Full Name:
- Janessa Rosalina Afterwood.
Nicknamed Jinx because she is extremely accident-prone.
The meaning of Janessa is "one who resembles a butterfly". Her parents couldn't decide whether to call her Jane or Vanessa, so they named her Janessa which suits her well enough. JInx loves butterflies.
Rosalina means "pretty rose" and was Jinx's maternal grandmother's name.

- Jinx had a heart shaped face and blonde hair that falls almost to her shoulders. She is trying to grow it out, but her mum doesn't want it to be long because Jinx always forgets to brush it. Her eyes are blue and she stands at about 3"8. She is very small.
Personality:
- Jinx can be selfish at times, but tries hard to be kinder. She has lived in a huge family all her life, so she is used to not getting her own way. She believe rules are meant to be bend as far as possible without being broken and acts like a goody-good to avoid detection. She rarely gets caught doing something she shouldn't, and is very good at not getting in trouble because everyone believes her side of the story.
