Zazuka ended up in the North Tower. Upon reflection, Zazuka gathered that she should have known she would end up here. After all this was one of the places she felt most conferable. Up high where no one could reach her or touch her it would seem. It was not what she was up here to think about though. Her friend was gone. Closed herself off to the world. Where she had gone Zazuka knew she could reach her now.

Though Andy was in the same school Zazuka could no longer feel the connection that had once been so strong. She looked up at the sky a fresh waive of tears threatening to spill from her eyes. Zazuka wanted to such to have figured things out sooner. Maybe she could have spared Andy some pain. Zazuka was putting all her efforts into trying to help Andy and she proved herself nothing but useless! Zazuka felt the streak of water fall down her cheek. "We will miss you with all our hearts. I'm sorry we where not enough for you." She said to the sky, bright and sunny, not the kind that reflected the mood of all that knew what happened in the Great Hall. A soft wind played across Zazuka's cheeks like a hand trying to dry her tears. Though it seemed like there could be nothing that could console her over what she and the rest of the school had lost.

Carlisle had been walking for god knows how long.. The day seemed to out of preportion with the mood he was in. He wished it would rain.. And that was strange.. he never wanted it to rain. But then again.. he was rarely in a mood like this. That empty feeling still clung to him as he strode through the castle..higher and higher. Whats the matter? Did you actually expect it to last forever?.. Great... now his own mind was mocking him. He barred his teeth for a moment in anger before it was swallowed by the sadness and pointless feelings that dwelled within him.

He eventually got up to the north tower. He barely noticed that anyone was there. Perhaps he wouldn't, even if the room was full. He just made his way over to the closest window and sat himself down. Not a single tear had he shed.. until now. He felt the drop slide down his cheek. His mind willing it to disappear. Why did he do it? Why did he fall for her..but he did... and was still..very much.. In love with her. When he was on the not so good side nothing seemed to matter.. nothing hurt... And now, he was trying desperately to find the reason why the emotions are worth it.. Love that he so much enjoyed before now just felt like an aching feeling deep in his heart..

His head fell into his hands for a moment. How weak he seemed.. It's just a girl is what friends normally say to comfort you when this happens isn't it? Well.. He didn't think that would do much good anyhow.. She wasn't just some girl..

Zazuka didn't take her eyes off the sky though her tears where falling again. "She's really closed herself off hasn't she. She's given herself over to the Emptyness." She said as if she had just declared Andy dead. To Zazuka it was worse than being dead. She had watched her mother go though day in and day out as if she where an anamotron. Something that was made to look human but was really all nuts and bolts. She didn't think she could bare watching her best friend live the same way.

Zazuka's mind was already working though her depressed haze. Could Andy be pulled back from the Emptiness? Maybe, maybe if people that really cared about her would reach out to her try and get her back from the void. Zazuka would not just stand back and watch Andy become a shell because the cruelty of man had taken yet something else from her. Slowly Zazuka looked at who was there though she already knew. Carlisle, Andy's boyfriend. He had a unique aura presence. More unique than that of other people.

Not that Zazuka needed to know that. In her sorrow she could feel almost exsactly what everyone in the school was going though. She seemed to be super sensitive again. She knew that there would be hell to pay for allowing herself to become this open to the world. Her head would fell like it was splitting in two after a while. Zazuka didn't care about that now. It was a small price to pay it seemed for failing her greatest of all friends.

Carlisle sat there with his head in his hands. The tear had rolled down and landed on the ground before him. A symbol of what no words could describe. Nothing was real around him. His mind seemed detached from his body. Nothing existed but the pain he wished would just go away.

The only thing that seemed to bring him back was a presence.. near him.. and it seemed to make sound. His head lifted slowly from his hands and he looked over to see Zazuka.. A close friend of Andy's. Did she remember him? He had no idea.. but he didn't think she would care to share his pain.. so he tried to put on a smile and said in the most even voice he could muster, "Beautiful day" Such lies. He turned to look out the window so she would hopefully not noticed his pain stricken face.

Zazuka gave Carlisle a tear filled smile. She had to. It was only fair after he put in the effort to smile at her. "No it's a tragic day. The sun is out but it offers no warmth." She said looking up at the sky. She wished it would rain. She could go out and dance until the hole in her heart filled up with rain water. A storm Zazuka needed a storm. She wished she could dance in a storm but it was not storm session yet. It would be for a while.

Zazuka could see that Charisle too had shed a tear. "She's closed off from you too?" She said falling to her knees and looking at him her eyes with horror. Andy couldn't have taken it that far. Giving up the boy she loved so much. Had the Emptiness taken Andy's ability to love too? Zazuka took off her glasses and wiped the tears that where staining her cheeks but nothing could make them from falling.

"No it's a tragic day. The sun is out but it offers no warmth."

Well.. apparently something much be going wrong with her to... well that was so much effort wasted to make things try look ok. No.. he didn't see the sun shine in the sky.. nor the warmth on his flesh.

When she asked him if sandy and closed of from him too.. He realized that Andy must be basically shutting herself off from the world.. But why? His head bowed even as her name was spoken. It hurt...too much... He barely managed to murmur, "Yes.." What more could he say? She had built a wall of steal to encase her heart that even he seemed unable to penetrate.. However much he wanted to. He felt helpless..useless..

Zazuka leaned back and put her hands on her face. "No." She whispered almost whined. Andy was pushing everyone, absolutly everyone away. She could stand it soon Zazuka knew Andy would move and act just like a living puppet, doing and talking just because it is expected of her. With no feeling at all. The very thought brought a freash wave of tears streaming down into her hands.

"I wish for rain." She said though her palms. The drops would tall Zazuka what to do. She also wished for Brian. He would understan how devestated she was that Andy had done this to herself and to those around her. Even though he wasn't her friend any more he would still confert Zazuka. Zazuka wished for rain and for warmth. Seflish when she thought about it but in her greff she couldn't really think. Sorrow was consuming her worse than the day she realized that her family held no love for her. Deep down or anywhere.
