Personal History
Dorothy and her brother, Dennis, were born albino twins. This surprised a lot of the family. Not because they were twins; that was common in the Perthro family, but because they were albino. There were no traces of albinism in the family.
The twins both had poor eyesight, were both very short, and were extremely sensitive to sunlight. Because of this, and along with their mothers history, they had a lot of trouble making friends, both inside and outside the family.
Dorothy had never knew her father. Indeed, her own mother, Olive, didn't even know Dorothy's father - it was quite disgraceful. The family tried to hush it up, and when Olive married Colin, they all pretended Dorothy and Dennis were Colins' children. neither minded; they neither liked nor disliked Mr Silvertongue. Indeed, until their mother died, they never really talked to him.
When Olive died of Dragonpox, they were put in Colin's custody. Colin and Olive had a son, Rupert, that Dorothy hated with a passion. Rupert was loud, proud, rude, and downright stupid, in Dorothy's opinion. He was messy and never thought before he acted. She wasn't at all surprised when he was sorted into Gryffindor.
Ever since she could remember, Dorothy had had a voice inside her head. It didn't talk much, but when it did it was usually to tell her something important, or to stop her from doing something stupid. This voice was her closest friend, and she valued it above anything else. A lot of people thought she had inherited her Uncles insanity.
After graduation, Dorothy left her family and friends and moved to Australia, where she got herself a bit of an accent.
She later found that Julie, a school friend and cousin, was living in New Zealand, and decided to move there herself.

In 1960 Loki and Olive Perthro were born twins in Greece to Samuel Perthro and Athene Parkinson.
In 1969 the Perthro family moved to England.
1970s
In 1971 Loki and Olive were both sorted into Slytherin at Hogwarts England.
in 1978 Loki and Olive both graduated from Hogwarts England.
1980s
In 1982 Loki (22) married Liesl Dotterweich (21). It was a marriage for convenience rather than love; Loki was the only Perthro heir, and needed to marry into a decent family.
In 1983 Loki and Liesl had their first child, a son, and named him Leonardo.
In 1983 Olive went on a trip to France, met a stranger and came home pregnant.
In 1984 Olive gave birth to twins, Dennis and Dorothy
