Okay, you see, Eliza knew electronic devices weren't going to work in the wizarding world. Her grandmother had told her this. She was shocked when she first found out that her gaming items wouldn't work in the wizarding world. She refused to believe it. When Riley had told her that the muggle cameras wouldn't work in the wizarding world, it had shocked her and she still couldn't believe it. Eliza was going to try it out herself.

She had brought one of those portable hand-held consoles with her to school as she wanted to test it out herself. She first tried the lower levels of the castle, and that didn't seem to work, she thought that if she went to higher places of the castle, the better it would work. The higher she went throughout the castle, it still hadn't worked. She managed to be in one of the towers, and it still hadn't managed to work. "Why won't this thing work" El muttered to herself, as she put it in the air like she was searching for wifi. Nothing was happening.

Now that Naomi was starting to settle in and was getting used to her new surroundings, she often found herself wandering the many corridors and hallways of the castle. And with so much to see and so much to do, she wondered if she would be able to see it all in just seven years. She was on her way back to the Ravenclaw common room after spending most of the day exploring the castle when she spotted one of her classmates with something in her hands that Naomi was all too familiar with. While she had been made aware by Riley that Muggle devices didn't work around Hogwarts, the thrill of seeing someone else walking around with a hand-held console made her forget about that one bit of information. She approached the girl with a bounce in her step, ''Ooooh, please tell me that it's working! I've been dying to see something civilised working around here.''
