I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what you mean.

You can have as many active topics as you like, so this entire thread is a topic and you can have as many of those as you'd like too.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean either, but if you mean in the same section of the castle (say, the library), then that's perfectly fine too The more the merrier
