Eddie was sitting in a bar, thinking about how ling it had been since he had just sat in a bar. He mainly used them as places to hook up but now that he was engaged, well, there wasn't any need for it any more. Of course Odie didn't know he was here, se had gone to bed quite early, it being eleven PM and all, then again she had spent all day looking after Connor and making wedding plans.

Eddie sighed and stood up almost banging into a girl, almost but not quite. He looked down to apologise but instead he saw a flash of a face he recognised. "I'm sorry, have we met somewhere?" He looked again before realising she wasn't familiar and he had just mistaken her face. "Sorry, I thought you were someone I knew, sorry for almost smashing into you as well." It felt odd to not be using this as a chat up excuse.

Laura had just been having a boring day. Nothing much had really happened except maybe a little shopping but that was nothing different. She had decided that she would make the most of the day, or at least what was left of it anyway. Laura walked into a bar as she was in the mood for a drink to make her a little more easy going. It was when she was just about to get to the bar that a man nearly bumped into her. She gasped slightly then backed away. She smiled when he apologized seeing that he was really cute. " Oh urm dont worry. Although i think a drink may help get over the shock of it." She said jokingly with a slight giggle in her tone

Eddie smiled at the younger girl. She had balls, figuritively speaking of course. "Why not, eh?" He couldn't see ny harm in it. She was much younger than him by the the looks of things anyway, she wouldn't even try to flirt with him. Or so he thought. Eddie lead the girl to the bar and placed an order fo rher. "I'm Eddie."

Laua grinned widely when he took her up on her offer. She followed him to the bar and sat next to him.When He told her his name she held our her hand towards him and giggled. " Im Laura. Nice to meet you Eddie." She said to him. He was really cute, she had really found the right guy for the night

Eddie sat on a bar stool and tried to think of a conversation starter. "So.." He chugged half of his drink and waited. "How old are you?" Of course he knew it waas rude to ask a girls age, he did used to be a master womanizer after all, but it was all he could think of to say.
