Callie could admit that it had been a little disappointing when she hadn't been named as prefect - though understandable. She knew Marley would be good at it, that the other girl would manage it, but she felt just a little tinge of sadness at her own...failing? Could it be called that. She hadn't been trying for it. She had just been doing what she liked and maybe her grades just weren't as good as others. She was involved in things but not entirely. She could be more involved. She didn't lead anything, but she hadn't really had anything to lead, aside from a couple of study sessions with others in her year. Callie had come outside, seeking out the gardens, and the flowers. She could distract herself by just enjoying the flowers, enjoying the outdoors and reconnecting with nature.
