sheepishly not under any circumstances had he said he hadn't wanted to have conversation maybe if she hadn't made him ruin his work he would actually like to talk to her.Did she understand that it had been the writing that he had spent all his time on? No of course she wouldn't because everyone thought that everyone went to a nice school and actually learned to read and write. "You don't understand"He said before she got up and left. Damien wasn't surprised, though when she left her pen there we couldn't help the smile "I think you left something behind"he said the smiled clearly evident in his face.

Andrea's chest was very heavy. Not because she wanted to sob or anything, it was because of anger. She really have no intention of making this other boy ruin his work, she doesn't even know he was that super busy, she just thought that maybe this boy wanted to have some conversation since this day was very wonderful to just be ruined by an accidental mistake. She usually hates it when she has a fight on someone but this boy is just giving her the nerves to fight back. Andrea just rolled her eyes when the boy said his sentence. All she wanted to do was snob every sentence the boy was saying. After she left the chair, the heavy feeling seemed to loosen up a bit, but as she was walking she stopped on her tracks when she realized someone running towards her, and when turned around she saw the boy. What is he doing?, she thought. Then the boy said that she had left something and showed her, her pen. Andrea was surprised, she really didn't know what to say, but to get this over with she just said the first thing came out of her mouth, "Thanks" even if it was against her nature, and took the pen from the boys hands.

Damien was feeling increasingly and about what he had done. Idiot he said to himself. This girl had only been trying to be nice and look at the way he had treated her,his aunt would of killed him if she had seen him do that. But it had just taken him so much time,Damien sighed and decided he may as well start again here. When he realized she had left her pen he got up and gave it to her. After she had said thanks he stood there for a fw seconds and then "Look I'm sorry,I know you were only trying to talk but I don't find reading and writing easy so that took me ages to write.I know that's no excuse and I don't blame you if you still want to walk away,if you plan on forgiving me I'd like to be friends"He said before walking back to the table. He unpacked his books again and took out a new piece of parchment and his ink and quill. He didn't understand why they couldn't use normal paper and a pen,it would make life a lot more easier. Damien then began to copy his old work.He was very slow,he was trying to get it neat but it still looked all messy. He was finding it hard to read his own writing. The letters seemed to be all over the place and Damien tried his best to stay focused.

Everything seems to be back to their usual tone as Andrea walked away from her previous destination. The heavy feeling on her chest seemed to loosen up a bit the minute the boy walked and returned her pen, flashing a smile on his features. The Gryffindor girl was a bit surprised by the boy's act. He knows how to smile?, She said to herself. She didn't want to blurt that out since the boy was starting to be nice to her. After then, the boy started explaining is reaction and apologizing. After his long reasoning, he walked back to the table. Andrea paused for a minute before following the boy. She inhaled a huge amount of oxygen before doing so. "I'm also very sorry. I admit, I know that you were busy but I just thought maybe you'd want to have some conversation. I'm also very sorry about my words, I didn't mean to say those, I was just....surprised. And I understand, I find reading a bit hard too, though I don't find writing hard, maybe I could rewrite them for you if you want to, and yeah, I want to be friends" She honestly and politely said, adding a little smile on her little features.

After Damien had returned to the table. He got down to work. This was going to take a long time and he sighed knowing half his day was gone.He began coping down his work very slowly.Trying his best to keep the letters on the lines and make his writing readable. He had to keep looking closely at his former work because it was very hard to read.Damien looked up when he saw a shadow over his page.he smiled seeing the girl there. He listened as she said her side of the story "Don't worry,I was totally in the wrong"Damien said putting his pen down. His eyes hurt from concentrating so hard."Would you really?"He asked feeling as if a tonne of bricks had been lifted from his shoulders. That would make life so much easier for him. "Wow thanks"He said pushing some of his books to the side so there was more room for him.

The Gryffindor girl took a deep breath before pulling a seat next to the boy. The boy had said himself that he wanted to be friends and Andrea agreed so she figured that if they wanted to start again they should be more open to each other. Andrea sat down uncomfortably into the chair. She was beginning to feel that almost everyone in the library must have been looking at them since she felt that she was surrounded by evil eyes. Although, she was sure that one person hadn't notice the fight between the two and that's the librarian since he didn't warned them about keeping their voices down or something like that so that made Andrea feel a little relieved. "I know" Andrea said, biting her lip. Now, she completely understands why the boy was so mad at her. She saw that the boy finds trouble reading and writing. Andrea felt a little sorry for him since she finds reading a bit difficult too, but just a bit. "Of course. I owe you that since it's my fault you ruined your work" Andrea sheepishly said. Truth was one word to describe this sentence. It was nice to know that Andrea felt guilt since most of the time she just snobs the situation and walks away. Andrea just smiled when the boy thanked her. She reached out her hand for the boy to give the paper and the pen to her. She didn't want to just snatch the paper and pen since the boy was still holding them. "You got a name?" She asked, adding a curious expression on her face.

Damien ignored the stares that were boring into his head. Most people in the library had heard their little argument and Damien was seriously regretting losing his temper. It didn't happen often,he couldn't remember the last time he had lost control like that.It probably would of been last year when he had stupidly gone into a fight he knew he couldn't of won.But when your whole reputation is ruined and you know you are going to be tormented for the rest of your school years its hard not to get angry at the person that knowingly caused this.He had a long scar down his back now from that silly mistake. It was also on his records that he had been suspended but he wasn't planning on fighting again since he wouldn't have to his his true self from people again.Knowing you are different and a freak is a hard of thing to go through by yourself.Damien had thought there was seriously wrong with him when he had started doing things that humans shouldn't of been able to do.Thankfully it had been the year before he had left that somebody had seen him accidently do magic. Also nobody had believed the informer,it was a hard thing to believe. Some quiet, musical kid can do magic?Damien shook his head and focused back on the conversation at hand.He was glad she was giving him a second chance.Damien smiled "Thanks"He said giving her the pen and paper. He then showed her his previous work. "Damien, and you?"He asked a smile playing at his lips.

Andrea was glad she put off her temper quickly. This was the best decision she had ever made this day. If she hadn't done what she did, she might be facing Professor Kingsley, the Gryffindor Head of House, now. She knew earlier that if both of them hadn't let loose of their fiery temper, they might get into a fight which clearly isn't really necessary at this time of day. As usual, when Andi forgets to control her annoying temper, it always leads to arguments, fighting and backstabbing. She always gets into fights back in her home. Most of her rivals are boys. They always tease her of gender. They say that girls don't have rights to play basketball and that they should go and have a life or maybe play Barbie and Tea Party. This however made Andrea's face become red as her Miami Heat jersey and punched the boy right in the face which, later ended up in a huge fight. Andi doesn't really care about it. She always gets into trouble, anyways. The boy gave Andi his pen and paper. She just flashed a smile when the boy thanked her. Andrea looked at it carefully. It's not really that hard to read, she thought. She quickly looked over the paper and started writing. Like some people might feel, Andrea didn't feel embarrassed, well not at her penmanship. Not to brag but she has a pretty nice penmanship. Later, introductions were made. "Nice to meet you Damien. I'm Andrea" She said, reaching out her hand for him shake.

Damien looked around at the rest of the people in the library they seemd to have lost interest in them and Damien was glad because the librarian had started looking suspicious and Damien did not want to have a conversation with his Head of House especially when he hadn't even been here for a full term yet. That would of looked bad and really it had all been for nothing just his stupid fiery temperature getting in the way.She seemed to have just a fiery temper as him and it kind of made him glad because there would be somebody who could get him back to his senses like a few minutes ago.Damien was so glad when she took the pen and paper and began writing. She didn't seem to have a problem and again Damien cursed his inability to read and write, that's what his teachers had been paid to do,the little that they actually got that was.but then it had mostly been the students and the fact the teachers were just thrown into schools like his old one.Damien shook Andrea's hand and smiled "And the same to you"He said putting books back in his bag "So what house are you in?"Damien asked watching her read and write with envy

Damien's work was a pretty intelligent work for someone who might find reading and writing difficult. His work was, in fact, a nice clean one. He seemed to be an intelligent one. Even though Andrea might find reading and writing a bit easy, she also finds understanding them a bit difficult. She's not really an understandable person at first but later she might understand it but if she really can't, she'll just seek out for someone who can explain it to her. Andrea nodded in reply of Damien's remark. Damien's personality looked a bit crystal clear to Andrea now. He is a nice guy, he was just surprised at first that's why he reacted like that. "I'm in Gryffindor. Still a freshman. You?" Andrea replied, not looking at Damien. She was concentrating on the work she was doing, she didn't want to make mistakes again. The people around the two were beginning to mind their own business now. There were no eyes glued to them now. Andrea was glad about that. "So, what do you do in your spare time?" Andrea asked.

Damien wondered why he had had a messed up start in life, first his parents ha left him,he lived in a fecked up neighbourood and he couldn't read or write like any normal person.Life had dished out some pretty tough obstecals for someone as young as him.But then there were thousands of people who were worse of then him but that didn't really make him feel better because there were thousands of people who were a million times better than him.Damien perked up at this, how had he not seen her before she must of been in his classes and the common room."Same"He said smiling glad to be making another friend. All his friends seemed to be from Gryffindor he didn't really mind that though,he was able to see them everyday and he was in classes with them.He watched as she carefully began writing down his notes.he really was grateful to her for doing it,it was save his hand and arm the pain."I like music and I'm starting to like Quidditch"Damien said smiling "what about you?"He asked curiously

The Gryffindor was focusing on the work. She was looking at Damien's work very stiffly. She was trying to, if ever she could, make her penmanship perfect. The paperwork wasn't that really long. Only two pages, to be precise. Andrea was already in the half of the first page. She was writing and reading and at the same time trying to keep her and Damien's conversation steady. Andrea turn her gaze towards Damien and raised and eyebrow. She was a bit surprised about Damien saying the previous word. Andrea wasn't really convinced that he was also a first year Gryffindor like her since she doesn't really find his face familiar. She looked at Damien closely. She stared at him for about 30 seconds or so. Damien might find this a little bit weird but Andrea was just trying to fresh up her mind whether he looked familiar or not. Andrea was looking at Damien face closely as she had looked into a boy's features. She noticed his brown hair and eyes that finally seemed to look a little familiar. Then after a few more seconds of intense observation, Andrea nodded and went back to the paperwork. Damien was right, he was a Gryffindor freshman. Andrea remembered seeing some of that brown hair of his from her classes and also in the common room. Later on, Damien answered Andrea's question. He said that he likes music and quidditch which is just the opposite of what interests the female. Well, she doesn't really dislike music, it's just that she doesn't know much information about it since her parents cannot afford a simple radio due to their financial problem of feeding five children and themselves, but other than that, Andrea would love if Damien might share his knowledge. "That's cool. I don't really know much info about music. Can you provide me something about music? I mean, a little information would do." Andrea muttered. "Well, I read books in my spare time. Not subject books since those books often bores me. Just books about cars and...Muggle people. And I also like playing the Muggle game called basketball." She said, adding a friendly smile. "Do you know how to play basketball, Damien?" She wanted to know. This has been the same question she asked her Hufflepuff friend Angie, and she seemed to know very little info about it, but maybe Damien is different.

Damien watched Andrea and saw the concentration on her face.He hoped his writing was too hard to read,he had problems reading it but maybe that was because he found it difficult to read.He wasn't sure whether it was due to the fact that he had only learned last year or that he had a genuine problem with it.He didn't want to because that would just cost too much money for is aunt, money they didn't have.Damien at first hadn't wanted to go to the school because it involved magic which ad caused him a huge scar down his back and getting suspended from school. It had also made him feel different, which wasn't a good thing to feel in the tough suburbs of New York. When he had first entered Hogwarts he hadn't bothered to do an homework and he hadn't been bothered but after a few weeks of watching what magic could do he had begun to like it.He couldn't wait until he could do the harder spells and do magic outside school, that would be fun.He had been in is old world and when he focused again he noticed Andrea was staring intently at hi face,e didn't know ow long she had been doing it,it didn't really bother him but if she did it for much longer he jut might get a small bit uncomfortable.Damien did his best to hide his surprise when she said she didn't know much about music. He would gladly tell her about it though "Well like what do you mean by that?"Damien asked,he wasn't really sire what she meant.Did she mean the history of music or something else.Well Damien would like to read but it would cause a head ache and take up a lot o his time if he tried to read one. When his reading got better he would try and read one."Yes,I like it"Damien said smiling,he quite liked basketball,it was a fun game and he would often play with his friends. "I do know how to play,I would often play it with my friends"Damien said smiling

Andrea was very close into finishing the first page. She was concentrating so much. She really don't want to disappoint Damien. "I hope my penmanship is alright with you" She said sheepishly. It's not that this was her very first time into writing paragraphs. It's just that this was her first time writing paragraphs for other people, especially to someone she just met. She was sure Damien saw the mixture of concentration and nervousness on her face. This was unusual. Andrea doesn't really get nervous often, especially when she's just writing paragraphs. The feeling Andrea was currently having seemed to be joined my embarrassment. She really hadn't meant to stare at Damien that intense, well she was just surprised that she hadn't remembered him. Damien doesn't seem to care though and that made Andi glad. "Well, what I meant was what are the components of music. Do you excrete sweats in doing so? I'm sorry if you think I am ridiculous, it's just that I am completely clueless when it comes to stuffs like that. You can tell me anything though" Andrea thoroughly explained. It seemed like Damien hadn't understand what she said and by her second chance she wanted him to. Meanwhile, when Damien said he also plays basketball, Andrea's face lighten up, she turn her gaze from the paperwork towards Damien and said happily "That's great. We should play it sometime then.".

Damien smiled "It is perfect, thanks again"He said sitting on his chair. Her writing was very nice and neat.Damien again felt the pang of jealously but hopefully he would get better. All it took was practice and that was something Damien was used to.He wondered how his aun twas doing,he knew she got accepted to the college she had always wanted to go to but he hadn't got a letter since and he hopedthat was because she was enjoying herself so much that she didn't have time.It was weird being away from her for so long,he had never been away from her for more than a day.He would be seeing her soon, for the holidays and he was looking forward to it.In her last letter she had said she had to tell him something important,he wasn't sure what itr could be about but he was both scared and excited.Damien couldn't believe she ha no idea what music was, surely she would of heard it in a shop, somewhere.Damien's face mus tof looked extremely shocked and he did his best to hid it. "Well music is a sound, something you listen to,you can make it louder or softer, long, sort, fast, slow. There a musical instruments that make the sound you voice is also a musical instrument. When you sing you are making music and with singing you can have different style, tempo, pitch anything really"Damien said.It was kind of hard to explain it but he thought he explained it pretty well. But maybe if you had no idea what music was it might be harder. He might sing for her but maybe outside the mirror and later he could show her his guitar.Damien smiled "That would be fun"He said "Hey do you want me to get my guitar from the common room?"Damien asked it wouldn't take that long he could play it for her outside the library.

As much as Andre wanted to hide her "proudness" about her work, she really can't help but beam when Damien said her penmanship is perfect. It is very unusual to see Andrea beaming, it's just that she can't help but beam at that previous comment Damien's mouth let out. Her penmanship was really one of her thumbs up skills. It's not like she was classically trained or something it's just that she loves writing. Well, only in her diary that is. Some people would think having a diary is ridiculous or only a waste of time but Andi doesn't mind that since she just wants to keep one so that she could have something to work on when she's bored or when she needed company. Later on, Damien started explaining what music is. Andrea listened carefully as Damien explained it word by word. However, when Damien mentioned singing a part of music, Andrea eyes widened. She has never thought of that before. Maybe it's because she doesn't sing. Never in a thousand years have Andrea sang a song or at least hum it. She heard her mother hum a song before but she never actually cared. But now here was Damien, explaining and telling her that singing is also a part of music. "It is? I mean, singing is also a part of music?" Andrea replied, looking as curious as before. Later, Andrea noticed the shocked look plastered on Damien's face. He has a right to since Andrea was clearly asking him questions like she was a famous musician yesterday and now here she was asking him what is music right now. Andrea's curious face was traded by a happy one. She was glad Damien agreed on her suggestion that they play basketball sometime. "Great" she replied. "Really? Now? All the way back to the common room? I mean, if you want to but if you don't you clearly don't have to, you can just sing" She replied. Damien doesn't really have to get his guitar, it was Andrea's fault she has a brain of a sociopath when it comes to music.

Damien laughed at Andrea's obvious delight when he complimented her.She was positivily beaming. She obviously liked writing,Damien wished he liked reading and writing but alas he didn't.He was perfectly content with his music, more then content. He thanked the people upstairs everyday for the wonderful gift he had been given,it had stopped him from being a complete failure and just being useless. It gave him a purpose in life a future which wasn't common where he was from.Hogwarts would probably brighten his future too.To think last yer he had been suspended and doing his best to help his aunt put food on the table. His future had been bleak but now it had suddenly brightened.Life was finally giving him a break. things were finally starting to get good. He wasn't going to let down his guard though.Things like this could easily go up in flames and until he had at least done three or four years here he would still be wary.Damien still couldn't believe she had never heard of music,it made him curious of her back round.Where had she lived and what type of household but they were all questions that would be asked if they got closer as friends."Yup,now everyone can sing but whether its in tune or not that's a different matter"Damien said smiling,.It was torture for him when someone sang out of tune or someone played an instrument out of tune,it was absolutely awful. Damien nodded "I suppose, sure when you're finished I'll sing outside for you"Damien said glad that she was happy.

Andrea smiled sheepishly when Damien laughed. "Why are you laughing?" She asked, accompanied by a little laugh and a sheepishly smile. Oh, she knew why Damien was laughing. She perfectly knew why, but she just wanted to be sure that's why she asked. Obviously, Damien laughed because Andrea beamed. Compliments were just what makes her day even though they aren't really that true. Most of the older year levels and even officials say that she is very adorable and cute even though, to Andrea, she can be anything but adorable and cute but she'd take the compliment anyways. But what Damien had complimented her for was just something Andrea can't get out of. She can either beam or blush. Writing has been Andrea's best friend next to playing basketball. Whenever it rains or whenever she has a fever and can't play her hobby, people will find her in the quietest corner writing in her diary about how suckish her life is. Damien's shocked expression was still buried in his face. It wasn't clearly his fault of feeling like this. He definitely has a right to. And even though his expression was shocked, he kept on smiling which can be a little creepy. "You mean, anyone can sing?" She asked, sounding like the dumbest person ever. If Damien only knew her history of music, he would definitely understand. Damien said that if Andi's finished, he could sing outside the library for her and that comment hit her. Andrea was so eager about this learning music thing that she forgot that she still owe Damien the paperwork, so she quickly turned his z=gaze from him to the paper and started writing again.
