[Perseus Ambrosia]

All that he could hear was scarlet screaming from her Cot on the third floor and Ashton snoring from the living room couch. Perseus held his head, Kida had left 5 hours ago, 5 hours ago she was leaving to go see Eden and would be back in two hours. When it was 3 hours since she left he just assumed that she had lost track of time, by then Ashton had passed out on the couch after finishing a whole bottle of Jack to himself, he said that he only had to take care of Scarlet for two hours and Kida never said anything about more than that so he started drinking at exactly 2 hours after she left. Perseus warned him that Kida would turn him into a rock if he messed up taking care of Scarlet but he didn’t seem to care. When 4 hours had past he just assumed she was on her way back and may have had to take Eden home or something, there had to be a reason she would never leave them to defend for themselves especially not Ashton. By 4 hours 30 minutes Scarlet had started Crying and Perseus couldn’t figure out how to lower the Cot arm so he could get her out, he tried comforting her for 30 more minutes but it wasn’t working.
5 hours 15 Minutes later Perseus couldn’t handle not knowing anymore, he had to find out where his Half-Sister was, Perseus reached through the bars and shook Scarlets arm gently 'It’s okay Scarlet… ' he mumbled before getting up and running down the hall way and started to climb down the stairs, Kida’s God Fathers house had lots of stairs that either spiralled or zigzagged, Usually he enjoyed it but when he was in a hurry it was rather frustrating.
Jumping the last three Steps Perseus ran into the lounge and shoved Ashton furiously trying to wake him up but all he got was a grunt and a half conscious swing of a Jack Daniels bottle before more grunting and then silence. Perseus tried again but he got the same response 'Ashton!' he screamed at him but he wasn’t stirring. Perseus groaned before storming over to the phone mumbling something along the lines of having to do everything in the entire house.

Picking up the Wireless Phone Perseus jogged from the Lounge up the two flights of Stairs into Kida’s Study which used to be her God Fathers, it was covered with books that weren’t Kida’s they were old and dusty and there were some weird things, he never came in here cause the room gave him the creeps. Perseus ran to the desk and knocked some books off the table 'Whoops.. .They looked Important' he said but ignored them and quickly opened the desk draws trying to find Kida’s phone book, he spent a good 5 minutes looking before he realised it was on the desk right in front of him. Perseus smacked his forehead and flipped open the book and found Kida’s number first and tried to call it but it went straight to message bank, he tried again 3 times but still got nothing, Icarus was next he was close and be able to wake up Ashton and stop Scarlet from Crying. Dialling it in he quickly put the phone to his ear and waited, Scarlets cry’s had gotten louder and he nervously ran his hand through his hair, just like his sister did.
He heard the end of the phone pick up and he started shouting into the phone 'Icarus, Icarus! It’s Perseus Frost, Scarlets Crying, Help, Ashton Asleep and Scarlets Crying!' Perseus took the phone away from his ear and was ready to hang up when he remembered he quickly what he had to tell him, Perseus put the phone to his ear 'Icarus, Icarus! You Still There? Kida’s missing. She said she would only be gone for 2 hours and she’s been gone for 5 hours, I call her phone and it goes to message bank, I tried 4 times. Please Hurry' he said as she hung up and flipped through the book and called Eden, Perseus was only 8 years old, there was no way that he could take care of the house while Kida was gone and Ashton was asleep. Perseus punched Eden’s number in the phone to go to her private mobile, he heard someone answer and he screamed into the phone again 'Eden, Its Perseus, Perseus Frost, Kida’s Half Brother.. Oh wait you know who I am.. EDEN!' he said starting to panic while Scarlet continued to cry 'Sorry… Uhmm Scarlets Crying and Ashton has been drinking and he’s out on the couch and Kida is missing, she said she went to see you and would be back in two hours and that was five hours again…' he paused for a moment and looked at the clock 'five and a half hour ago! I called Icarus and he’s coming. Where is Kida have you seen her since she was with you last? Scarlet won’t stop Crying.. Never mind come over please!' he pleaded and hung up the phone quickly running downstairs to the kitchen and grabbing one of the containers with sliced apple before double jumping stairs up to the top floor into Scarlets Nursery and opening the container handing her an Apple which was almost immediately flung straight at his head 'Come one Scarlet, Kida’s on her way home soon, I promise just eat something and sleep, but don’t poop, I can’t clean up poop' he said trying to get things sorted, if he could show to Icarus and Eden that he was capable they might think better of him instead of some 8 year old. Perseus continued to try to figure out how to take down the crib wall.

 

[Icarus Stratis]

Most young men would prefer to spend their night out with their girlfriend or with their mates and head for dinner or drinks. Icarus was no different but his job was restricting him most part of the week in Hogwarts School so just the fluency of visiting his own place for the night was enough for him. There were no patrols or other obligations around the castle for him so he could spend some time at his house and see how his little pal, Marshmallow, was doing.
He entered inside his house and Marshmallow, his dog, greeted him with his tail upright and a bark of excitement.
"Yay little buddy, I'm back home! I see you missed me!" he kneeled to receive the dog's warm but wet welcoming as Marshmallow licked his face. Icarus tried to avoid most of his dog's display of joy and had a good look of him to make sure that he was in a good condition. It seemed that either his aunt or his cousins were taking good care of him and he looked healthy. Satisfied with that, Icarus stood up and inspected the well-being of his house. He knew that his cousins were finding a way to sneak in but everything looked in order, no signs of disorder or ataxy and Icarus was quite surprised by that. After inspecting, he put on his pyjamas shorts and t-shirt before collapsing on the sofa. Marshmallow followed him and jumped next to him, curling up ready to pass some time with his master.

Icarus place was reflecting his love about everything muggle. There were many appliances operating with electricity like the TV that he turned on. He wasn't really watching any shows but now and then he liked zapping to see what was on and watch muggles' news. This time, his attention was attracted by documentary about civil engineering. He had no idea about the topic but he was curious to see what was a typical day at work for them.
However, it turned to be not so interesting as he had expected and soon his eyelids grew heavy and fell asleep with the TV on. He was having a strange dream of Professor Kingsley and Professor Styx having a quidditch match between each other when a distractive ringing echoed in his ears when Professor Kingsley scored with a quaffle for the third time. His grey eyes opened abruptly and pinned on the ceiling above him. The ringing was sounding more realistic and just then he realised that he had fallen asleep. He stood up slowly, dropping the remote control that was resting on him on the floor and went to pick up the cordless phone.
"Hello?" he murmured and rubbed his eye with his free hand. He stopped doing that surprised when he heard at the end of the line, Kida's younger brother. "Hold on Perseus, what is going on?" he asked clueless of what the boy was trying to say to him. He wasn't sure if the boy was panicked or he was still half asleep. "Kid, try to talk slower, I don't understand a thing. Perseus? Perseus?" he shouted at the speaker but the boy had hung up the phone already. From what he had just listened to, Icarus had caught something about Kida missing. Puzzled of what could have happened, he dressed up again and left his house. Storming out of the Sanctuary, he was trying to think positively hoping that Kida's half brother had just discovered the amusement of phone calls. When he was out in Rangipo desert, he apparated thinking of Kida's house.

Wilderness was replaced by a hill with a neoclassical mansion on top. Icarus recognized it instantly. It was the house that Kida brought him the first they were met. It was he godfather's house but now she was residing there with her daughter and her brothers. A couple of lit windows were giving out that at least someone was still awake. This was going to make him feel less awful for knocking doors that late and uninvited. He hurried and climped up the hill. He knocked the door twice, hoping that Kida was going to open and reassure him that everything was alright.

As time passed he began to grow impatient, Scarlet wouldn’t shut up and the crib wouldn’t open and no matter how many times he called Ashton he didn’t stir. Perseus rattled at the crib like Scarlet would do but nothing budged he groaned with frustration and picked up one of Scarlets toys and threw it across the room. 'Open!' he yelled when he heard some knocking on the front Door, Perseus jumped up and ran out the door but he quickly ran back in and tapped the crib 'It’s okay Scarlet, I’ll be right back' he said before running out the room leaving her to cry, she seemed to just be sulking now, as if she knew what was going on but no one else did but he seriously doubted it. Perseus jumped down as many stairs as he could before skidding towards the front door and bumping into it with a audible thud. Perseus twisted the Handle but it was locked and he groaned again 'Hang on let me find the key' he shouted before thumping off into the kitchen.

On the shelf there was a glass jar with a key inside, he quickly jumped onto the bed and pulled it out, Kida used it as decoration but he knew it was the house key, he slid of the bench and went thumping back into the front door, quickly he put the key in and unlocked the door when he was about to open it he paused and kept his hand on the handle, he was about to ask who it was but then shook his head, no time. Practically ripping the door open Perseus saw Icarus on the other side 'Icarus!' he exclaimed loudly as he reached out and grabbed his hand pulling him inside with as much force and eight year old could muster, he slammed the door shut behind him and dragging Icarus in further until he was at the bottom of the stairs 'Have you Seen Kida? No wait if you did she’d be with you come with me!' he said as she started running up the three flights of stairs, he thumped on his way up. Perseus wanted to just pause time and for everything to be all right but it didn’t seem to be working that way, he had to walk and talk or run and talk 'Kida went out to see Eden she said that she needed to see her since she had been MIA.. whatever that means for a while and she wanted to see if everything was okay, she said she would be back in two hours tops but she hasn’t shown up since, that was 5 hours ago, She’s always on time.' Perseus paused briefly and took a deep breath before continuing 'Ashton started drinking exactly on two saying that she only said 2 hours and passed out in about an hour on the couch and he won’t wake up, Scarlet hasn’t stopped crying for like 2 hours straight, I don’t know how it’s possible but she just won’t shut up' Perseus skidded around a corner and made his way up the last flight of stairs hoping Icarus was still behind him 'I’m going Crazy, Someone make Scarlet shut up please!' he begged as he quickly walked down the hall way, he turned around and grabbed Icarus’ hand and pulled him into Scarlets Nursery, the child was sitting in her crib holding onto a stuffed toy of a wolf, her face red and her Hazel eyes scrunched tight she was distressed her little body was shaking and she had just been sobbing she didn’t seem to realise that there was Icarus in the room, some apple pieces on the floor by the door aswell and an empty contained by the side of the bed where Perseus had tried to feed her. Perseus tried to pull the crib wall down but still wasn’t having much luck 'Icaruss….!' he wined putting his hands on his ears like a typical eight year old.

 

[Icarus Stratis]

Still wishing that he wasn't going to wake up anyone, he knocked for a third time as he waited for someone to open the door. He casted a look around him. Everything looked in order, nothing suspicious and the closest windows didn't look like they were broken. A sudden thud on the door however, made his heart jump.
"Is everything okay?" he asked concerned the person that was behind the shut door.
He recognised Perseus voice coming from behind the door, saying something about a key. Icarus could feel the agony in the boy's voice. He decided not to use his wand and get in when it seemed that the kid was able to open the door itself. But why Perseus and not Kida? Where she was and couldn't open the door?
Another thud was followed by keys clanging in the keyhole. Light showered the door step and a desperate Perseus stood by the door.

Before Icarus was able to express his bewilderment, the biy grabbed his hand and pulled him inside the house. Icarus followed with widened eyes. He had no idea what was going on and he was getting more concerned by the moment. "Easy Perseus. What's going on?" he asked the boy that was still dragging him closer to the bottom of the stairs. Scarlet's cries from upstairs agitated him tremendously. "Isn't she here with you?" he asked as he followed him upstairs. After Perseus' explained the situation, it was crystal clear that Kida had left hours ago to visit a friend of hers without returning back. He couldn't process much of what the boy was saying to him while Scarlet's deafening cries were growing stronger. First, he had to calm down the baby but he had no idea how to do it. Finally, they reached Scarlet's nursery where Perseus pleaded him to stop her crying.
"Everything is going to be fine." he softened his voice as he pulled the crib's wall down. He picked Scarlet, a little bit awkwardly, her cries penetrating his eardrums. "It's alright, it's alright. Mommy is going to be back soon." he patted her and tried to comfort her. He had no idea what exactly was making her cry. He hoped that she was just sensing her mother's long absence because he didn't know what she was supposed to eat nor how to change her diaper. "Okay, let's be rational. Umm, you mentioned that Eden. Your sister told you that she was going to visit her, right?" he tried to cooperate with the boy. "Is there any way we can come in touch with your sister's friend? Perhaps she knows where is your sister." he suggested while rocking Scarlet. Icarus hoped that Perseus could get them in touch with Eden, the person that Kida was supposed to have visited.

Perseus watched Icarus put the wall down easily and he wanted to make a comment about how he loosened it but Icarus started asking questions and he was slightly confused, Scarlet was still crying but she seemed to be more confused now that she was in someones arms she seemed to feel more protected and comforted and her Crys got softer but still as intense. Perseus uncovered his ears 'Hey Scarlet, Its going to be Okay, Kida is just out getting you some more apple because you keep on throwing your current lot okay?' he said not sure if lying was the best for this situation but he had to try something.
Perseus tapped his head when he realized what Icarus had said 'I called you first then i called Eden, she'll come crashing through the door to swoop up Scarlet in any second, or kill Ashton either one' he said knowing that Eden treated Scarlet like her own daughter, he thought it was weird but apparently that's normal. Perseus ran his hands through his hair 'IF you have't seen Kida then where is she, i tried calling her Mobile and everything but it doesn't even ring, her phone is switched off or something' he said as he started to pace the room 'This is bad this is very bad... Whos going to cook for me!' he said his brain going to where his next meal was going to come from.

Perseus paced the room some more making his circles wider and wider 'Icarus!' he panicked 'What if she's dead, what if she got attacked By those Death Eater thingys she mentioned once' he said, he didn't know much about them he knew they were bad something about how he was lucky that he isn't a Muggle born like she is because his father is a Wizard. Perseus looked at Icarus with more concern 'What happens if she never comes back!' he added his head thumping now, he just got a sister he couldn't lose her.
Perseus looked at Scarlet who had become drastically more quiet now that she was in someones arms but her cry's were more of a silent sob. Perseus looked at Icarus with a big Grin 'She Likes you' he said before turning back to the topic at hand 'Maybe she's punishing me for not cleaning my room.. Maybe i should go clean it now' he said not knowing what to do at all in this situation 'Icarus, What do i do!'

 

[Icarus Stratis]

Scarlet cries turned into sobs as she suddenly started feeling comforted after hours alone in her crib. Even Perseus' words seemed to be influencing the baby positively. Perseus looked like a caring and responsible little lad. Poor thing, he had to deal with all this on his own. "Good job!" he praised him for the initiative to call as well Kida's friend. However, he had no idea who was the Ashton guy he had mentioned. The name sounded familiar but he couldn't recall who was he. "Who's Ashton?" he asked curiously. Probably there was another person in the house that he didn't notice as he stormed inside. "Probably her phone is out of range or out of battery. No need to worry." he tried to calm down both Perseus who started pacing restlessly around the room, but also himself. He didn't want to think that something bad had happened to Kida. He was only going to make matters worse if he was going to think like Perseus.

Cook? Did Perseus mentioned cooking? That made Icarus smile widely. His favourite activity and a good way to preoccupy Perseus' mind. The boy's delirium didn't stop there. He also mentioned death eaters and that made Icarus chuckle. He could guess that Kida had mentioned them probably to make him behave or it all his food. A common means of intimidation for children that Icarus was against it. "Death eaters? Come on, they are just a group of sellouts." he said convinced that this would be the most unlikely scenario. Death eaters were no longer what they used to be and why they could possible be interested in Kida? "Look what had possibly happened. Kida got out with Eden and got carried away. Her cell phone is out of battery. You'll see, she'll be back with Eden at any minute." he reassured him still patting Scarlet who was much better now. He had to find a way to distract them for a little while.

"Okay let's show Kida that we were good boys while she was aways. First stop, your room." he smiled at Perseus and let him guide him from the nursery to his own bedroom. "Nice room! You like music?" he asked spontaneously just by a look at his messy room which was denoting an inclination to music. Icarus decided that it would be better to use some magic there rather than tidying up the room normally. "Promise that you won't say that to your sister. Let's say you tidied up on your own." he said with a conspiratorial look. He reached for his wand in his pocket while still carrying Scarlet with his other arm. With a swish, clothes were folded and placed back in the closet, the books on the floor jumped back into the bookcase and toys drew back into their boxes. Scarlet in his arms started laughing as she was watching the effect of his spell, with so many different objects flying towards different directions in the room. "Perfect! Now time to go to the kitchen. Off we go!" he let Perseus to lead the way. He wanted to make him feel that he was in charge in order to bother his mind with something. Icarus just couldn't do the same. He was worried and had no idea where on earth could Kida be. He couldn't do anything however. He had no idea where to search and in addition, he couldn't leave alone Scarlet and Perseus. His best option was to remain calm for the kids and wait for Kida's friend to arrive. Maybe she knew where Kida was.

'Oh Yeah...' Perseus said about her phone being out of range, he never thought of that Kida was always contactable. Perseus grinned when he received praise and raised an eyebrow when Icarus asked who Ashton was 'My Older Half Brother, He's the Oldest in the Family' he said with a confused look, how did he not know who Ashton was, maybe Kida didn't bother going into too much detail because he wasn't as important as Perseus.
Perseus Listened to Icarus talk about Death Eaters 'Yeah Yeah, Sellouts' he said copying him slightly, he thought Icarus was really cool the way he was handling everything. Perseus grinned 'She's going to be So Impressed when she gets home' he said as he tugged Icarus' elbow and walked towards his room, Perseus' room was on the second floor but had stairs that went up to his room which was secretly located on the third floor, he thought it was the coolest room in the entire house, it was secret and hidden. Perseus opened the door and walked up the stairs to show Icarus his room. Icarus seemed pleased with his Music everywhere he gushed slightly 'Yeah, I Play Guitar and write music, My Older Half-Brother Ashton is in a band and has been showing me how to write sheet music' he said as he ran to his bed and pulled up some pieces of paper and grinned, half of the time he wrote about being a Secret Agent but Ashton had made him write about more personal stuff but he didn't think people would be as interested as they would be in Secret Agents or Knights or Ninjas. Perseus tided up the music and put it in a folder before picking up his guitar and putting it on its stand in the corner of his room and putting Ashtons which he thought was the coolest acoustic ever into the case on the floor. he was about to pick up his clothes and straighten his bed when everything started to move around him he stood back and looked around 'Woah!' he exclaimed and smiled at Scarlet who had started to giggle, Scarlet loved Magic, he often wished he had a wand so he could conjurer something to keep her amused but Kida said he can't use magic outside of school until he is older.

Perseus moved over to Icarus 'That's Cool, Kida always makes me do it by hand i never knew she could do that!' he said 'You have to come back EVERY time she wants me to clean my room and do that!' he said as he followed him out to the Kitchen, Perseus walked down the stairs behind Icarus and heard a grumble from the lounge room 'That's Ashton, he's passed out on the Couch in the Lounge, he decided after 2 hours he was allowed to start drinking and was asleep in an hour, i tried to wake him up but he swung at me so i just moved on' Perseus opened the kitchen door and walked in going straight to the fridge and pulling out some chocolate milk and a glass 'Want some?' he asked curiously as he poured himself a glass and guzzled down the milk giving himself a Chocolate Mustache 'I wish Kida would hurry up, I'm Hungry' he said as he topped up his glass

 

[Eden Silverback]

The house was in chaos. Koaru had just told Haruhi he was leaving her. He had been having his stuff packed all day. It was also Ain'e birthday tomorrow. Eden was trying to do ten different things at once. Having to have her and Aine's room packed up because she was taking over her mothers old rooms. The party had to be planned along with stuff for the Silverbacks. Today was a busy day and it was just going to get busier. Eden had just finished getting Aine dressed and was going to take her down to get breakfast when her phone went off. Picking it up Eden couldn't even get a hello in when she heard the sound of little Perseus. Eden froze where she stood. The next moment Eden was barking orders and she was headed out of the house with Aine in her arms.

Stepping off the Koshiba property Eden noticed an old school car. Pulling out her phone Eden took a picture of it. Once she found out where Kida was she would show it to her and ask about it. Kida was into cars. Doing a half turn Eden vanished on the spot and showed up right in front of Kida's. Letting herself into the house the first thing she saw was Ashton passed out on the couch. Placing Aine on the ground Eden punched Ashton hard in the stomach. "Wake up you sorry excuse for a breather!" Eden said giving her wand a harsh wave and a pitcher of ice cold water hovered over the still sleeping boy. It at once started pouring on him. Picking up her daughter once more Eden walked away knowing the water wouldn't stop until he was awake.

Entering the kitchen Eden saw her god daughter. Letting out a breath she hadn't known she was holding. Setting Aine on the floor Eden went to Perseus and pulled him into a hug. "What's going on? Perseus what do you mean Kida hasn't come on and what is your good for nothing brothers problem?" Eden wanted to take Scarlet and hold her close but there was something she had to do. Walking back into the living room Eden stopped the water and hit Ashton starting to wake up. Balling up her fist Eden pulled it back and threw her whole body into the punch that connected with his nose and broke it. "Why the hell are you passed out drunk with no Kida? You know the rules you bloody wanker." Eden said pulling her fist back getting ready to hit him again.

 

[Ashton Valley]

He could feel someone trying to wake him up but he didn't want to, he liked where he was it was comfy so he didn't plan to move, they kept on bothering him so he tried to swat them away, after two more times they finally left him alone and he went back into his deep state.

Swimming through a crystal clear Lagoon Ashton was rather Enjoying himself, he stood up under a water fall and let the Water cascaded over him, Ashton gasped and sat up from the couch, and the water stopped her hissed and rubbed his forehead, he couldn't seen who started the water but he guessed it was Kida 'Bloody Hell Kida, What is your Problem' he shouted as he brushed his brown hair off his face, cringing his nose he shook his head out trying to get the water off his face when the next thing he knew he could taste was blood, Ashton reeled back and put one hand to his nose pinching it together, Definitely broken, Ashton stood up and his vision was clear and he could see Eden, Kida's friend 'What the F...' Ashton remembered Perseus and Scarlet and held back his word, he looked at Eden with Disgust 'What the F..aries and Butterfly is your Problem Woman!' he yelled as he stood up off the couch to tower over the girl, he was against hitting women but not against jinxing them, Ashton grabbed his nose tighter and hissed 'You Broke My Nose, You Broke my Bloody Nose' he continued his English accent rather strong, he walked around the room groaning 'You've got something wrong with your head B....Witch' he snarled as he walked out of the lounge room pushing the door hard that it slammed against the wall.

Storming across the foyer Ashton stopped half way 'You, Stay away from me, The F..' he turned around and threw one hand in the air in exasperation, Ashton used his free hand to pull up his jeans but he wasn't wearing a shirt and he didn't plan to wear one. Ashton walked into the Kitchen and opened the door to see what he guessed was Icarus, Scarlet and Perseus in there, he raised an eyebrow over his hand and snorted the blood slowly dripping from his nose 'Don't tell me this is an intervention' he said as he walked around the bench and ruffled Perseus' hair as he walked past them, he grabbed some paper towel off the bench and held it under his nose to catch the blood and wipe up his face 'First off, Don't break my nose and i might be more inclined to listen to you' he said as he leaned against the bench, his brown hair back in front of his face but still dripping wet 'Where's Kida, You're Missing one of your recruits' he asked as he looked around the room. Ashton turned towards who he thought was Icarus and nodded 'Whats Sup, I'm Ashton the Older Half-Brother, You must be Icarus, And how did they rope you into this situation?'

 

[Icarus Stratis]

Listening from Perseus about Ashton, Icarus remembered Kida referring to her older half-brother. Still he hadn't realize yet that he was as well in the house, passed out on a sofa but he was soon to find out. For now he let a chuckle as Perseus agreed with him that death eaters were sellouts. It was funnier to hear it from a child of his age. Icarus noticed the guitar at the far corner of the tidied up room and smiled.
"Good. Maybe you should teach me some time because I have no idea how to scratch that thing." he stated about his poor music education. "Deal! This will be our little secret." he agreed to be secretly helping him tidying up his room with a fist bump. He then followed young Perseus downstairs, still holding Scarlet who had calmed down completely after watching him performing some magic.

As they were walking by the lounge on their way to the kitchen, Perseus introduced him to his older brother who had passed out on the couch as if he was some kind of sightseeing of the house. He should probably wake him up and talk seriously with someone older than Perseus of what might have happened to Kida. But first they went to the kitchen where he placed Scarlet on her high chair and gave her a broomstick miniature toy to keep her busy. "No thanks, I'm alright." he smiled as Perseus was eager to treat him some chocolate milk.
Feeling sorry for Perseus who was starving, Icarus was going to suggest of making some pizza when he heard the front door bursting open. Instinctively, he placed himself between the kids and the unknown person that entered the house and had a look at the lounge. A young woman stormed into the house holding a baby. This should be Eden, Kida's friend who had a somewhat aggresive mood. She totally ignored him and went straight to check out if Scarlet and Perseus were alright.

Then she headed back to the lounge where she beaten up Kida's older brother after offering a shower of cold water. "Hey, hey! No need to do that!" he tried to stop her but it was too late. Ashton woke up, blood oozing off his nose and starting pacing around while cursing the woman.
"Yes, that's me." he confirmed his identity as Ashton settled down a bit. "Perseus called me." he started explaining to both young adults. "He said something about Kida be missing for a long time. That's why I came here." he said and looked at both of them to see if they knew something. "I had no idea of her plans tonight. Do you?" asked them in hope to find some logic behind Kida's sudden disappearance. "I can fix that if you like." he offered to treat Ashton's broken nose.

 

[Perseus Ambrosia]

Perseus nodded excitedly when Icarus said that he should teach him 'Dude! Your mind will be blown, I’ll have you playing guitar in a week' he said certain to teach Icarus Guitar, that would make him so much cooler. Perseus fist bumped Icarus’ back on their deal and then lead him downstairs.
Looked at Ashton on the way down 'He’ll Swing at you if you try wake him up' he said softly before rushing into the Kitchen, Scarlet was put in a high chair and happily took the broom 'How can one child have so many Quidditch Toys' he said crinkling his nose, he knew his sister played the sport but he wasn’t sure on what level, he thought it was like a minor thing like club sport but Scarlet had so many toys he often wondered if Kida was bigger than just a simple small team Quidditch player. Perseus continued to slurp his milk when Icarus declined 'There’s always comfort in Chocolate Milk' he said in between slurps, Scarlet seemed Amused with the broom it was almost it was like she was calculating how far it would fly when she threw it, the Broom stopped mid-air and hovered, Kida had made it that way since Scarlet liked to throw things she thought it would be fun to test the enchantment on the little toy broom and eventually the rest of her toys. Perseus patted his stomach when it growled and he was about to see if Icarus knew where they could get food from when Eden came storming in, Perseus made an awkward half scream half surprised help and stood behind Icarus who had moved to stand in front of them 'That’s Eden' he said to Icarus and she came rushing in and went straight to Perseus and gave him a hug she started asking him questions and his calmness went straight to panic, Eden didn’t know where Kida was 'Uhhhh…' he mumbled before burying his head in his chocolate milk again draining the glass of every last drop, Eden walked away and went to Ashton in the other room and punched him in the nose, Perseus flinched but giggled into his glass, Ashton started saying strange words like Fairies which confused Perseus but he walked into the kitchen and ruffled his hair before walking to the paper towels.
Putting down his glass Perseus looked at Eden 'You don’t know where Kida is, She went to see you 5 hours ago…' Perseus stopped to look at the clock '6 hours ago!' he said his voice starting to have very high levels on panic in it Perseus went to Icarus and tugged on his arm 'You said Kida’s phone would be out of battery and she would be with Eden!' he said looked at him, Perseus went to Scarlet and got on his toes so he was a bit taller than the chair 'I mean… Kida is on her way home right now Scarlet' he said not wanting to freak the child out, somehow she always knew what was going on and started Crying or nagging to be a part of the attention. Perseus turned around to Icarus, Eden and Ashton 'She told us that she was going to see Eden, because you sent her an owl… well an Eagle telling her that you wanted to hang out and she said that you have been MIA…' he paused of a moment 'I Still don’t know what that means!' he said before getting back on topic 'So she had to go see your for two hours tops and then she would be back, she said Watson was watching the house but I think she just says that to Scare us or she said sometimes he gets called away on other business and can be gone for ages, she went to our House in Japan near Eden’s and I suspect she went to drive her Old Datsun, you know that gold car which she loves, she’s got two a gold one in Japan and a Purple one in the shed out back' he said and realised he was rambling.

Perseus looked at Eden and walked up over to her 'Why isn’t she with you' he said his voice changing pitch.

 

[Eden Silverback]

Eden was ready to take another swing but the babies where close at hand not to mention Perseus. She had to keep it together for them. Eden could see that the Aine was starting to get fussy. Picking her up she gave Scarlet's high chair a tap and it became big enough for the two of them. Placing Aine next to her god sister Eden sighed when Aine calmed down and gave Scarlet a hug. Hearing Ashton spitting out words that made no sense Eden shook her head when he came into the room. "You wanna know what my problem is you good for nothing slob. Kida isn't at home and instead of being a grown up you got lost in a bottle and Perseus was left all alone with his niece. He is seven years old he doesn't need to see this." Eden got in his face again she couldn't decide if she was going to hit him or not but at that moment Aine screamed no really loud. Backing up Eden went to the stove and started to cook. The babies would need to eat and so would Perseus.

Looking at Icarus, Eden tried to put on a friendly smile. "You must be Icarus. I am Eden Silverback. Kida's best friend and Scarlet's godmother. The little raven haired angel is my daughter Aine. Sorry about the outburst. I have been wanting to have a go at him for months." Eden said glaring at the idiot who was standing there shirtless. Hearing the panic in Perseus's voice Eden decided that she would try and stay calm for the rest of the time she was here. As Perseus talking about her eagle being her Eden shook her head. There was no way that Tudor could have been here.

Hearing about a gold car Eden paused for a moment. Finishing the bacon and eggs. Eden made a plate for Perseus and placed it on the counter. Making a plate for herself and the girls. Eden went to the table and sat down. Digging through Aine's bag Eden found her cell phone. Clicking through the pictures Eden pulled up the one that she had just taken this morning. "Perseus could you look at this picture for me and tell me if this is Kida's car." Eden said looking at Icarus. She wanted to tell him that she had never sent Kida a letter and Kida had never showed up at her house last night. Handing a piece of bacon to Aine. Eden did the same to Scarlet but she took it and threw it. Eden was impressed her goddaughter had an arm on her. Maybe one day she would be a Chaser. "Icarus when was the last time you saw Kida? I thought she mentioned training camp for Quidditch coming up." Eden said making something up on the spot. With children around this was going to be hard. She didn't want to say what she feared but it would come out soon enough.

 

[Ashton Valley]

Ashton shook his hand at Icarus who suggested he could fix his nose 'Nah man, I'll go to St Mungos, You continue on with your intervention' Eden came back into the room and Ashton leaned over and picked up a wooden spoon and held it in front of him defensively 'Back Beast' he said waving the stick around still holding paper towel to his nose. Ashton looked at Icarus to Perseus and back to Eden when they mentioned about Kida being missing, he took the paper towel away from his nose and all that was obvious that his nose was broken was the obvious snap 'Woah Woah, Ki is missing?' he said calling her by her nick name, he raised an eye brow and tossed the paper towel in the bin and looked at them again 'Dude, i thought she went out to see Eden' Ashton then realized what he said and that Eden was standing in the same room 'Oh right, the Crazy B...umblebee is here' he said raising his wooden spoon again 'I will Throw it, No Funny Business sweetheart' he said as he looked at Perseus who seemed to be rambling on about what Kida said last, Eden handed him her phone and he moved to see over his shoulder 'Thats her Car, 1969 Datsun 2000 Sport, Gold one for the one in Japan' he said leaning back 'Why does her car have anything to do with her missing' he said as he brushed one hand through his hair and straightened his nose slightly.

Ashton looked around t he room, things seemed too tense in here, Eden had moved to cook something and by the look on Scarlet's face she was about to explode and Perseus was about to melt. Ashton turned to Icarus and moved near him holding his spoon across his bare chest just in case 'Have you Tried texting her mate?' he asked his voice in a soft whisper, he thought it might be the obvious thing to do. Eden put down food in front of Perseus and handed Her daughter and Scarlet some bacon, Ashton ducked when Scarlet threw the bacon and is sailed over his head 'Who needs to go to the gym when you have to do Squats every time she doesn't want to eat something' he commented as he picked up the bacon and tossed it in the bin making it in cleanly. Ashton folded his arms above his bare chest his muscles bulging slightly, if he wasn't drinking he was working out and if he wasn't working out he was performing he shrugged and walked towards the fridge and pulled out a bottle of Corona and popped the top before taking a swig 'So now that you're not here to change me, Kida's missing, She'll re-appear, knowing her she's probably in a Hospital somewhere, she loves to drive that car she might have over done it and lost control and hit a tree, she'll be back in a week.' Eden said something about a Quidditch camp and he snorted 'Dude, She's a Professional Quidditch Player, if she was at one wouldn't you think she would have made better plans, besides she doesn't need one she practices enough' he said taking another sip of his drink then putting it down in front of Perseus before walking over in front of Eden and patting her on the shoulder 'Face it Love, She'll be back in a week, Why don't you and Icarus sort out who is going to take Scarlet and Perseus so i can get some and drink in peace and quiet for a week' he said waiting for her response.

 

[Icarus Stratis]

Apparently, no one knew where exactly was Kida. It seemed that she never met Eden if this was her initial plan for tonight. Icarus listened carefully to what everyone had to say and then got lost in his thoughts. He tried to remember if Kida had mentioned anything that he was eluding at the moment.
"Nice to meet you." he replied to Eden's introduction, not really into it. His eyes were betraying his restlessness, different scenarios were forming in his head but didn't know which was the most reasonable.
He couldn't understand how the other two were so complacent with the situation. He knew that Kida was responsible enough to never leave Scarlet alone for so long. It was more and more obvious to him that something was wrong.

He was going to act along Eden's excuse about the training camp but Ashton spoiled it. Now Icarus had the inner desire to beat him but he knew he wasn't going to earn anything except from his personal satisfaction. Currently he had different priorities and he had the impression that only Eden was going to cooperate.
"I don't own a cell phone." he replied dryly as he was slowly getting frustrated with Ashton's apathy. For a wizard brought up in an all wizard family, he was already really into muggles' world. His house might be full of muggle appliances but he hadn't any mobile phones. Actually, there was no point to have one. He was mostly within Hogwarts grounds where muggle devices didn't operate or at Rangipo desert where he resided and where there was no signal. Thoughtful, he leaned against the counter and folded his arms on his chest until Eden mentioned something about a car and showed something to Perseus on her cell phone.
"Ah! I think I know where Kida might be." he exclaimed and smiled widely. "She mentioned something about a car showroom in Australia but I couldn't remember when it was going to take place." he explained in a persuasive manner. "I believe she must went there." he said, his expressions supporting his words. Of course Kida hadn't mention anything about it but Icarus had to come up with something. There was no need to additionally worry the kids when Perseus had already experienced a lot for the day. He hoped that Eden will realize what he was trying to do and help him. On the other hand, he wished that Ashton was going to shut his mouth or else he would have to do it himself magically.

 

[Perseus Ambrosia]

Perseus saw the plate of food in front of him and his eyes went wide 'Bacon!' he half cheered before digging in, Kida tried to keep him to a more healthier lifestyle and Bacon was a treat, he happily munched on the food on his plate half ignoring the scene that was going on around him, the piece of Bacon Eden handed to Scarlet got thrown and he laughed 'Scarlet’s never had Bacon before' he said with a small laugh before shovelling some egg into his mouth like a starving child. Perseus looked at Scarlet who looked like she was close to exploding again 'She hasn’t eaten since Kida left, she refuses to she just throw things, I think Kida wants her to be a Beater since she had a strong arm and Beating involves a lot of swinging, she’ll have a lot of power through the bat but everyone else reckons she should be a chaser' he said with egg in his mouth.

Perseus looked at the Bottle Ashton put next to him and he picked it up wondering if it was for him or what it was, he went to sniff it and crinkled his nose 'Gross it smells like piss' he said making strange faces as he put the bottle down and shuddered. He briefly heard Icarus say he doesn’t have a cell phone 'You need one, it’s a good way for urgent contact.. Apart from when it has no battery.. like Kida’s does' he said briefly stopping for a moment before picked up some toast and shove half of it into his mouth. Perseus watched Icarus and Ashton then Ashton approach Eden and Perseus looked at his plate, he didn’t want to see what was going to happen, he could tell Ashton was being mean but he didn’t want to focus on it. Perseus piped up when he heard Quidditch Camp 'Quidditch camp! COOL' but Ashton quickly shut that idea down and he realised that they were trying to make up an excuse for her disappearance, Icarus mentioned something about a Car show but he wasn’t so sure, If Kida had gone to a Car Show she would have not said she was going to see Eden and she doesn’t have a Car in Australia to show off unless there was on she was planning to buy or didn’t know about. Perseus raised an eyebrow 'Does she have another Datsun in Australia?. I know we have another House there but I didn’t think there was a car' he said raising his other eyebrow so he looked strange 'But she said she was going to see Eden, were you both going to go to the Car Show together?' he said looked at Eden and back to Ashton and Icarus 'Maybe Kida went to go see you Eden to take you to the house in Australia but you didn’t answer the doorbell so she went by herself assuming you were there but she couldn’t check with you and her phone was out of battery so she couldn’t contact you' Perseus said making up his own story to believe 'And she just got held up in Australia and she didn’t tell us that’s where you were going because she didn’t want us seeing her new Car and Scarlet would cry' he added, he had a fault in the story because he was missing the fact that Eden or Icarus didn’t know where the was but he was ignoring it, he wanted to believe the story he had spun.

 

[Eden Silverback]

There was to much going on and none of it should be heard by little ears. Scarlet was upset and it was starting to get to Aine who had stopped eating. Taking the food away from the babies Eden finished her breakfast. She had to say something to get them all out of the room. Seeing the beer on the table and Perseus picking it up Eden pulled out her wand and it vanished. "Ashton I promise you if I see you try and drink anything else other than water until such time as Kida comes home I will beat you with your favorite guitar." Eden said as she took the girls out of the high chair. "Perseus once you are finished eating could you take the girls to the lounge please. It would be a really big help to me and I am sure Kida." Eden said trying to remain calm but it was getting harder and harder for her to do so. Something wasn't right.

Once Perseus and the girls where safely out of the room. Eden turned to Icarus and Ashton. "Here's what I know. From what Perseus has told me. Tudor showed up here last night with a letter to Kida that is supposedly from me inviting her over. She never showed up at my place. I went out last night with Lilith." Eden hoped that nothing had happened to her best friend. There was so many things that just weren't adding up.

Once Eden left Kida's place she was going to start calling people to see if they knew anything. Looking at Ashton and Icarus Eden wondered if they knew anything. "Do you guys know anything? Like any idea where she could have gone? Something isn't right this isn't like Kida. Scarlet and Perseus are her entire world." For some reasons the noises she had heard downstairs where playing in her mind but Eden brushed them away.

"Until we find out what has happened the safety of the kids will have to be accounted for. I am going to take Scarlet because she is my goddaughter. Icarus can you take Perseus. I know your a Professor but most Professors have a home close by the castle. Ashton you are going to go underground. Your not staying at this house while Kida isn't here. Before we leave I am going to charm it so I know if anyone but Kida comes in. Is that okay with everyone?" Eden hoped that she wasn't overstepping herself but she had been friends with Kida since they where in there third year at Hogwarts. Truthfully with each moment that Kida didn't walk in the front door or send her a call or text made Eden fear that she might never see her best friend again.

 

[Ashton Valley]

'Yeah, Car Show Room. Let’s go with that' he said as he rolled his eyes, he didn’t think protecting the children was a good idea, expose them so they don’t get even more crushed when the Truth was ripped from under their feet and rubbed in their face. Ashton snorted when the beer disappeared from Perseus’ Grasp 'It wouldn’t hurt him' he said to Eden, she was waiting for Eden to get more railed up than she did but she didn’t so he shrugged and moved back to the fridge and pulled out another bottle of beer and uncapped it, Eden Threatened to beat him with his favourite guitar and he walked back over to her holding the bottle by the neck, the children had left the room and he waited for them to leave before he reacted, Ashton took a swig standing right in front of Eden 'Guess What Sister' he begun 'I’m Kida’s Half-Brother, meaning that while she’s away I am going to live in this house, and secondly' he said as he lifted the bottle as if to study it 'I’m your Senior, so how’s this, I’m going to drink what I want to Drink and you’re going to do what you have to do.' he said, Ashton didn’t like being told what to do, he quickly turned around and went to lean against the door frame to watch the children, Scarlet was sitting on the floor with the other children but she wasn’t playing, she was staring at the quaffle toy as if she wanted it to explode and just like he thought, stuffing went flying all over the room and he could hear Perseus scream, he didn’t realised Scarlet was that upset that she was tapping into some of her magical power, Ashton chuckled and looked back to Icarus and Eden 'Last thing I heard Sister was that she was going to see you, Your Owl came here with a letter from you' he said but he walked out the room to the table beside the front door and walked back with a note and held it out to Eden 'Remember Writing this Sister' he said as he waited for her to take it.

Ashton crossed his arms over his chest and took another drink of his beer, Perseus was trying to pick up all the fluff and Scarlet was throwing more things around the room, he heard a smash and he could see Perseus freeze and look out the door to Ashton, Ashton raised his beer and watched Perseus pick up the Picture frame which Scarlet had thrown a toy into 'Send the Children out with the 8 year old, that’s the safe thing to do, because he can handle two girls under two, I can’t even handle two girls under 20' he looked to Icarus and gave him a You know what I mean smile. Ashton threw one hand up in the air in exasperation again and walked across the Foyer to the children and picked up Scarlet with one arm and rested her on his hip, he pulled out his wand and gave it a flick and all the fluff went flying back into the toy and it stitched itself up. Ashton walked back to the Kitchen with Scarlet on his hip and Perseus was rolling a ball to Aine in the Kitchen, Scarlet’s face was still red but she wasn’t throwing anything, she was half pounding her little fits against his chest but he didn’t mind she would tire herself out eventually and sleep 'Can’t you trace wands or something, GPS tracker' he asked not really sure if it was possible 'Her phone should have a GPS Tracker in it for when it goes missing, have you tried looking that up using her computer' he said taking a drink of his beer again swaying slightly with Scarlet on his hip, he was watching Eden as if to Dare her to try take Scarlet from him, although he knew they thought otherwise he was good with children.

 

[Icarus Stratis]

Apparently, Ashton was the oldest in the room but he was acting more childishly and immaturely than Scarlet and Aine. Fortunately, it seemed that he could get on with Eden who had the best idea so far, to get the kids out of the room so that they could talk like adults. He listened carefully at what Eden knew and tried to join in some way the pieces of puzzle that they currently had in their hands. "Supposedly?" he asked with an arced eyebrow.
"What do you mean supposedly? Weren't you that send her that letter?" he asked again. There was something in Eden's story that didn't feel right. Ashton decided finally to cooperate and supported Eden's story by bringing the letter that was actually delivered to Kida. Their conversation paused for a moment as Scarlet was getting out of control, channeling her magic on her toy making it explode. She was probably feeling that something was going wrong with her mother.

"I've no idea what she was planning for today. I was supposed to be at Hogwarts tonight. Perseus was lucky to find me tonight out of the castle." he explained unawareness about Kida's plans tonight. He had actually a class in a few hours and he was supposed to be resting right now, something that wasn't going to happen while he was worried about Kida's whereabouts. "If you are claiming that you haven't sent this letter to her, it seems to me that someone impostered you Eden." he spoke of his impression from what he had heard from both of them.
"Do you know anyone that could do that? Anyone that Kida knew and wanted to harm her?" he asked them, now more worried than ever. Apart from her family and her friends, Icarus didn't know any other acquaintences of Kida so he couldn't even guess.

He suddenly started overthinking. What about if Eden wanted to harm her and she had staged everything perfectly? Kida was talking about her more like sister than a friend but that was Kida's feelings. He knew nothing about Eden's background and her commotion could be just a pretendence.
He couldn't imagine Ashton doing any of that. The guy was just a waste of space. He could be sleeping on that couch for ages, waking up just to drink. He shook slightly his head as he realized that paranoia was taking over, a very foolish thing to let happen in such a crucial time. "I can take care of Perseus." he said positively with a shrug. Perseus was going to be alright with Icarus' uncles and cousins. No doubt about it. He casted a somewhat stern look at Ashton who wasn't even capable to look after his brother and rolled his eyes when he made a joke about taking good care of girls that were under twenty. He started acting more like an adult when he made an interesting suggestion about some tracking device that Icarus didn't really know. He looked at Eden hopeful that she would be able to do what Ashton had suggested. Icarus had never used a computer before but these two seemed quite knowledgeable about muggle technology. If she couldn't, he had a card hidden in his sleeve that he could play if they couldn't find another, easier way.

 

[Eden Silverback]

Ashton didn't know it yet but he had finally reached the end of Eden's good will. She could be friendly but when you crossed the line that was it. She could take a lot but when anyone questioned her deciding something that came to her daughter and goddaughter that was crossing the line. Walking over to Ashton Eden whipped out her wand and the beer vanished. Flicking her wand at the fridge all the beer and alcohol that where in there where simply gone. "Ashton you listen up. If you ever question anything I do with my daughter and goddaughter again I will kill you. Perseus has looked over both girls on his own. Right now Scarlet is stressed out about her mother not being home and so her magic is leaking out. But you will leave this house because if someone has taken Kida they are going to come back for the rest of you lot. Now put my goddaughter down right this second or I will kill you for them and hang you worthless body on a nail by the door." Eden's eye where blazing green right now. It had been a long time since she had let herself get this angry but she had to admit it felt really good.

But killing Kida's half brother would not fix anything. It would cause many more problems and that's not what they needed. Taking the note and reading it Eden started to go pale. This was her handwriting but this was not how she talked when she was writing a letter to Kida. "This has been magically forged. This is my handwriting but when I send letters to Kida I don't talk like this and I never put my last name. Sometimes I don't even put my first name because I know I am the only one of her firends that sends her letters with an American Bald Eagle." There where only a handful of people that had anyway of getting to Tudor.

Eden looked at Icarus and than to Ashton who was holding Scarlet. The worst possible thing had happened. "I didn't send this letter to Kida. I think someone in the Koshiba has taken Kida and if we don't find her soon than she is dead." Eden closed the gap and took Scarlet from Ashton. Cuddling her goddaughter close Eden rocked back and forth. Ever since she had found out that her best friend was pregnant Eden had done everything in her power to keep Kida away from the Koshiba. "Scarlet I promise that I will bring your mother back to you." Eden said as she rocked her goddaughter back and forth like she would do with Aine when she was upset. Looking out she saw Perseus and Aine rolling a ball back and forth to one another. Eden had no other choice but to find Kida while she was still alive. If she didn't so many lives would be destroyed.

 

[Ashton Valley]

Ashton looked at Icarus and wanted to praise him 'Thank God' he said in reference to him taking Icarus taking Perseus, he liked Perseus but he was so pesky sometimes it drove Ashton mad, but sometimes he did play good music which was pretty good and he was quiet which was when Ashton wanted to spend most time with him when he was playing music. Ashton looked at his hand when the beer Dissapeared, he would have done something serious if Scarlet wasnt leaning against his chest half sobbing half asleep, he walked over to her with Scarlet in his arm and took a deep breath 'She is my Neice, I am more Family to her than you will Ever be, So don't even thinkg about threatening me with that little stick you call a wand. It is not my fault that Kida is missing, I can chose what i want to do as an Adult, Perseus is capable of taking care of Scarlet, but she's knows somethings up so its hard to make her happy. So before you go around waving that stick at me maybe think better because with Kida's sudden dissapearnce after a letter from you and then me dead, Who do you think will get in trouble' he said as he stood over her, his chest moving slowly as he talked so he didn't wake Scarlet up who was still making some quiet noises. 'You Will never be family to Scarlet, Remember that' he said as he let Eden take Scarlet, she wasn't worth his time. Ashton walked back over to the fridge and pulled out a carton of milk and drunk it straight from the bottle.

Ashton pulled out a seat out from the bar in the kitchen and put his feet on it, the Jeans he was wearing was torn around the base but he didn't care, Eden went on about it being Magically forged he rolled his eyes and took a drink out of the carton of milk again his throat moving when he drunk 'So your Family came and took my baby sister, and we're trusting you with Scarlet Because...' he said looking at Eden, his Greeny Blue eyes daring her to try something. Ashton rolled his eyes and stood up 'We guessed that when she didn't return home after 5 hours'
Ashton liked the idea Icarus mentioned and he chuckled 'See one of us is smart' he pulled his wand out of his jeans and gave it a flick and Kida's Laptop landed on the bench, he opened it and typed in the password which he cracked about a month ago and pulled up a program and selected "Track my Phone" the Computer beeped a bit and then came up with a big naught on the screen 'Kida's Phone doesn't exist anymore according to this' he said looking at Eden and tapped his fingers on the bench slowly moving them as if he was playing a song 'If one of your Family has taken Kida wouldn't they have invited her to Your house in Japan, and knowing Kida she wouldn't have gone without a fight so... There should be Evidence at your house of her Breaking something or Wolf fur somewhere if she went Animagus maybe who ever took her has been bitten' he said thinking of Ideas. Ashton looked at Icarus 'How about you and Eden go to her house and drop the Kids off where ever they need to be and i'll stay here and wait for her to return' he said waiting for them to leave, he did care about Kida but he kept up his act that he wasn't, he knew that as soon as they left he would panic for a bit but he didn't want to think about his Baby sister going missing. She was his only Sister and had provided for him and he knew he wouldn't be able to do anything about it because of his habits. Ashton waited for the other two to respond.

 

[Icarus Stratis]

Icarus thought that their disagreement weren't going to get them anywhere. He had shaped a first impression for both of them and he could tell that he wouldn't be cooperating with them under different circumstances. Eden was irritable and contentious while Asthon was apathetic and extremely laid-back. A really bad combination to work together. Icarus figured out that he had to be the middleman if they wished to progress.
"Okay let's calm down and think straight." he clapped his hands a couple of times when he decided he had enough of them quarrelling.

"It is clear that someone forged this letter to look like Eden wrote it. Perhaps someone of your family right? Who else can use your bald eagle?" he sounded more like he was making a point rather than asking her. He had no idea what was like Eden's family and why they would like to harm Kida but they couldn't risk it by doing nothing. They had an evidence and they had to use it to their advantage. Ashton was pretty reasonable this time and Icarus was going to agree with him. "Ashton is right." he said and nodded positively, not really expecting to be in the same page with Kida's brother. "We should go and check out the last place we have proof that Kida went." he suggested to Eden, hoping she won't have any issues doing that. Kida was her best friend, she shouldn't hesitate when she could be in danger.
"I'll take Perseus to my uncles. He'll be alright there." he said expecting that the two of them won't have any problem. Ashton looked like he didn't and Icarus would be feeling more confident with Perseus away from Ashton's custody.

Icarus got down to Perseus eye-level. "Hey buddy! We'll have to go somewhere else while me and Eden would be looking for Kida. You'll be safe there and you'll have company of your age." he smiled at him while referring to his younger cousins. He knew that Perseus and Theseus would love to have a new friend just to stay out of their beds a little while longer. He waited for Perseus to get whatever he wanted to take with him. "I'll be back in a moment." he said to Eden and Ashton and escorted Perseus outside the house from where they apparated to Rangipo desert and the Sanctuary, the secret location where his uncle's residence was located.
After making sure that Perseus was feeling comfortable with his new enviroment and he was welcomed by Perseus and Theseus to share their bedroom, Icarus apparated back to Kida's house and west straight to the kitchen where he had left the rest of them. "Whenever you are ready." he said to Eden and waited for her to lead the way.

 

[Eden Silverback]

Eden was done fighting with Ashton once Kida was found and alive than Eden would go a few rounds with him but until than she would have to deal with him. She let him say whatever he wanted to her but when it came down to it Eden was Scarlet's other mother and she would lay down her life to protect the little girl. "Your right Icarus murdering Ashton wont help us find Kida. I'll behave." Eden said as she rocked Scarlet to sleep. As she looked out she could see that Aine was starting to fall asleep sitting up.

There wasn't many people who could get to Tudor and there was even fewer people that he would let close enough to send a letter with him. "My adopted parents get along with him well enough to use him. Hoshi when she is at home. Sometimes Tohoru it depends on how Tudor feels about him at the moment. When Aine and Scarlet are old enough I know Tudor will be happy to take letters for them." Eden said seeing how small the list really was. There was only one person who would want to hurt Kida but Eden had thought she had made her father understand not to hurt her best friend and cover.

Hearing both Ashton and Icarus say that they wanted to check out her place Eden nodded her head. Thinking about the night before Eden felt like she was going to be sick. "I will return in a moment I am leaving the girls with my mother and sister Lilith. There's something I need to tell you." Eden picked up Aine and vanished. Seeing her mom Eden handed over Aine and Scarlet. Handing her a bag of coins Eden vanished again. Once she was back Eden sighed. "Last night while I was getting ready to go out I texted Kida and asked her if she wanted to hang out. I never got a reply but downstairs I heard my father fighting with someone and I heard a scream. I came downstairs to see the maids cleaning the sitting room and putting a couple of stitches in his lower lip." Everything was starting to fall into place and it was looking like Koaru had finally acted and went after her.

 

[Ashton Valley]

Once both sets of Children had gone Ashton finally started to feel more welcome, he didn’t have to top toe around the children and he could be more himself… that being an Alcoholic who wanted a new toy to play with. Ashton wondered if they would make him come along to the Koshiba manor and he cringed his nose, he knew he should be doing the proper thing and helping out but being around Eden annoyed him and he tried to avoid it.

Ashton chuckled 'Great, So your Crazy adoptive family have taken my little sister' he said throwing his hands up in exasperation, he put the bottle of milk down on the counter and stood up 'Unless you can prove otherwise' he said, Ashton suddenly snapped an idea in his head, he knew Kida was a Muggleborn she was the only one since Perseus and himself were Half bloods, Ashton raised an eyebrow and pointed at Eden 'You willingly let my Half Sister be close to the presence of Death Eaters' he snapped under his breath, the alcohol affecting him again but he didn’t care, he took a step forward and had a bit of a rock and fell back onto the stool 'So why are we trusting you an adoptive daughter of a Death Eater with my Half-Neice' he said as he stood up again crossing his arms 'You could be one of them, I have no clue why you haven’t killed Kida yet yourself, you’re related to people who want to kill her' Ashton started to get confused with his words and took a moment try construct his next sentence 'Lets go, to the Death Eaters lair and look for my Little Sister, I can go because I’m a Half-Blood, What about you Icarus? Is your blood clean enough to go to their lair' he said pointing at Eden, he had no proof that she was a Death Eater, he was just assuming that since she was related to one she had to be one aswell.

Ashton pulled his wand out of his pocket and flicked it, his Jacket from the stand by the door came to him and he put it on his bare chest, he paused and looked down at his stomach and traced his wand of the lines of his abdominal muscles 'Wait! I’m Missing something' he said as he apparated planning to go to his bedroom but crash landing in the bathroom upstairs, there was a smash as he tumbled out of the bath tub and pulled the contents of the Bathroom counter on top of himself 'F….Airies!' he yelled, he put his hand to his forehead and wiped the blood from the freshly torn cut, he adjusted his broken nose again and pulled a T-shirt out of the dirty laundry and chuckled, he had worn the shirt the other night and remembered the nights activity’s, Ashton stumbled back downstairs 'Yeah!' he said as he walked in the front door and put his hand to his forehead 'Okay Okay, I got it, no more drinking… heavily…eeeee' he said as he slinked off into the lounge again across the foyer 'I’ll sleep this off and meet you there' he said before face planting onto the couch and half falling asleep, his nose broken and his head still bleeding but the alcohol knocked him out.

 

[Icarus Stratis]

Icarus waited for Eden to return as she left with Scarlet and her own daughter. He had no idea if her sister and mother were trustworthy but he would have expected Ashton to react strongly if he knew that they weren't trustable. On the other hand, everything was going to be much easier with out the children around, having to care about them as well while they had no idea where Kida had disappeared.
Eden returned and Icarus was informed soon that Eden had also an adoptive family which Ashton hadn't a high regard for. Icarus' gray widened when the name of death eaters was mentioned in their conversation.
"Wait, what? Death Eaters?" he frowned and shook his head as he was trying to realize whether he had heard correctly or it was just him, tired. It didn't take him wrong to figure out that Eden's adoptive parents were death-eaters. "Is he serious?" he turned to Eden with a frozen smile on his face, searching for her opposition hoping that Ashton was joking.

Icarus was coming from a place that the Dark Lord had no influence during his rise. Consequently, he didn't know much about him other than what the books after his death were saying about himself and his minions. The young professor was believing that when he died, his followers would have disbanded as there would be no reason to keep supporting the whole group of death eaters without their leader. Even if some of them insisted on keeping Voldemord's aspiration alive, they wouldn't be enough to be a considerate power. That was what Icarus was expecting and believing. "Clean enough?" he reacted abruptly when he heard that words and turned to face Ashton irritated. "I can't believe it! This bullsh!t still exists?" he shook his head in denial and facepalmed himself.
He couldn't believe that in the year 2031, there were still wizards and witches thinking in such a regressive way.
There was a whole war back in his home country years ago about this issue that had left them quite edgy about it. It was the reason why his uncle had took his family away and settled in New Zealand. "Who cares about my blood status? Can they figure out what I really am?" he pointed out when there was no way for someone to tell who was a pureblood or a muggleborn just by their appearance. Icarus himself was a mixed-blood with his father being a pure-blood and his mother a half-blood but there he wasn't going to share his blood status when there was no reason for that.

Having calmed down a bit from the shock of the existance of such discrimination, he ignored completely Ashton that ended up half-asleep on the couch and addressed Eden. "Look. I don't care what your family is really doing. Is not my bussiness." he began saying while the only thing he had in his mind was Kida's well-being.
"But if your family have even touched her, they will regre it, I promise that!" he continued much serious while his tall stature overshadowed the young woman. He managed to withhold his charged emotions and took a step back. It wasn't fair to burst on her while she was trying to her. He cleared his throat to sound more restrained when he talked again. "Sorry for that." he stated regretfully. "Let's start from that sitting room, shall we?" he couldn't wait to see what have happened.
