Closed Exploring the Dungeons

Natsuko had been curious about the dungeons. She didn't have potions class until semester two, so she didn't really have an excuse for being down there besides just curiosity. It was a bit colder, and a bit darker, but Natsuko was having a good time just wandering around. Slytherins, she knew now, lived down here. Natsuko was wholly ignorant to the stereotype, and honestly expected most Slytherins to be just as pleasant as any other house. Turning a corner as she thought about this, she almost collided with someone. "Oh! I'm sorry! Are you alright?" Natsuko asked with concern.

Zack decided to go on a little exploration of the school so that later he could get to the necessary place easier and faster. The first place he went was the basement, because it seemed mysterious, as if it hid all its secrets that needed to be discovered. Of course, this was also the darkest place, but Zack was not afraid of the dark. He wandered through the dark hallways for a while, but was about to go back to the common room, because the basement was more or less explored. Turning the corner, he bumped into a girl's shoulder and literally ran into her. "Yeah, I'm fine. I should have watched where I was going," he said, comforting the girl.

"Sorry!" Natsuko repeated in an apologetic tone. "I'm glad you're alright. I was just...you know, exploring." Natsuko laughed a little to try and lift the mood a bit. "Oh, are you a first year? I think I remember you from the sorting ceremony! You're a Hufflepuff too, right?" Natsuko checked, hoping she'd gotten it right. There were so many students who'd been sorted after all, but she was fairly sure he'd been there.

"Everything is fine."Zack said again, so that the girl really understood everything was fine and there was no need to apologize again. "I'm also exploring the area so I know where to go and not get lost." Zack said, then laughed along with the girl. ''Yes, I am. I remember you too from the sorting ceremony. You're not mistaken, I'm a Hufflepuff. I think we're in the same house, right?" Zack asked, because he seemed to have seen you in the common room.

Natsuko nodded. "I'm exploring too, and yes, that's right! Hufflepuff!" She raised her hands and clapped excitedly. "Are you magical, by the way? I mean, of course you are, you're here. I meant is your family magical? I'm a muggleborn so I'm learning a lot." Natsuko smiled good-naturedly.

Zack smiled. Then he was not mistaken, he and the girl were from the same house. "I'm Zack Choi. What's your name?" he introduced himself, so it would be easier for them to know each other's names and that was also the reason for the conversation. "Yeah, I'm magical. I'm a pureblood. That's interesting. I've only met muggle-borns about twice. You're the third." Zack smiled, because it was true. Because other pureblood families hated those who weren't purebloods, but his family wasn't like that.

"I'm Natsuko Hirano," Natsuko said, and then her eyes went wide. "Your whole family is magical then? Is that what pureblood means?" She didn't really know yet what it meant, but was eager to learn. "I've only met one other muggleborn so you're two ahead of me," she joked, but really she was very much interested in Zack's blood status.

"Nice to meet you Natsuko." Zack said, he noticed the girl's face widen in surprise. "Yes, that's right. That means there are no muggles, squibs, muggle-borns, or half-bloods in my family." He tried to explain as best he could. "In addition to purebloods, there are also half-bloods and mixed bloods." was also mentioned. "You'll definitely have to tell me about muggle borns, because I don't know much," he said frankly, because it was true, not much about muggles or muggle-born people.
