Lemina got dressed early on Saturday morning. She'd gotten up at about 5am and had been studying for an hour or so. There were only two more days until her first exam, yet Lemi felt extremely free. She didn't know why. Perhaps it was the weather.

Giggling to herself she put on a pale pink smock top, white leggings and a pair of silver pumps. She straightened her hair again today, it felt great straight. Pulling on an extremely light balero cardigan, for the sole purpose of ensuring her arms didn't burn, Lemina looked in the mirror. God! I remind myself of Lizzi!

Picking up that list of goals she'd written for herself a few months ago, her eyes slid down to one of them. Pick up at least two new hobbies... It was really the kind of thing she felt up to doing this Saturday, she had the whole day ahead of her.

Heading downstairs, she had a quick glass of pumpkin juice and bowl of cereal. She popped back up to the dorm and filled her bag with two blank notebooks. One lined and the other blank.

After heading outside, Lemina couldn't decide where to go. Most of the rest of the castle were still asleep, but it was such a gorgeous day outside. Once she was out in the open, an epiphic thought hit her. Flower Pressing! Unable to contain herself, Lemi ran all the way to the Garden.

Knowing she probably shouldn't be picking them, she headed to a corner of the garden. It was quite around, and she would replace all the flowers she picked. She had to, couldn't bare not to.

Caysi smiled, she saw Lemina looking at flowers from her dorm room. " What should I do?" She giggled and went down from her common room and down a few flights of stairs. Caysi walked down the path to the Garden. She liked flowers but not as much as some people she knew. Caysi walked down to where Lemina was first and and ran the opposite way, there was a bush that she would hide. Lemina was coming closer. " BOO!" Caysi jumped up and yelled.

Lemi saw staring at a little daisie, deciding whether to pick it, or to allow it to grow and become strong. She was about to decide that it wasn't fair to kill something so young, when suddenly she heard someone up in front of her shout boo. Oh my god, what on earth was that??? Looking up she saw it was just Caysi. "Hiya Caysi, you're up early! I wasn't expecting anyone, you gave me the fright of my life." Lemina giggled. "What you doing down here?"

Caysi giggled. " Well, something woke me up, I was in the mood for pranks." Caysi giggled. " So what are you up to?"

"Oh." Lemina said, smiling. "I'm picking a few flowers. I really hope Prof. Rambolt won't mind, but I'd really like to create a flower journal, full of pressed flowers. I'll get most of them from my house, but I want a few from here, to remind me of Hogwarts at all times." Lemi smiled and picked a blooming lily.

Caysi smiled. " I don't think that she'll mind." She said softly. " So anything new planned for this summer?" She asked quietly. ( Like I don't know ;-) )

Lemina smiled, she really hoped not. "Nah, not particularly." She was sure she'd already told Caysi a few weeks ago on the pitch, but it was a while away, and she'd probably forgotten, it wasn't exactly the most interesting.

Zazuka walked out into the school gardens when she thought it was late enough that she could be out here. She had her school bag crossed over an oversized jacket. At least the shirt under it seemed to fit her properly. The skirt underneth was long enough that it almost covered her brown tattered trainers but not so long that she steped on it. Though the frill she had attached to it had seen better days. The skirt itself looked like it had been made out of a used picnic blanket which was infact what she had made it out of.

Zazuka had come out her to see if the flowers could lift the unexplicably goomy mood she was in. She hated it when her nightmares left bits of themselves lingering. She spoted a pair of girls she had seen before but never talked to so she pushed her glasses up her nose so they where porperly centered on her face and walked over to them. "Mind if I join in whatever your doing?" She asked kindly but her voice was a bit meek.

Caysi smiled." Sure! I'm Caysi Finnigan 3rd Year Hufflepuff." She said. She took a seat on the ground and motioned for the 2 girls to come and sit. She hadn't seen the other girl around alot and would like to get to know her.

Zazuka smiled and held on to the front of her skirt while sitting down. "I'm Zazuka Bones a Ravenclaw first year." She said with a bright smile. She had proud of being in Ravenclaw even if she sometimes thought that her work was not worthy of the house she was in.

Caysi smiled. " If you weren't put in Ravenclaw, what house do you think that you would have been put in?" She asked.

"Hufflepuff. The hat even said I had the heart to be in Hufflepuff." Zazuka said just as brightly. She liked the Hufflepuffs she had meet so far. Vi was a friend even though Zazuka didn't see much of her. Then again Zazuka herself tended to stay around people she already knew.

Caysi nodded. " I would probably be in Gryffindor, and maybe a slight chance of Slytherin." She said playing with some grass. " So how do you like Hogwarts so far?" She asked smiling.

Zazuka nodded rappedly. "I love it here. It like being home at last." She said. She was being honest about that. "What's it like to be a third year?" She asked Caysi with wide eyes. Behind her glasses the expression made her look a bit like an owl. "how can one have a slight chance at beigng a Slytherin when one has a possablity to be a Griffendor arn't they exsact oppocets?" She asked before she could stop herself.

Caysi nodded." I love it here too." She said. " Well, being a third year can be difficult at times, I left last year and I had to catch up with classes and that was hard." She said calmly. " Some say I have the mind of a Slytherin, the heart and bravery like a Gryffindor."

Zazuka thought about that a bit. "That could be very useful especially when trying to figure out how to sound like you know what your talking about it an essay when you really have no clue." Zazuka said looking up at the sky. She hadn't done that yet. Well not all that much but she had always learned what she was writing about before she finished the paper. "Why did you have to leave?" Zazuka asked. It seemed to happen alot. Some students running into trouble and having to leave the school. She was glad sort of that all her trouble she left behind and wanted nothing to do with her.

Caysi nodded. " Yeah, it helps me sometimes." She smiled. " I left because my father wanted to take me and one of my siblings around the whole world, then again I have 5 siblings." She giggled. " Do you have any?" She asked.

Zauzka sighed. "I have two brothers. One is 15, one is 17. they don't like me very much." She said simply, in a way that said she didn't want to talk about it farther. Not true really. Zazuka's bother's hated her, just like her father. Thier mother she didn't know if her mother hated her or not.

Caysi nodded. " Oh, I'm sorry to hear about that, my family acts like they hate me sometimes, but I know they don't." She said swiftly.

Zazuka smiled and nodded. "Well that's normal family functons isn't it. Sometimes they fight, sometimes they hug." She said. She had to say that. She didn't want anyone else to know of poor Zazuka's tragic past. She didn't need that. Zazuka was going to stay with Andy that summer and never set foot in her home town again. Just like her mother told her. A witch had no place in Willow's Rain. "Anyway that trip must have been so much fun." She said taking the subjet off of something that she would most likely regret saying.

Caysi nodded, she loved traveling around the world and seeing so many new countries and cultures. It made her happy. " It was beautiful, I got to see different cultures and countries, it was so fun too." She smiled.

Zazuka's smile became real this time. "I want to travel when I'm older. Maybe I'll see what you saw. Anyway I'll have to wait maybe until I'm done with healer training." She said brightly. "Have you desided what you would like to do after Hogwarts?" She asked really intrested in that.

Caysi nodded. " An Auror, or an Obliviator." She smiled. " So you want to be a Healer?" She asked Zazuka.

Zazuka nodded. "That's who made the warewolf cure isn't it. I want to help people but I don't think I have the heart to actualy hurt anyone so a Healer would be best don't you think. An Auror sounds like an exsiting field to go into. You get to travle a bit don't you?" She asked thinking about what it would be like to be an Auror.

Caysi nodded. " It would be fun to be a healer too, that's why I'm think of being an Auror because you also get to travel and see many places aswell." She said. " You also protect the magical world."
