Professor Adlers office had been transformed. Where there was usually a desk with mounds of paperwork, there was now a cleared table that housed a small dark brown chest. The room had been enchanted, light smoke filling the air like an extinguished candle, and the lights were dim. There was an ambience around the room that for now, suggested calm, but who knew what could lurk in a cupboard or emerge from an envelope.

"You have one hour," Geo was explaining to the next team that was waiting to go in. "Check what you can open, look under boxes, behind doors, and use the spells you've learnt this year to escape. Be careful, there may be things inside this room that you don't expect." She warned. The professor also let them know that the door of her office wasn't actually locked, that the first years were free to leave at any time, although escaping within the time limit was for the ultimate win. The professor had already cleared out anything of importance or confidentiality and was excited to see the students put their knowledge to use. "Good luck," she grinned, closing the door behind them.

Welcome to Geo's 50th anniversary escape room! This follows on from your respective week six class so be sure to post there too. Unlike the class, the escape room does not count toward your grade. This is purely for creativity and fun!

- You can enter either by yourself, as a duo, or a team up to 5. Please tag who you're with so readers can follow along.
- While the teams would go in one at a time, for the sake of this topic all teams can post at any time in this thread.
- You can use the spells you used in first year to escape, although as this is creativity only there's no "solution", so you're free to tell the reader what does and doesn't open, as well as if you find any keys.
- The only element that should be consistent in the scenarios for first years, is that there is a dummy inside a large cabinet. If opened, you will need to stun it, and it will give you a 4 digital code. You don't need to use this to escape. Any questions feel free to tag or pm me! Have fun :D
