Trilby Kiedis had spent every day of the past several months feeling horrible. Every moment about Beauxbatons felt like a knife being pushed deeper and deeper inside of her, she had so many memories there good and bad but she wanted now since graduation to put them all behind her. To forget everything! It took alot of her heart to think that because she had always thought she would hold dear her memories at the academy but too much heart ache resided now within the walls of the prestigious school for her. Having no best friend thanks to her own foolishness, having no boyfriend thanks to her own stupidity and having nothing but agony shoot through her every time she woke up to walk around the school either to class or to perform her duties as headgirl, Trilby could not believe how glad she was at last to have left. To have finished her NEWTs and graduated. Tempted as she had been to send word to Xavier to invite him to her graduation, she had not done so. His presence would have hurt Sebastian more and she never wanted to inflict anymore pain on him. She also knew that Xavier would most likely not bother to show up. Why would he when he had his own girlfriend!

Trilby had concluded that it was time for her to let go of the past and move on but move on to what? She had stood atop the podium of the Grande Salle and spoken her speech as typically as they had all expected her too. She had moved about the hall shaking hands and smiling benignly at everyone. Her father had not shown though she knew he would not have come anyhow and she had spent the day observing those about her whose families delighted in showing their pride at their children or grandchildren's accomplishments. It did not matter to her that she had received glowing recommendations from every professor and her headmaster, nor did it matter that she had received Outstanding in all her subjects bar one, herbology that was her one Acceptance grade. As if it laughed out at her from it's parchment to remind her of the time herself and Sebastian had lost all sense of time and reason huddled together on the greenhouse floor.

She walked through the streets of Paris with her wand tucked neatly inside her bag but looking for all the world like a sophisticated muggle. Her elegant frame walked poised and assuredly through the busy Parisian walkways and across many of the beautiful bridges. Trilby was taking a break from the magical world for just a day, she needed space from her memories. Time to get over wounds that she did not think would ever heal. She had made a royal cock-up of everything in her personal life yet her academic career had been extraordinary. She knew in a heart beat she would swap it all, switch it around so that she was an average student with a wonderful love life. Books could not keep her warm, could not give her the comfort or solace she needed. How many more nights would she cry herself to sleep yearning for Xavier and upset for causing so much pain to Sebastian.

Pausing by a cafe she decided to take a break from her constant walking and sitting at one of the outside tables ordered a coffee from the waiter when he came by. She gazed out among the people passing by but saw no-one. Thanking the waiter when he brought her cup of coffee she simply sat staring at the black liquid that filled her cup, the steam that rose from it and inhaling the beautiful aroma she knew she had to put a stop to her life as it was and do something with it. As she sat there contemplating on her future, she tried to push the thought to the back of her mind that her future had never looked so bleak.

Since Gabrielle did not have to be at her new job for a couple more hours she decided that instead of staying home and doing nothing like she been the past couple of days. Less than a week ago Gabrielle had been hired as a Healer at St. Mungos. Thanks to Colton's training that he had been giving her for a little bit before she applied they were very impressed with her skills and weren't shy about telling her that she had the job right away. Of course the week was at first rough because she had to get into the swing of how to do everything right, by now she was used to it and loved it with a passion. The only issue she was having now was trying to keep her job a secret from Colton for a little while as she wanted to surprise him soon with the news that his training her had really paid. She owed him so much. Most of her classmates from school would be in shock to see just how much she had changed in the year or so that has gone by since she had seen a lot of them. Gabrielle was a lot warmer than she used to be. Back in school she was pretty much a glittering snowflake. Cold but still so beautiful. But now she liked to smile a lot, and she was actually finding herself wanting to be around with people. Luckily she hadn't met anyone she used to know on the streets. Then again she had been living in New Zealand for quite a bit while most of the people she went to school with were from France. But Gabrielle didn't really feel like explaining to them what it was that made her so happy. To her it was a mixture between moving out, becoming a Healer, and meeting Colton that just made her smile all the time. She even had a date not too long ago that a very interesting end to it. A small smile rose to the blonde's face before she shook her head and tried to focus on other things. The streets of Paris were a little busier than she would have liked bit it was a chance for to get out and enjoy herself before she had to go to work. Her blonde hair was tossed back into a messy bun so she wouldn't have to keep brushing the hair out of her eyes, sometimes that got really annoying. Paris was so nice she wondered why she didn't come here often. It could have something do with the fact that she often had no one to go with. Xavier seemed to hate being in Paris, she didn't really have any friends, nor did she know Colton that well.

It wasn't long before Gabrielle found herself passing by a small Cafe. Since she was a little thirsty she figured that stopping to get a drink wasn't going to hurt. She still had plenty of time before work. As she was about to head to a table of sorts she paused when she noticed a dark haired woman that she thought she recognized a little. Slowly but gracefully the blocked stepped over until she was a few feet from the woman's table. "Trilby Kiedis? Is that you?" She asked lightly, her French accent spewing out perfectly. She knew this girl very well just because she used to be someone who dated her twin brother. But they had broken up and seemed to be over for good as far as she knew. Of course she didn't know about Trilby and her boyfriend being broken up. If she had she probably would have been a bit more timid. But she was clueless and a changed a person.

Turning her face ever so slightly at the sound of a voice long ago filed away into a past that she no longer wished to remember, Trilby looked upon the face of Gabrielle Snow and was instantly reminded of Xavier and everything she was trying to forget. It was like a renewed pain, a stab of ice jolting her heart into remembrance. Dragging it from its doldrums and shaking it but Trilby had lost too much, had given everything she had ever cherished and loved away and could not now be called upon to give herself even a glimmer of hope that fate was sending Gabrielle to her as a sign. In her most desolate moments over the past few months she had reread every letter he had ever written her, cried so hard over every word that the pages became soggy and all but destroyed. If she had been a muggle there would have been no chance of recovery but at least she had her magic and her letters from her true love were all still in tact, only now to gather dust in the very bottom of her trunk safely stored in a tin box with so many charms attached that no one but herself would ever have a chance of opening it.

Blinking now as if the girl before her was a mirage and hoping that with each blink she would disappear and leave her to her life of greyness, Trilby sighed as the Gabrielle remained standing before her. Etiquette meant she should offer her a seat of course and absently she indicated one with a slight wave of her hand, barely a smile reached her mouth though she could see that his sister seemed to glow naturally, smile enthusiastically and flourish when the very colour seemed to have been drained from Trilby's canvas. It was too obvious that love had brightened the otherwise snappish older girl. Was she here to gloat some more? Was she here to relate to her about Xavier's love life and how wonderful it was? Her heart could feel no more at that moment at any rate, it needed perhaps a new influx of pain to aid in it's beating. If she had to suffer the girls company for a while, every second passing reminding her of the love she had pushed from her then it was hers to suffer.

She stood as etiquette once again entailed and air kissed the girls cheeks as only the French could do before reclaiming her seat. Still she could not muster a smile, there had been little to smile about lately.
"Gabrielle, you're looking lovely as ever" the truth was easy to say when it was only small talk, "what brings you here?" did she really want to know? And then she realised the worst of it she not only wanted to hear about Gabrielles' news but she wanted to hear all about Xavier right down to the nitty gritty details like what he had for breakfast, what he was reading, was he okay... did he miss her?

Gabrielle smiled softly when Trilby offered her a seat at the table she was sitting at. This would be a good distraction from work so she was thankful that Trilby was offering to let her even be around her after the way she had treated the lot of them at Beauxbatons not too long ago. "Oh...thanks. You look just as lovely though." Gabrielle blushed visibly. Trilby's compliment made her think of that night that she had spent with Colton after the two of them allowed themselves to get drunk from the Long Island Iced Tea. It had become no secret to some that something was up between her and that man she had a date with the other day. Actually nothing was really up other than the fact that they had a date the other day along with a night of passion. They had not decided to date one another, not to go out again really. In fact she hadn't seen him much for the past couple of days but it wouldn't be soon before she decided to tell him that she had gotten the job. Whether or not he'd really be that happy for her or even want her to still be around was unknown to her but she could always hope that he thought of her as a friend or something. Right now it sort of felt like Gabrielle was stumbling around in the dark, and she hated it so much. Her beautiful blue eyes shifted to Trilby before she smiled softly. she wondered what this girl had been up to lately, had she Graduated and everything like Xavier had said she would. Though it had been quite some time since she last her the world Trilby come from his mouth. As far as Gabrielle was concerned he seemed to be over her and Trilby was over him. "Well I'm hearing relaxing a little before work. I work at St Mungos now as a Healer, I really enjoy it there. And trying to keep my mind off of...well someone." The blonde shrugged before she bit her lips and averted her gaze away from the dark haired beauty across from her. Was it obvious that she had been with a man she and was slowly starting to fall for him or was she freaking Trilby out right now. Hopefully she didn't know who Colton was in risk that he might be told. Gabrielle's heart was only slowly starting to warm up and if it was rushed things would fall apart before she even had the chance to fix it. Then again it may just be flirtation getting to her, she didn't know.

"So what brings you here? How have you been lately?" She asked softly as she leaned forward and asked Trilby how things had been for her. She sort of thought that Trilby was a goody goody once upon a time but now she didn't seem too bad. It had been like a year since the last time she had seen the girl and thought she hadn't changed her appearance that much her personality could be so much more different then it used to be. Did Trilby wonder how Xavier was lately as well?

Trilby had not even noted how she had dressed that day, she had taken a dress from the wardrobe and pulled it on. Summoned some shoes and they had come, her makeup was put on with barely a glance to the mirror but none of it had mattered enough for her to care how she looked. Gabrielle telling her she was lovely stirred her a bit. What if it had been Xavier she had run into and she had not made any effort at all in her appearance; what would he think of her? That she had let herself go? Of course he would be thrilled then that they were no longer dating. She smiled weakly as way of thanks before sipping from her coffee cup.Listening to what the older girl had to say, Trilby found herself envying her. She had never considered what to do with her own, just assumed that the closer she got to graduation it would dawn on her but it never had. Xavier had taken all reasonable thought out of her and filled it with only thoughts of him and Trilby knew she could easily do a full time career of simply thinking about him 24/7.

"Someone?" she asked, knowing this was the appropriate response to Gabrielle's subtle revelation. Again envy flared up inside her as she listened. The waiter walked by with a pot of coffee and began to pour a refill but hastily she put her hand over her cup. She didn't think she could bare sitting here too long listening to how happy Gabrielle was now. She felt bitter for thinking like that but could not help herself. She had lost weight in the last few months, weight the girl seriously had not needed to lose. She might look lovely but beneath the now prominent cheek bones without the makeup, she looked pale and drawn. As if months yearning for the one person she could never have, had taken its toll.

"Just.. just wandering around" she told her not knowing what else to say, staring at her cup then she ignored the question of how she was and without meaning too blurted out the question that was burning a hole in her heart.
"How is Xavier?"

It was when Trilby question about that someone she was trying to get her mind off of that Gabrielle turned a light shade of red and shyly brought her hand to to cover one of her blushing cheeks. She hated that people knew that her heart was softening up because she was such an ice queen in school. After a moment she removed her hand and leaned in so she could tell Trilby quietly in case someone was around here. "I'll tell you about him as long as you promise not to tell my brother. You know how he can get with things sometimes." Gabrielle rolled her pretty sky blue eyes softly before she smiled at Trilby softly. If she told the younger girl about how she and Colton had gone on a date and ended up sleeping together and agreeing to another date things would become a mess if her brother found about all of it. Chances are he would demand to meet the guy and everything and it would just become a huge mess, especially if it was found out that he was supposed to be her Teacher and Trainer for Healing. And she was also technically his Patient since if she ever went to St Mungos for an Appoint or something he'd be one of the people doing the check-up's and everything. It made her think of of the first day they had met. She would never forget that day not that she and him and some other memories imprinted in her brain. Their first date, the time they made love, even if they never spoke again after those two events she would never forget it. There was some attraction to Colton but how far it would go and if they would ever bother to make their bond stronger was unknown to her but she could always hope. Since no guy had ever made Gabrielle feel so happy like this before. Gabrielle shifted in her seat a little and motioned for the waiter to come over so she could order a honey bun. It would be the perfect thing to eat before work so she wasn't craving food all day.

When Trilby asked about Xavier, Gabrielle didn't really pay attention to what the girl had asked and instead picked at her delivered Honey bun as she answered Trilby. "Well, to be honest I don't really see him around all the time. He occasionally comes to stay with me when he has time off but other than he usually keeps to himself. Though the other day the idiot came home with a Hangover and..w-wait. Why are you asking about Xavier?" Gabrielle froze and stared carefully as Trilby as she lowered her Honey Bun down and looked at her owlishly. "I mean I'll tell you more if you want but..your not just asking so you have something to use against him are you?" She asked softly as her eyes peered around the area. Did Trilby still have a thing for her boyfriend and try and claim she wanted nothing to do with Xavier? Before Gabrielle continued at all she wanted to know what the younger girl was going to do with the information.

Trilby watched as Gabrielle became almost shy and demure as she asked her to promise something that the younger girl knew was a ridiculous request. She had not seen Xavier in ages and was not likely to see him ever again. Their worlds did not collide and fate it would seem had given up putting him accidentally in her way. She felt as if fate itself had given up on giving her chances with love, she had blown them all. Merely smiling at Gabrielle as if to let her know that her secret was indeed save with her, Trilby knew it simply saved her from talking about him, wanting to hear about him was different altogether though and it pained her greatly when his sister seemed to think she had an ulterior motive for asking about Xavier.

Shaking her head this time, embarrassment did not fuse a bright tinge into her cheeks but paled her more instead. How could anyone especially Gabrielle think that Trilby would want news on him to hold against him? There wasn't a bone in Trilby's body that begrudged people much of anything, she had not the nature to see any grudge through for long if she were to hold one.
"I... I just wanted to know" her eyes glistened suddenly with tears she had thought she had left behind on her pillow the night before. This was crazy and though she would have liked to hear all about him and even sit with Gabrielle a while longer, she couldn't. Standing up slowly as she pushed her chair back, Trilby looked to the other girl. Pain etched on her face though she tried to hide her feelings.
"I just needed to know he was ... doing alright. I should leave ..."

Sky blue eyes immediately widened in shock at Trilby's reaction to her words. "Oh no...Trilby don't cry!" Gabrielle jumped up from her seat and and quickly let her hand grab onto Trilby's wrist to stop her from leaving like that. She was terribly afraid that she had hurt the girls feelings by asking her why she wanted to know. It was just that her brother was going through a rough time and she didn't want him to have to have any issues with the girl he seemingly was in love with but was trying to hide it. Feeling bad for this girl made Gabrielle feel like a sap but at the same time more human than she ever had felt. Was her icy cold heart really starting to melt like a bowl of ice cream in the sun? The blonde stepped around to the side of the table so she was face to face with Trilby before she gave her brother's ex-girlfriend and a girl that she really had no relation or contact with other than this and Xavier's Graduation and gave the girl a strong and comforting hug. This was something that she had never done before, to anyone. Not her mother, her brother, not even her best friend in the entire world. She had never given a hug and never been hugged before. But she wasn't going to tell Trilby that. After a moment she stepped away and smiled softly at the girl, something was up and she dearly wanted to know what was going on. "Please sit down, you look like you need to talk to someone. Tell me what's up..please?" Gabrielle beckoned with her because this girl did not look well at all. She looked skinnier and unhappier and since Gabrielle was a Healer now she wasn't one to stand for people not taking care of themselves. If she waned to talk about Xavier then Gabrielle would tell her the truth about what was happening to him instead of her trying to make it seem like was all going well for him. Her eyes locked onto the Honey bun was she was picking at. She suddenly had the urge to try and make Trilby try a piece.

"Okay, you wanna talk about Xavier? Fine, I'll tell you exactly whats going on with him. He had not been taking care of himself. He's exhausted and always injured from Quidditch but won't go to get it checked out. He's out drinking, and partying. He never laughs or cracks jokes anymore. He hasn't been taking care of himself Trilby and I think he needs someone to intervene." Gabrielle admitted to Trilby quickly and almost sadly. Her brother was being hurtful to himself and those who did not want to see him become like this. He looked a mess and probably was a mess. Ever since him and Trilby fell apart he had lost his bearings and that spark that made him, well him. It made Xavier seem like nothing but a useless bum. Gabrielle missed him and it seemed like nothing was helping him, not even Vincent or Quidditch, or girls that he liked to flirt with.

She felt the arms about her before she had time to react at all, her own came up slowly and held the girl that had caused her some misery only the year before and yet now she found comfort in those arms. As if being near the sister gave her part of the brother. Releasing Gabrielle, she wiped a tear that trailed down her cheek. She was a mess and knew it. Taking her seat once again she only nodded at the girl now trying to gather herself to speak at all. But she couldn't, her throat felt so tight from the emotions she had been holding in check. It was not right to break down in tears in public and it most certainly was not right to be having a breakdown for that was almost certainly what it felt like. As Gabrielle relayed to her all of Xavier's goings on over the past few months her heart broke anew. She could not bare the thought of him like this, destroying himself and his career. A career he had worked so hard for.

If she thought it would do any good she of course would offer to intervene but what could she possibly do for him? "Oh Xavier" the murmured words were easy to deduce, the tone heartbreaking as she conjured an image of him in her mind and wanted only to hold him and make whatever troubled him go away.
"What about Hilde, what does she make of all of this?" she asked instead, hoping that his girlfriend was at least doing all in her power to help him somehow, "your mother? surely she's been able to talk to him?" There had to be someone, anyone that he would listen too. Her fingers clasped tightly together, wringing themselves in frustration. Every emotion now evident on her gaunt face, she was worried about him and it showed.
"He can't do this to himself... he's worked so hard" she spoke now as if to herself before finally looking at Gabrielle again and grimacing. The girl had been all light and carefree when she had sat down not too long ago and now after only moments in Trilby's company that was gone. Trilby sighed, she really did have a knack of ruining people's happiness. She couldn't go near Xavier and attempt an intervention, she would only make things worse not better. She was a part of his history and one he had forgotten by now.

Gabrielle raised an eyebrow at Trilby and her response about Hilde. Wow that girl must be really behind on the times if she thought that Xavier and she were still dating one another. "Um...Tril? They broke up like a wicked long time ago. Xavier's been single for like a year." Gabrielle answered honestly as she rubbed her arm sorely. She was surprised that they had not seen each other all this time because surely he would have told her that him and Hilde and moved on. Although her brother was a little but of a womanizer he would never cheat or be with woman all the time like so. He was indeed a Hufflepuff at heart and was fiercely loyal to everyone. She wasn't sure how he got that quality in him when he was always messing with girls and such. She was loyal herself but then again she didn't go around messing with every guy she saw in her sights. In fact right now she kind of had her eyes set on one guy and she wasn't really that sure what she wanted to do about him. Go after him and try to see if he was interested or just forget about it and go back to being to just liking him as a friend. Chances were that he didn't see her like that anyways, she was not much more than his student anyways. She would just have to wait and see what a second date brought.

"My mother kind of just got remarried and is pregnant so she's sort of busy herself. I think that Xavier doesn't care how hard he's worked. I think he's just given up." Gabrielle muttered as he ran a few fingers through her silky hair. She wasn't really sure how she could sum it up other than that little bit right there. Her brother didn't do anything but party and mope like a big sissy. Maybe Trilby would be willing to talk to him? Surely she must care a little bit that he was ruining his life?

Her eyes widened, they had broken up? Xavier was single again? Of course he was probably enjoying his single life immensely especially with all the partying he was supposedly doing. She wanted to feel sorry for him but now she felt a stab of jealousy towards all those faceless women who got to spend time with him. She had to remind herself that it was her own fault that she was no longer in his life and attempted to look resigned yet indifferent to the news though she failed miserably. It was clear to anyone who even remotely lay claim to knowing her that she was profoundly in love with Xavier Snow and always had been. She wanted to say something like congratulations on the news of Gabrielle's mother but merely smiled instead. Her mind was racing with only thoughts of him, she wanted to show she was interested but didn't dare. He had after all moved on, down a completely different path to the one she would have liked for him but such was life. Attempting to change the subject she smiled weakly at Gabrielle.

"And you now are serious about someone?" the words however 'he's just given up' reverberated through her heart and mind as she rested an elbow on the table and rubbed her forehead as if smoothing out the worry lines.

Gabrielle knew that just by the look on Trilby's face that she was either amazed or shocked that Xavier was currently single, he seemed to always be with a girl. Though Gabrielle easily noted that no matter how many girls he flirted with and everything, it seemed like he only dated very few of them. This did however spark her interest about Trilby because she was getting the idea that something was up. "Do you....still like my brother Trilby?" Gabrielle peered in closer at her as she tried go figure out what it was that Trilby was talking about or rather being upset about. Most people would think that after a breakup, a few bumps, and the fact that she had a boyfriend would mean that she didn't care for the idiot whatsoever. But now she actually wanted to know hoe he was doing and what was up. Was like even an option or should the blonde be concerned that some weird human being out there actually loved her brother. For a moment she felt almost envious of him because he may actually have someone that cares about him and may actually love him for something more than a failure or a tool to get something out of. But then she remembered that she didn't know the whole story and from what she knew Trilby was still with her old boyfriend and was way happier without Xavier Snow. Gabrielle was tempted to tell the French girl that she should just go see him herself but at the moment Gabrielle didn't know if that was a good idea nor where her brother was at right now. She could only guess that he was either partying, practicing, with Noah, with Vincent, or asleep. The last one seemed really likely at this time of day day but she couldn't sure, after all he did crash at her house a lot but she didn't always see him around.

"Er...M-me? Serious about someone? Hehe now what would make you think that?" Gabrielle was lying through her teeth and it was painfully obvious too, even Trilby could probably pick up on it if she wanted to try and see it. It showed the blonde's face so easily because she looked worried and nervous about the subject. Yeah she did like Colton but she wasn't sure if it was alright to let herself feel that way about him or anyone, her mother always told her that love was for those who couldn't stand to be alone. For those who were weak enough to believe that it existed out there. Besides he probably didn't care about her much anyways so she figured they were even.

The question was asked and before she had time to guard herself against it, Trilby glanced up sadly at his sister.
"I never stopped ... " she sighed, knowing now where this conversation had to go and would no longer halt its progress. Perhaps unloading her heart once and for all might help her to live instead of just existing without him.
"I broke up with Sebastian because ... well, because I love Xavier. I have never stopped loving him but I ruined everything and now I live with the consequences."
The words spoken in the cold light of day did not seem as difficult to hear as she thought they would be, in fact it felt almost like a relief to utter them at last and as Gabrielle herself tried to fob off her own feelings that were clear as the sunlight on her face, Trilby reached out and touched her hand lightly.

"Because you glow with love" she told her, "so much so, I am jealous of you." Her eyes had filled with unshed tears yet she smiled for the older girl, "don't let him go. Don't be foolish as I was. Love does not come around often, hold fast to it ... to him."
She stood up slowly once again, knowing it was definitely time for her to leave now.

Gabrielle couldn't believe that she was hearing this come from Trilby's mouth, her mouth continued to drop as her sky blue eyes stared at Trilby like she had grown a fourth head or something. It seemed like everyone was making sense by this point and now she was actually feeling bad for the both of them. Trilby had lost her boyfriend and Xavier was still moping over her when he should have moved on. "Trilby, I think you need to talk to my brother sometime. Even if you two are getting along and your afraid it'll wreck things. I think maybe you could help him get some sense knocked into himself." Gabrielle offered her softly. She wasn't sure how else either of them could fix it because she had pushed him away enough to where no one could be sure if Xavier would be accepting of her or not. He was always a little tricky to figure out and his heart was obviously broken to the point of needing some serious mending. Gabrielle wasn't even sure if he was aware about Trilby and her boyfriend breaking up. She did feel bad though, now that she sort of knew what having feelings was like she didn't ever want to experience that feeling. Would it be worse than those stupid butterflies that always wanted to make her throw up though?

"Well..yeah I like someone. But..I don't know if we would ever get into a relationship or anything, to be honest I sort of hate that sicky love feeling." Well she hated and loved it at the same time. It was wonderful but enough to drive her crazy at the same time. Gabrielle stood up with Trilby and tried to cover up her burning face. Thankfully she had left out the times they had slept together and everything. That would probably pose some questions and god only knows what would happen if she ended up telling Xavier or something.

Trilby smiled at her and shook her head slowly, she would love nothing more than to speak with Xavier, to see him if only for a short while but knew it would not do either of them any good. Yet the temptation was strong, would she make a difference in his life if she were to speak to him? No... she didn't belief for a second she would. She had hurt him enough and could not bare to hurt him again but he was over her, so perhaps speaking with him would do no harm to anyone but herself. With a soft sigh she held her bag close to her as she glanced down the street.
"If ever I see him then yes, I will speak with him" she told Gabrielle knowing that the chances of the two running into one another were slim at best.

Placing a hand gently on the older girls shoulder she smiled again.
"I'm sorry we never became friends, I think we really could have been" Gabrielle's comment on relationships made her smile even more as if she were a veteran at this point. Loved and lost time and again and yet she would champion love a million times over rather than have anyone give up on it. Trilby marveled that she could give advice but not heed to it herself.
"For some it's natural to hate it, to fight against it but it only makes the feelings stronger in the end. Just ... go with your heart Gabrielle" she moved aside setting some money on the table before she turned to go,"have a good life Gabrielle."

She truly did not think she would ever see the young woman again but did wish her the very best with the love she had found, no matter how much she seemed intent on despising it. As she walked away down the street, it was not long before her thoughts left the blonde haired girl at the cafe and turned to the brother, Xavier and stayed with him for a very long time afterwards.
