Ana Sofia couldn't believe this would be her last Halloween feast at Hogwarts. In fact, it would be the first of many lasts. The year hadn't been underway for too long so the nostalgia wasn't close to hitting her yet but still she had to admit it felt a little odd. And if it was going to be her last she could only hope it would be a good one. She had putten quite some effort into her costume, enchanting the basketball to float and stay near to her so she wouldn't have to carry it around all the time. This way she could easily just let it go if she wanted to grab a drink or participate in one of the games without having to worry about where to put it. Plus, this costume was way more comfortable than some of the ones she had worn before. As she made her way into the great hall Ana took a second to look around, see if she spotted any familiar faces yet. These feasts were fun but they were even better with friends around. That much she had learned over the years.

Estella knew she had to attend the Halloween Feast this year, just like all of the previous years. It was her last one, so she wanted to look good for it. She decided to go as an elf with cute pigtails and a green and red dress. It had a Christmas feel to it, but Essie didn't mind. She thought she looked rather good. She entered the Great Hall, immediately looking around for her friends. When she saw a basketball floating in the air, she raised an eyebrow, before realising it was floating right next to Ana. Beaming, Essie made her way over to her. "Hey! That's creative." she said, gesturing to the basketball.

Ana Sofia was about to start roaming the hall when someone made their way over to her, smiling brightly when she noticed it was one of her friends. "Thanks! Figured it was better than having to put it down and keep an eye on it everytime I want to grab a snack or a drink." She responded with a chuckle, giving the basketball a soft push and grinning when it slowly drifted back to her. At least that meant she had managed to make her spells work. "Yours is cute too. Very christmas-y." Ana said as she admired Essie's outfit, unable to stop herself from starting to look forward to the holidays.
