DADA: Lower Years Policy​

General Guidelines and Rules:

1. Listen and respect the professor and your peers.
2. Plagiarism will not be tolerated, including that of your own alternative character in a previous year.
3. Board rules apply in the class.
4. Missed a lesson? Lessons will remain open until the exams begin.
5. Feel free to send me a PM if you have any questions.

Grading and Credit:

1. Do not plagiarize or use AI for any part of your lesson, or you will receive an automatic T.
2. There is no specific minimum word count provided you do the actions ask of you. That being said, lessons under 5 words are not acceptable. Do not take advantage of this rule. A short paragraph or a few sentences is fine.
3. Additional Credit = 10 House Points
4. Substantial Credit = 20 House Points
5. All other credits are specified in the lesson text.

IC Classroom Interactions:

1. In Professor Adler's classroom, there are a number of training dummies and a set of drawers that include personal items students may need on a day to day basis. Students are welcome to come in and use these at their leisure without waiting for the professor to be there. For more information on Geo's classroom and what's included, please visit her office where there is a map.
2. Professor Adler is very open about where students sit, and if they want to chat amongst themselves. It's a light hearted room although when Professor Adler is speaking, please pay attention.
3. Professor Adler is very point heavy, both inside and outside the classroom. She will punish students who misbehave, but she will also reward those when she witnesses them doing something admirable.
