Fifth Years: Lesson 6

Professor Killian Borisyuk did not have anything planned this week except for the students to study. This was pretty much like any other year. He did not plan to hold them hostage in here if they did not want to be. It would not be beneficial to them, nor him. Killian was leaned back on the desk, standing up at the front of the room. He just spent a lot of time sitting that he needed to stand up to get some blood rushing back to his legs. Whether or not the fifth years utilized the outline he gave them didn't concern him much. His green eyes lowered as the fifth years entered the classroom and took their seats. Once it was time to begin the class, he didn't bother closing the door. "This is your last lesson before your OWLs, so I'll let you study here for the remaining time period, or you can scamper off. Utilize your time wisely. If you choose to study in this classroom, you can do so with any subject. You can ask me anything as well, but depending on the subject, I won't be much use to you. I am not good with Divination, Care of Magical Creatures, and Muggle Studies. The rest I know fairly well." Killian would give them that option before he would dismiss them to do what they wanted.
Assignment: Attendance post. You can have your student ask Killian any questions and he will answer. If they are the above subjects, he will either purposely give the wrong information, or be a smart-aleck. Up to you.

Callie walked into the history classroom and took her usual spot in the room. The professor got started and she pretty gladly opened her books and began revising what the professor ha dtold them over the semester. She worked away until the lesson was wrapped up. Callie packed up her books and headed out of the room.

Enoch walked into the history classroom and took his usual spot in the room. The professor got started on what they would be covering - revision and then just let them get to it. Enoch eagerly took the opportunity to not have to be in the room and he packed up his things and then headed out of the class.

Teddy had got himself all worked up that there was definitely going to be a field trip for the last History of Magic lesson that he turned up in muggle clothes. When Professor Borisyuk said it was a review lesson, Teddy was so disappointed that he didn't stay in the classroom. First, he headed back to the Gryffindor common room to get changed, then he went to the library to cram in an hour of OWL revision before dinner time.

Dante Styx had a lot of studying to do, and this was the week to do it. He had some plans ready when he was out of here. He could spend some time with his family, though he was still a little angry with his mother for what he had to go through this year. He would likely not forgive her for it. Not for a long time. He got up and left the Slytherin house, still a little steamed about it. Dante settled in his spot once he arrived to History of Magic. Professor Borisyuk let them know that they could study here or elsewhere. Dante got up and left since he would find quieter places than here to study.

Marley quickly made her way to her history of magic classroom and took a seat in her usual spot. She then took out the things she needed for the lesson. She had noticed Teddy was in his muggle attire, which had confused Marley. Had she missed some sort of memo that she wasn't aware of? It wasn't long before the professor had told them that this lesson was a revision lesson, which Marley was grateful for. She had noticed Teddy hadn't come back, which she probably had to ask him what that was about. Marley studied as much as she could throughout the lesson.

It wasn't long before the lesson had come to an end and they were dismissed. Marley packed up her things as well as tided up her area. She then says a quick and appreciative thanks and goodbye to the professor before heading out of the classroom with her friends and the rest of her classmates, now thinking about how OWLs was close and she needed to prepare.

The final class was review and though she thought they were a bit pointless she was glad to have the time to study. She took out her notes and went over the meticulously making sure she knew what she was doing and where she might have been struggling. She wasn’t overly worried about the exams, but it was always good to know where you stood in them.
