The short but fit brunette was on a nice brisk walk in the city of London, England. It was a cool night, a great night for her to just have thoughts to herself. It was dark but still a little bit of light seeped through which made her feel safer. Not wanting to hear the people around her, Amanda pulled out her iPod and started to listen to music. The brown haired witch wasnt really watching as to where she was going and literally walked to another city which she had no idea about. There was no luck in finding a person seeing as it was super dark. The brunette felt hopeless and walked to a wall where she sat down and just curled her knees up, waiting for the next person to arrive so she could ask them as to where she was.

The night was still young as Parker looked around after stepping out of a movie theater. It would teach him to go to a movie by himself. He shook his head and started to head for his home as the light started to fade. Walking always left room for Parker to really think about everything, like his family, or his friends, or what he had wanted to do while in Durmstrang but had never gotten around too. Having had big dreams in his early childhood that he had never achieved it was a feeling he knew well. However floundering in the past was not a hobbie that Parker enjoyed and so as he approached closer to his destination, he quickly switched his thoughts to something of a more pleasent nature. He lived not far out of London in a small apartment block to the north. He had lived there since Graduating Durmstrang and was glad to have some small place to be himself. Not really one to have many friends over.

It was as he was about to cross the road to the small path that led him to his final destination that he notcied a small figure crouched in a small ball. He raised his eyebrow slightly and leaned down to see the person better. "Excuse me ... Miss" He said as she saw longish hair. He hoped he had made the correct choice. "Are you lost, do you need some help?" He asked as he looked over at her. Crouched in a ball like she was he thought that maybe she might need some help? Perhaps she was sad. "Are you ok?" He continued.

It was still a bit chilly in the outskirts of London, but thank Merlin that she was smart enough to bring her coat to keep her warm. She had felt like she was sitting on the wall for hours on end; meanwhile it was only twenty minutes. When she saw a guy approach, her hazel eyes looked up at him, realizing that he was a good looking guy. " I Uh.. I'm so lost." She shook her head with a little laugh. " I really don't know where I am." The brunette shrugged her shoulders. Enough looking like a fool infront of him, she decided to get up, nearly tripping on her two feet. " Tonight is not my night." The witch shook her head.

Parker smiled as he realised he was infact adressing a woman, quite an attractive one at that. He shook his head slightly as she told him that she was lost. "Oh really, well, your only about fifteen minutes out of London, I could walk you back if you like" He told her smiling. When she tried to stand up and nearly stumble he quickly reached out to grab her and attempt to stop her from falling. "Hey, you sure your alright?" He asked her as he carefully let go of her again. She really did seem nice and he hoped that she would be ok. Parker really was a nice guy, though sometimes he had to protect himself agsint predudice people. Be it his family or random people he had never met. Sometimes it was hard, but other times, quite easy. "Not your night eh? Lucky I came around then aren't you" He said with a sweet smile touching his lips.

He held out his hand to her. "The names Parker Smith by the way" He added. He would have invited her to call him by his nickname, but seeing as she was a woman, and his nickname was PMS he thought it wasn't appropriate at all. "Is there anywhere in particular you were heading... or were you just out for a stroll?" He asked curiuosly.

Totally just realised that his initials are PMS for Parker Mathew Smith :r

Amanda looked around before answering Parker, " Oh that's not too bad then." She shrugged her shoulders. It felt like she had been walking forever. " I'm ok, just my legs hurt and I'm a bit tired but that's all." She smiled at him. " My names Amanda Abelev." She palced her hand with his. " Well yes, I am lucky that you came along, otherwise I think that I might've had to call my friend and she wouldn't have been to happy to come here." Even though she could've apparated, Amanda didn't know if Parker was a wizard so she didn't want to say anything about that yet. " I was just on a stroll, not really paying attention." The brunette laughed as she placed her hands back in her pockets. " Are you from around here?" She asked him.

Parker smiled as he shook Amanda's hand. "Nice name" He said as he too placed his hands in his pocket. He wasn't as used to talking to pretty girls as he was guys, but either way he was beginning to enjoy it. "I do hope your legs get better, because from here, its kind of a fifteen minute walk to get back to the city" He added as he looked around. Sure he could apparate, but if she weren't a witch, that would be kinda awkward. So he settled for just walking, besides he tended to like walking. It was good for your health and Parker prided himself on being fit and healthy. He smiled when she agreed that she was lucky he came along. He wondered if she was just humoring him, or if she was being truthful. Either way, it was cool that he could just talk to her.

"Strolls are fun, I like them when I'm with some-one" He said as he ran his fingers through his hair. "Because I find it kinda boring on my own" He said laughing slightly. He wondered just exactly how long he was going to be able to talk to Amanda. He was sure they could become good friends. And she was really good looking so maybe if they got to know eachother more... His thoughts were stopped in their tracks when she asked him if he was from around. He smiled and nodded. "Well, you could say that, I only live about five minutes from here" He said chuckling. "And you?"

Amanda smiled, " It's an original, but you too, I like your name." She said truthfully. Amanda never lied at all. Both her parents were lawyers so she wouldn't have been able to get away with it. " I really don't feel like going back, I guess that I can apparate." The brunette looked around to make sure that no one heard her say that.

" I know what you mean, there's only so many conversations that I can have with myself before I become bored of hearing my own voice." Amanda laughed as she smiled up to Parker. " Oh, no I'm living in New Zealand. Originally from Russia, then moved to the States when I was a bit older." She flipped her brown hair back.

Parker smiled as Amanda seemed to like his name. "Well, my first name is kind of original, my last name is sort of generic" He laughed as he shifted his weight from one foot to the other. He wasn't really used to staying in one place for too long and so when he was caught talking to someone it was usually alittle awkward. Though he didn't mind so much, Amanda was an interesting person. Parker then grinned when she mentioned apparating. "Oh thank Merlin, I was hyperventalating over here wondering if you were a witch or not" He said laughing slightly. It was lucky that he was a wizard. She had taken quite a risk indeed. "Yeah I agree, hearing ones self too often doesn't make for interesting conversation" He added shrugging.

He raised an eyebrow when she mentioned she was Russian. He though that the last name sounded Russian. "So your Russian? That's cool, I used to have a bestfriend from Russia, but he had to go back home a few months ago" He added as he smiled at her. "So what school did you attend?" He asked. He was sure she hadn't gone to Durmstrang, because he had never seen her before, though she could have, he was usually hanging with his guys in the Dark Arts room anyway.

Amanda laughed, her last name wasn't generic but her first name was. " Same here to be quite honest" She said taking her hands out of her pockets. The brunette noticed a thread on his jacket. The witch slowly removed the thread. " Sorry it was bothering me." Amanda laughed as she moved a step back. He was just too good looking for her.

The brunette nodded, " I am Russian, lots of people tend to move back after a while; I don't see why, it's nice and all but theres nothing there." She shrugged her shoulders. " I went to Durmstrang actually, one of my best deicisions so far, I loved it." Amanda smiled up at him. " What about you?" Amanda asked curiously.

Parker raised an eyebrow as she moved closer to him. What was she doing? He then laughed when she pulled a loose thread from his jacket. “It was annoying you, oh Im sorry” He laughed as he looked down to where she had taken the thread from. “Yeah that does annoy me” he added as he looked back up at her. He pulled his jacket closed as he looked up at the sky. It was getting darker and so was becoming quite cold. Immediately remembering that he was in the company of a woman, he felt like an idiot. “Oh geez I’m sorry, are you cold?” He asked. If she was he would give her his jacket. That’s what the guy was supposed to do right?

He was shocked to find out that Amanda went to Durmstrang aswell. “Oh you did? So did I, when did you Graduate?” He asked. He had Graduated two years ago when he was 17. His Graduation had been a huge party. Though it had contained all of his relatives, most of whom he didn’t like, but it had still been fun. “Odd, I don’t remember ever seeing you. Then again I spent most of my time with the Dark Arts Professor” He said laughing again. He had been quite bad at Dark Arts, hence the extra tutoring he got.

Amanda laughed as Parker looked at his jacket. She had found it quite cute. " Oh no, I'm good thank you." She smiled, her pearly white teeth showing through. " That's interesting... So did I." The brown haired witch laughed. " This could all explain why I thought you were familiar." The brunette nodded. " I was always around the twins if you remember them." Everyone knew who the twins were in that school, that's how people remembered Amanda.

Parker nodded when she told him that she was fine. He really would have given her his jacket. If only as an excuse to put it on her. He laughed at his own thoughts before answering her. "Too bad, I wouldn't have minded... really" He said as he smiled back at her again. She had the prettiest hazel eyes he had ever seen and it made him sad to think of his blue ones. His eyes were just normal blue coloured, nothing extraordinary at all. The only thing he really had going for him, was his abs, which she couldn't see anyway. Again a laugh escaped him as he thought about how stupid he was being. When she mentioned the twins however he suddenly remembered hearing her name before. "Ah, now I can remember you" He said as he thought back to the first time he had even heard who the twins were. "That makes so much more sense now" he laughed.

She could see his nice blue eyes sparkling in the night, they were pretty. Even though Amanda was a bit cold, and something was telling her to take the jacket, she didn't want to leave Parker cold, " Then you'd be cold and I don't want that." She smiled at him. " I always have to say the twins and people remember." Amanda laughed as she flipped her hair back. " Who did you hang around with, other than our Dark Arts teacher?" She grinned cheekily at him.

Parker shook his head as she told him she didn't want to leave him cold. "Its fine really" He said taking his jacket off. "I really don't mind, there were times in winter when I was still in school that me and my mates used to go swimming in the freezing cold water" He said laughing. True most of the time it was frozen, but there were parts of it that you could find that hadn't entirely frozen over. "Mind you they were usually dares" He added so she wouldn't think he was entirely crazy. When she mentioned the twins again, he shrugged and laughed slightly. "That could very well be because they were pretty well known, though I never really associated with them" he said as he brought his hand up to rub the back of his neck. He was getting alittle antsy about being in the one place for longer then a few minutes. But he still didn't mind, he was liking getting to know Amanda. Seeing as they were from the same school and all.

"Well, apart from him I was either being dared to swim naked in the lake or trying to figure out which one of my friends was the most likely to become a Death Eater. Which was not very hard. Though last I heard, none of them have" He said as he looked over at the path leading to his house. He wondered what Amanda's view on Death Eaters were. The only reason Parker didn't like them was if they did something with out reason, otherwise he had a pretty neutral standing. "I mean I hung out with alot of random people whose names I can't really remember, then in my last year I made some friends in younger years and sort of mentored them for a while, otherwise there weren't many others" He said shrugging.

Amanda smiled warmly as she put on the coat, " If you get cold, just tell me and I'll give it back." She nodded. The cost was a bit too big for her but that's what made it better, plus it smelt nice too. " They were, but they were my true best friends, and I really like them." She said truthfully. Many people still remembered her for her name and what she had done at school, but for others it was a bit harder if they didn't see her everyday.

Amanda laughed at Parkers comment. " Swimming naked in the lake must've been fun." She teased him. " Your just too funny." The brunette laughed as she wiped her eyes. " My friends and I used to make crush tests and what not, here you guys talk about being death eaters." The brunette playfully rubbed the side of his arm whilst still laughing.

Parker smiled at her as she took his jacket and helped her put it on. Then he nodded and laughed slightly. “Yep, sure Amanda, I’m definitely going to tell you when I’m cold, just so you have to give me back my jacket.” He rolled his eyes slightly at her niceness. “Your supposed to take advantage of that” He told her as she pulled it over herself. Wasn’t she supposed to take advantage of it? All of his friends had. Hell even the guys did. “Oh I’ve no doubt they were your good friends, I was just saying that i really didn’t know them all that well” he said as he looked at her. She looked cute in his jacket. It was bigger then what she was and so it almost reminded him of when he was a child. The brown colour of it also matched her eyes as well. “Your eyes are a really pretty colour you know” He said as he looked at her. Before shaking his head and smiling. He was quite the charmer when he wanted to be.

“Swimming naked is fun... when it not cold” He said frowning as he remembered the time they all had ended up in the hospital wing for developing Hypothermia. “The last time we did it we all developed Hypothermia, we were of course put on detention and banned from doing it again” He laughed. When she called him funny, he bowed and pretended to lift his nonexistent hat to her. “Why thankyou Amanda, I do try” He said as he straightened back up and grabbed her hand. He had finally decided that she was just going to have to spend the night at his place, whether she liked it or not. Nothing sexual of course but seeing that it was getting late he would feel bad about just leaving her there. “Alright come-on, I’m taking you back to my place. I would feel bad about just leaving you here” He told her as he started towards his apartment.

Amanda laughed, " I wouldn't want you to get a cold because of me." She looked up at him. " Thank you, I've never had someone compliment me like that before." Amanda was a quiet, shy girl until someone opened her up, then she was a social. " Oh yeah, Hypothermia isn't the best thing in the world." She shook her head as Parker grabbed her hand. " Are you sure? I can walk back to the city myself if you really want." Amanda followed his lead to his apartment.

Parker stopped and looked at her as she told him that she could just as easily walk back to the city by herself. “Look, if your worried about my doing something to you, don’t be, I’m not that kind of person. And yes I can see that you have only just met me and don’t necessarily trust me but i swear, its just because I don’t want to wake up in the morning and find out that something happened to you, when I had the means of preventing it.” He then smiled and tapped her nose gently. “Besides, as I said before, we only just met, sort of, what would I have to gain from it?” He asked as he turned back around and started towards his apartment again.

Amanda listened to Parker, it wasn't because of that. She just mainly didn't want to interrupt in his life or evenbother him. " I understand, I trust you Parker." The brunette nodded before her touched her nose, she had found that extremely cute, and started to blush. The brunette then caught up with Parker and followed him to his apartment. " How did you like school? I thought it was amazing, it taught me many life lessons." She smiled, looking up at him.

Parker smiled at Amanda as she told him she trusted him. He admired her for being able to trust so easily. He was going to make sure to never break her trust. He valued having people in his life. He couldn't cope without them. He then laughed as he noticed her blush. That was really cute and he figured he might know what might have caused it. "Awe, I made you blush" He laughed as he touched her nose again. He then raised an eyebrow as she asked him about school. It had been school, nothing really special. Well except for the amazing friends he'd made and some interesting people. "Well, i guess it was good, I mean I didn't find it overly amazing. I guess I just liked being able to have somewhere to escape to when my parents got annoying" He said shrugging. "Making friends that I know I'll always have is a nice binus aswell" He added. "Oh and there is the slight factor that if you never attended, we may have never met here today" He told her, though to be honest he wasn't quite sure, school would have been a deciding factor at all.

As he reached the apartment he stopped at the door. "Ok well, i have to warn you it is kind of small. And you can have the bed as well, coz I mean your going to have to sleep, and I often sleep on the sofa any way. And don't protest, its my place so I will make the rules." He told her in a stern yet playful voice. As he turned back around he unlocked the door. When his neighbours all peeked out their windows to see what he was doing, he simply winked at them and draped his arm over Amanda's shoulders. The older lady across the street simply looked shocked before closing her window. "Sorry about that" He whispered in Amanda's ear as he ushered her inside. "They always spy on me" He said as he rolled his eyes.

Ands smiled up at Parker, she usually didn't blush but when she did, it was for an importnant person or thing. " Yes you did." Her hazel eyes lowered to the floor to make sure that she wouldn't fall and make an idiot out of herself. " That's true, I might not have met you here tonight, and might not've spent the night. " She grinned, while approaching the door.

Amanda couldn't help but laugh when she saw the old lady shocked. She buried her head into his arm and just laughed. " No worries," She said once she caught her breath. " Alright, your the headmaster of this house, so you make the rules and tell me what I can't and can do. " She turned back to face him. The petite brunette took off his jacket and placed it nicely on a hanger, showing her small but nice figure. The apartment was just Amanda sized, perfect.

Alright, your the headmaster of this house, so you make the rules and tell me what I can't and can do. " ~ Cute =))

Parker smiled as she placed his jacket on a hanger and turned to face him. In the light he could see her more clearly and was not surprised to see just how beautiful she actually was. He smiled. "Yes I am the Headmaster and you will do what I say." He laughed as he gestured for her to sit on the sofa whilst he headed to the kitchen. "You drink coffee?" He asked. He always liked a cup before bed. It usually had the opposite affect on him. It usually made him sleepy, not uppity. He looked around for a spare cup getting ready to make one if she did want one. "Have you eaten?" He asked as he remembered she had walked for a while to have gotten where she was. He had some salad in the fridge but otherwise she was out of luck. "My neighbours can't help but to sticky beak. I had a few mates over the other week, they stayed the night and suddenly the whole neighbour hood thinks I'm gay" He said as he walked out to lean against the wall and shook his head as he waited for the water to boil. Parker wasn't gay, though he was Bi and there was a big difference between the two. "Hence the shocked looks on their faces when I brought you back" he said grinning. "I imagine you will hear of this in the morning" He said rolling his eyes for the third time that night.

Amanda laughed as she sat on the sofa, and he made his way to the kitchen. " I do, if you wouldn't mind making one for me too." She smiled at him. " I did eat before I got lost in Narnia." She got off the sofa and decided to go be with him in the kitchen so that he wasn't alone. She never liked leaving anyone alone. " Well, such nice neighbors you have." She said sarcastically. " Pf course they won't think that your gay now." She laughed as she stood right beside him. " Make sure that they don't have cameras spying on you by chance." She laughed as she playfully poked his arm.

Parker smiled at her as he walked back into to finishing making the coffees. As she stood next to him Parker again felt nervous. It always seemed to happen in the company of girls, he figured it was because of his lack of experience with them. Shaking his head to clear his mind, he smiled. "I'm sure if i really wanted I could make you do it yourself, but because I'm such a nice guy..." He drifted of as the water finished boiling. "sugar? milk?" He asked as he proceeded to put two scoops of sugar in his cup. He then turned to her and raised a curious eyebrow. "No, i suppose they wont... how ever they will accuse me of being a sl00t" He said as he laughed. He liked playing with the neighbours. One time he even had his underage cousin around who stayed for the night. Man did that get them talking. They ofcourse eventually realised there was a family resemblance and let that one slide. But the fun had been made and his friends always brouht it back up again. "Darlin, cameras would make it that much more fun to mess with them" He said as he playfully replaced a piece of her hair where it had fallen from.

Amanda smiled as she looked at the coffee cup, " Just sugar please." She nodded, trying to remember what she even put in her coffee. " You little sl00t you." She chuckled as as turned to face him again. " The neighbors around my house are like that too, trust me, since its a town house you can hear really anything, so that leads to me and my friends having a really good night." The brunette smiled. Amanda blushed again as Parker placed her hair back. Amanda never really had a boyfriend, except for that really popular boy from Durmy, but she didn't like him as much as she liked her. " Look at you, making me blush all over again." Ands looked up, grinning at him. Would her lips fall off from smiling this much? Or would her smile be permanent?
