Arnost walked along the streets of New Zealand, to be precise – Obsidian Harbor, and he found himself rather bored. He couldn’t return to the Zhefarovich Manor just yet. With his mind unstable as it was – for he was in love with a ghost and his flesh had successfully taken over his mind. He was unstable, and he had found that indulging into sin had given him some relief. He needed just a little bit more, and then he would be fine. Arnost sighed a bit, and he glanced up at the sky. The changes were spilling colors all over the sky. Splashes of orange, pink, and blue covered above, and the clouds were pink. One would find this sky rather beautiful but not to this Death Eater. Arnost found no interest in things like this, no. Arnost found other things more interesting than that. He walked along the sidewalk, and he did not see anyone. He was alone in his mind. Yet, he was avoiding from colliding with everyone he passed. Only a voice would snap him from his thoughts.

Sorry this is so late! Doh.

Melissa absently cleared her throat as she walked down Obsidian. She had just closed up shop and instead of taking her usual portkey back to Australia, she decided to take a stroll. She glanced up at the sky and marvelled at its beauty. Melissa was content with her life but she didn't wake up every morning overly enthusiastic. Her life seemed very repetitive. She hadn't had a man in her life since Chad. She couldn't really count Charlie even if a part of her wanted to. They hadn't been dating, for heavens sake, he had been married.

Letting out a sigh Melissa focused her eyes back on the path. She was a very modest woman, but she knew that she was beautiful. However she also knew her beauty wouldn't last forever and that she was getting older each day. Even so, both her children went to Hogwarts, she was completely alone at night and most of the day at her shop. Was it so wrong to want to change that?

At that thought, someone caught Melissa's eye as they walked towards her down Obsidian Harbour. "You," she said, the words spilling from her mouth unconsciously as she stepped in front of the fairly intimidating man. However Melissa was not overly phased by his appearance. "I know you," she said, frantically wracking her brain for the time that she had seen the man before. His features seemed familiar, but they looked different somehow in the light of day.

It wasn't just a voice snapping him from his thoughts, but it was someone addressing him. Him. Arnost did not recognize the voice in any fashion, and his dark eyes wondered down to the owner. She had stepped in front of him, and naturally, Arnost gazed up and down the woman. She did not seem familiar in any manner, and she wondered where she had seen him or know him actually. Arnost shifted his position and as of now, it did not occur to him that she had met with Asparuh and not himself. Arnost mused, "Oh really, now." She was not a Death Eater, she lacked that darkness within from what he could tell.

Arnost took a step toward her, his eyes glistening in the night, his smirk curling upon his lips, yet his voice was anything but threatening, something his brother usually lacked in most conversations, "I don't think we have met, miss. I know not who you are." Arnost folded his hands and arms across his chest. Though he started to notice now that this woman was beautiful. How could he have met her and remembered her unless she confused him for someone else? That was not very likely though. Then, a small thought in his mind whispered into his brain, clicking, She might have met Asparuh. I wonder what their history was. He said nothing about this one that would ring a bell. Arnost wondered just who this woman; because she had struck his interest.
