Introducing To you, For a Limited Time Only!!
Now this is a tale all about how,
Galaxy's life changed and turned inside out,
One short night an in 9 months time,
She was off in New Zealand singing nursery rhymes.
In a small town in Italy born and raised,
With her large family she spent most of her days,
Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool,
And taking regular classes in a Magic school!
When her and her boyfriend, went out to "the joint",
Then parked their cars on make out point
She took one little test, and flipped her lid,
what would a teenage mother do with a kid?
She packed up her bags, when the time came near,
Kissed her little brothers head and looked in the mirror,
She knew this was goodbye and left her home,
Got on a flight and left to visit Rome.
She got to the airport about seven or eight,
And realized she was in the wrong place,
With little money, and no where to be,
She took her bags and said, "Here we are mini-me"
Not Quite! See, Galaxy has recently had a baby, and is living alone in a two bedroom, one bathroom flat that she can barely afford. She got a job just outside of the magical part of New Zealand waitressing, and has to hire a baby sitter almost every night. This drains most of her funds, and what she doesn't spend goes to food, so she doesn't have much of a life. Having a rich Aunt and uncle from Bel-air would be nice right now, but, as it stands, she's trying to make it on her own. Since her social life has died, Galaxy has eased up a bit on how mean she is to most people. Other girls make her jealous still, and she still is wary around men, but other than that, she's lightened up considerably. Once she makes better wages, and can get back to being social, maybe she'll have more luck and learn to loosen up a bit. Galaxy doesn't have the best intelligence rating, and is often considered goofy or stupid. So patience is key with this relationship.
You, my lovely HNZ goer, come in with relationships I hope.
I need her to slowly obtain a life with other single mothers, with other non-single mothers, with male friends, with female friends, and eventually, another boyfriend to help her get over the loss of her other boyfriend. So here's wast I'm looking for in each of these things!
Single Mom: You need to have custody of your child, the father should not at all be a part of your life at all, save for maybe some child support checks. it doesn't have to be a sad reason why you broke up, just need to be separated. This would be someone who could go through the same trials as Galaxy, feel the same pain, and have a baby for Galaxy's daughter to play with.
Mom: This would give Galaxy an idea of what she could look forward to. It would help her contrast the two lives of a single mom, and a married couple with children. This could help her out of her shell, and get her back into the dating scene. This needs to be someone who can give good advice, and help her with how she can explain to her baby where daddy is, once it's old enough to talk.
Male Friend: This would be a tedious relationship, and would definitely take some time. Galaxy is crushed by the death of her old boyfriend, crushed that he left her with this baby, and is entirely turned off to the male race. She doesn't want to make the same mistake over again, so she has just closed off from all of them. Galaxy is sort of a sexist person, in that she thinks all men want is your body. So, if you could work past that stereo type and open her eyes, it would make her a better person for her child.
Female Friend: This would need to be someone responsible, kind, and probably smart. This would need to be someone who doesn't mind a kid tagging along in some places. Preferably someone she knew before, or that she has seen before. Even if it;s not, a female character wouldn't have nearly as much of a problem with her as what a male character would.
I already have a great plan in mind, so this man here, will need to be her final!
I know this pairing might be common, but I love it so. The two of them make an adorable couple. But, Here's my specifics.
He needs to be patient, kind, loving, and more or less a nerd. I can't help but picture him as a sophisticated book worm, where as she is hyper active and fun loving. The two of them need to be almost opposites to make this work. I won't be picky on a name, i just don't want anything too plain. He's going to be from England or Ireland, with an accent that is easy to understand. I'd like him to be able to speak one of the romance languages (French, Italian, Spanish and so on). He should also be very well educated, a graduate of a magical school, or a muggle institute, meaning he could be a squib if you were up for that. I would like him to be anywhere from 19-21, no older for now. I do not want him being overly flirty, or having had many past relationships. Remember, he's a book worm. If he has had a relationship, it was a long one. And yes, he can drink on the weekends, that wont bother me. If he's made a 'mistake' or two (a one night stand) it would make sense. School is stressful after all. i suppose that's all. You can fill in the rest of the blanks.
