Professor Adler had led her students down to the dueling chamber for their last lesson of the semester. These last few months had gone very quickly and knowing that this may have been the last time she would work with some of these students wasn't something she wanted to focus on too much. Their last lesson wouldn't be too difficult or stressful, and Geo knew their free time would be full of studies for the upcoming exams, so with any luck this would help to break up the time a little.
"Good afternoon everyone!" she addressed the class as they gathered around her in the chamber. "If you haven't had the chance to explore this room yet in your own time, welcome to the dueling chamber!" There would be some that had already explored this place, but no doubt plenty who'd never stepped in the room until today. "You're always welcome to come in here to practice your wand work. These are the same dummies you'll find in our classroom," she told the group. They could practice in her classroom too but sometimes they may not have wanted to be around a professor. "If you want to duel however, you'll need to make sure you have professor supervision. You also might want to join the Student Defense Association if you're interested in taking part in the dueling tournament next year," Geo had been part of the SDA when she'd been at school, her Hogwarts boyfriend at the time had been the one leading it. "What you do for the rest of the lesson is up to you. If you want to practice in here, you're welcome to, otherwise please head off to the library to study for the exam," she hoped the students would make use of the time they had left.
Professor Adler was about to dismiss them and leave them to it, walking around the group of students that wanted to say, before she left them with a final warning. "Your exam will consist of both written and practical elements, so don't forget both are important to brush up on!" The blonde went in search of a student that seemed to need some assistance.
