[Kida Frost]

Kida trudged down from the Owlery, tears flowing from her eyes like a never ending stream, she lifted up her collar and scalf to cover the lower part of her face and put down her hat to hide her eyes.
In her hand was a letter slightly moist reading

Dear Kida,
Your Parents Leo And Loraine are in a custody battle, we highly reccomend you do not get in the way of this issue, Please do not contact them as this will make it more complex as this is a heated battle.

Kida held back her sobs as she walked past students who were darting backwards and forth up and down the staircase, she didn't want to make a scene, but she had to keep quiet and undetected for a bit longer.
Once Kida was outside she let out a few more sobs, it was hard to contain her sadness, it was like someone was on the inside of her heart having a chinese new year party.
Kida moved slightly quicker along the path until she reached her destination, she didn't even bother about checking for teachers once she was past the entrance to the forbidden forest she ran, her black ballet flats thumping against the hard ground, as she picked up speed her hat fell off, her hair unravelled from being tucked under her hat but she didn't bother to pick it up, she just stripped off her clothes, she was getting hot, but the tears still poured down her cheeks.
Kida ripped off her scalf and threw it on the ground, She quickly undid her jacket and shrugged it off aswell, Kida was just wearing a long sleeved dress she wiped her eyes on her sleeve as she kept on running, her tears clouding her vision.

All of a sudden Thud she ran into something.

 

[Noah Blakewood]

If Noah didn't know any better, he'd have kept out of the forest. However, with all the things occurring in the school for him (like all his lovers abandoning him) as well as having to go to the Yule Ball with some one he knew no more than he did his long lost aunt, the only place to escape was the Forbidden forest. He had been standing in the shelter of the large trees in order to keep the rain off of himself, however, it managed to land itself over his robes none the less. There was no point making for the castle now -- he was going to only get wetter if he made for a quick escape, so standing around like he was and looking like a wet dog seemed to be the best choice.

Rubbing his hands together to keep them warm, Noah peered around himself, watching as the rain just came on down, as the leaves decided to fall down with the heavy weight that was developing on them from the oncoming rain drops; eventually the shade and shelter that the tree's were providing was going to abruptly deteriorate. Closing his eyes for a moment so that all the moisture in the air could settle, Noah took one step to the side, and opened them. Within the time frame in which he had managed to do so, Kida came hurtling into him at a reasonably fast pace, and as always when he saw her, was crying.

Grasping her by the shoulders the moment she impacted him to secure her stature, Noah let loose of her once he knew she would be standing on her feet by her lonesome. "Hey Kida." he said plainly, removing his own robe and wrapping it around the girl that was before him. From what he could see, she had been removing her garments on the way through but now that she had run into him, Noah wasn't going to leave her so naked to the world around her. A dress wasn't going to keep the cold away, but his robes already warm from his body heat would suffice for now.

Kida felt someone hold her to stand and then put a warm coat around her, she hardly bothered in focusing on the voice or who it was who said her name, she just looked at the chest that stood before her and slammed the side of her fist into it.
"You Bastard" she sobbed in anger
"How dare you do this to me, fight harder... Fight back" she added
"Fight Back!" she pounded her fist against his chest again
"Fight Back!" she said again.

Kida pushed the body away from her and turned away and sat on the damp ground in the rain, she pulled her knees to her chest and shook, she curled her hand into a fist crushing the letter into a super tight ball.
"You Bastard" she said and let her long velvet brown hair roll down her shoulder and plaster to her face.

Kida was so furious and upset that she couldn't decide how to act, her tears stopped and she just sat there, oblivious to what was around her, she couldn't think of a way to react, it was to confusing to focus on a single emotion.

 

[Aeon Summers]

Aeon walked aimlessly in the edge of the Forbidden Forest, singing quietly to himself as he held his heat orb in front of his chest to keep the bitter cold away from his body. The song was something he'd composed himself, though it wasn't really that good and he'd had to make up words to go with it. But hey, they called that a poetic license.

As the boy wandered through the tree's, he heard shouting from a little deeper inside the forest. The voice sounded somewhat familiar, though he couldn't quite place who it was. With a shrug, he followed the sound, continuing to sing but now even more quieter than before, so that only he could really hear the words.

As he drew closer to the sound, Aeon found an overturned hat lying on the forest's leaf-strewn floor, looking as if it had been dropped by someone in a hurry. He stopped mid-chorus and picked up the hat with his left hand, holding the orb in his right. "Hm, I've seen this hat before." He muttered, placing it on his head and moving forward again. A few steps later, though, he noticed another item of clothing, a scarf this time. This too, looked as if it had been dropped in a hurry. Someone seems to be losing their clothes. Mildly disturbing. Aeon thought, slinging the scarf over one shoulder. If I find someone naked, I swear to god I'll-Oh look, a jacket. The Gryffindor prefect frowned for a moment. It seemed very mysterious, all these clothes, and even more so that he recognised them from..somewhere. Damn my bad memory. He thought, just as he heard voices again from somewhere really close by. Snatching up the third piece of clothing, he walked with more speed and soon found two people together, a boy and a girl. Except, the girl was punching the older boy in the chest and calling him a bastard. Of course, it was none other than..

"Kida." Aeon said as he approached, his mouth set in a straight line. He hadn't seen his cousin in a long time, but she still hadn't seemed to change. Always the same old drama queen. What had upset her this time? "What the devil is going on here?" He addressed the two, having to look down at his cousin who was now just sitting there. The only thing missing from the picture was Sern, and probably a pack of hungry wolves, and maybe even Arisa. Bad things had always happened with them.

Kida sat there, the rain pouring over her, she didn't care, her hair stuck to her face, the rained masked the tears which would occasionaly roll down her cheek, she looked up to see her cousin Aeon, she hadn't seen him in a while, she hadn't seen anyone in a while.
Kida paused and looked up her Hazel eyes a dark brown.

Kida lept off the ground and ran to Aeon, he had grown a bit taller then her now, she was just up to his nose now, with a massive force she slammed herself into his chest, wrapping her arms around him with a strong solid grip, in her hand a letter was still clutched tightly.
Kida didn't cry she just clung to her Cousin 'not fair' she said softly into his chest, but the words were muffeled by his shirt.

 

[Aeon Summers]

Aeon gave a yelp of surprise as his cousin nearly brought him crashing to the ground, but with some effort, he managed to keep himself upright so that they were both standing, but her vice-like grip was keeping the air from his lungs. He gasped, trying to breathe in, and wrenched her arms apart and held her hands in his. After inhaling deeply, he brought his head against Kida's."What's wrong with you, Kida? What are you so upset about?" The boy asked in a worried tone, then felt the material scrunched up in his cousins hand. "Hey, what's this?" Curiously, Aeon tore the paper from her hand and held it up to read, just out of her reach. Dear Kida. Your parents Leo and Loraine are in a custody battle. We highly reccomend..hm, they spelt recommend wrong, you do not get in the way of this issue, well, kind of hard to do seeing as she's basically in a boarding school. Yadda yadda yadda, what the heck is this? This Mr. Joe Rispalje guy sounds like a total dipshit.

Kida made a small sound of disproval when Aeon tore the paper out of her hands. "Aeon, Give it back. Please." she said in a small voice, she leaned forward and tried to pull his arm down to get the paper out of his hands.

Kida forced herself to take a massive jump and pulled the paper out of his hands, unfortunatly tearing it in two. Kida landed firmly on the ground, she looked at the ripped paper and just scrunched it up in one of her hands as her hand formed a fist, she took in a deep breath of frustration before she put her hand down by her side.
Kida opened her mouth to speak, but only air came out as she couldn't decide what to say, she shut her mouth and her eyes turning around on her heels take three strong paces towards a large tree.
Kida rested her forehead against the tree solid base, taking a deep breath she opened her eyes slowly staring at the rich brown bark which was directly in her view.

Kida couldn't be mad at her cousin, he was only looking out for her, but she just couldn't think straight.

 

[Aeon Summers]

Aeon took in a sharp intake of breath as he heard, and saw, the paper ripping into two as his cousin grabbed it. Oh poop. He thought, immediately opening his mouth to apologise, but noticed Kida's hand clench into a fist and quickly took a few steps back out of her range in case she threw a punch.

The breath was released when she turned away, towards a tree. Aeon cautiously approached his cousin, placing his hands gently on her shoulders. "Kida, tell me what's going on, okay? I don't like seeing you upset." He muttered softly into her ear, slowly turning her around to face him. "I'm here for you."

Kida looked up into Aeons eyes, she could feel her heart pounding in her chest so loudly she felt like that it was going to rip out of her chest and hit the wet dirty ground with a solid thud, but no ripping and thud happened.

Kida shut her eyes and took a deep breath before openeing her eyes slowly. "Mum is claiming custody, Dad's behind on a few repayments and Mum says she wants Custody, the letter was from Mum's solicitor telling me not to get in the way" Kida said softly "and by the look of it, Mum's going to win" she said
"Which means, No Hogwarts, No Magic, No nothing, She'll pull me out and put me into a normal school, I won't have Any Friends, i won't see Dads side, or You, I won't be able to continue Animagus Training... I'll be a fake" she said again.

Kida felt something hit her square in the gutt, it was rage, she wanted to hit something she looked at Aeon before shoving him away "Do Something" She said softly before shoving him again "DO SOMETHING!" she screamed.
Kida grabbed his shirt tightly in her hands "Why aren't you doing anything!" she added again, the Rage was replaced with sadness and she sunk to the floor, letting go of Aeons shirt slowly before her knee's hit the ground.
"Its not Fair"

Aeon listened as Kida explained the situation, and how her mother was likely to win and pull her out of the school, which meant a whole lot of bad things. "Wow, your Mum's a cow." He commented, bringing his hand up to lightly touch his cousin's shoulder in sympathy. "I'm sure you'll make new, non-wizard friends. No matter how lame they are. I can't imagine a life without magic, though. It must be really tough for you." Aeon's voice carried hardly any emotion as he found he couldn't relate to her or share her feelings about it. His own parents were now divorced, but he had shared custody and both came from wizarding, or half wizarding families, so he'd still grow up with magic.

Kida seemed to snap for a moment and shoved Aeon roughly in the chest. Caught by surprise, he stumbled back, but managed to stop himself from falling over. The shove was quickly followed by another, with the girl shouting 'Do something' all the while, until she grabbed the boys shirt and yelled in his face. Aeon was stunned, mouth hanging open and eyes wide while he watched her sink to the floor, now over her little fit of rage. The Gryffindor couldn't think of anything to say, trying to casually straighten out his shirt as he waited for Kida to calm down a bit.
