Kiera sighed as she climbed out of her secret passage way to the underground Quidditch pitch. It was nice to have the place to herself to practice, an escape from reality as she thought of it. Elizabeth Malfoy had shown her the secret her first year but Liz had been gone for a long time now. Kiera had only shown it to four others but three of them were no longer at school as well. Kiera frowned as she picked herself up of the ground and dusted off the dirt on her jeans. She bent over once more to pick up her Streak. She shook the unpleasantness from her head as she left the corridor and began to make her way up out of the Dungeons.

Nina needed an escape from studying so badly, everyday since she had gotten back from Brogan's house she had been studying and she was getting a little bored. Her life was just dreadful because all she did was have small talk with people she didn't care for all that much and studying everything that she possibly could. So she packed her books away and changed into a black tank top and a pair of skinny jeans with black converse. She left her dyed black hair as it was, but made sure to bring a ribbon to tie her hair and her wand. For some reason she thought that her little walk around the castle would be quite eventful.

As she walked down the stairs she hummed a light tune to herself, deciding that she wouldn't sing until she was certain that she was pretty well alone. Even though she had a beautiful voice, she was insecure about it because she hadn't been singing as much as she had during the summer with her church choir, which Nina had the lead in.

Nina found herself walking down to the Dungeons, wanting to find Noah so badly, she missed him to death. And she was lonely, she didn't have anyone to speak to. When she reached the painting that lead to the Slytherin house she pointed her wand at her throat and murmured a quick spell that made her voice louder then it normally should be, then she called, "Noah? You there?" She sighed when she didn't get any response from inside the house except for a loud groan from some girl that seemed to have attitude and she tapped her wand at her throat once mroe murmuring the spell that finished it.

Kiera was rounding the corner to head up stairs, when she passed the Slytherin entrance to their common room. Kiera frowned as she recongnized the girl standing infront of it. Nina. Kiera thought with a roll of her eyes. She was sure the other girl would see her, it would be impossible for her not to. Kiera decided to be the first one to speak. "Hello Nina." she said in a falsely pleasant voice.

Nina almost rolled her hazel eyes coldly as she heard the fakest tone of voice come from a person she believed to be just as fake. "Hello Kiera," she murmured in a mocking falsely pleasant voice, except hers had edge on it. It clearly showed her displeasure in seeing the girl before her. She relaxed her eyes at tilted her head to the side and asked coldly, "Pry into anyone's minds lately girl?" She smirked to herself and felt her wand hidden behind her back firmly in her hand.

Kiera's warm chocolate eyes took on a hard edge. She turned her nose up at Nina as she heard the girl's comment. Fool. she thought irriatatingly. Kiera shifted her broom out of her wand hand and into another. She glared at Nina. "I am not trying to look into others minds." she sniffed. "I wish to protect my own." she explained to the girl who deserved no explaination. "I wouldnt be so selfish to try and steal others mental privacy." she said in a cool, detached voice.

Nina's hazel eyes gazed into Kiera's doning her best to get rid of the warmth that was usually in them, and replace it with coldness, but it just wasn't happening. "You do know that once you learn either Legimancy or Occlumency that it is typical to learn the other yes?" she asked harshly and smirked. "What ever, I don't have the time to deal with you," she said, waving off the girl and then turned around and began walking away hoping that Kiera would just leave her be.

Kiera was surprised slightly by Nina's walking away and giving up. Nina wasnt on her game as it would appear. She smirked at the girl's retreating back. "It might be typical but I have no desire to learn Legimancy. Thats for cowards." she said cooly. Kiera didnt care if the other girl stopped her retreat or not. Kiera would get the last word.

Nina rolled her eyes at Kiera and said sarcastically, "You're so mature Kiera, how old are you 5?" She smirked, still walking away, not because she was afriad of the girl, she had just better things to do then to speak with someone who she thought was a complete moron.
