better late than never, right...? pink rose for @Nox Walden-Cade , thread title from here
Dahlia was glad she had an opportunity for one last rose giving before graduation. She loved making a bit of a spectacle of it, especially since her coursework was fairly light. She had study to do, of course, but she just loved getting to put on a bit of a show. It was good practice for what she hoped next year would have in store. She had improved her cupid outfit over time, so even though it was a bit amateurish and she still had her uniform underneath her white wrap and wings, she felt a little bit more festive than she had in the past. Now she was looking for a second year twin - she knew that he was in Hufflepuff, having checked the yearbooks, and she stood on a bench in the courtyard with her head held high and wand at the ready. "Aha! Nox Walden-Cade! Cupid's blessings be upon you on this most glorious of days!" she called, carefully levitating the pink rose with note tied to it in pink ribbon to the boy when she spotted him.

You've always been such a good friend to me, I'm sorry if you've ever felt unappreciated. I admire you a lot.
