[Transfiguration lesson 3]

Aroha reached the second floor, hearing Justin follow along behind her. She clutched the cage in her left hand, and clasped her right hand near her stomach. With a sigh, she looked about and (true to her house) saw an empty classroom. "In here!" she smiled, pulling open the door. The last time she'd gone abandoned-room hunting, Aroha was with Mikkie. She wondered if he'd care that she chose Justin to do the lesson with? Oh well, Aroha hadn't spotted him in the classroom anyway.

"So... you wanna go first, or will I?" To be completely honest, Aroha was more than a litle apprehensive. She opened the cage to give the rat a fuss before they magicked it, not one to be cruel to innocent animals. "Actually I'd prefer it if you went first." she continued, Justin was a Ravenclaw, right? So he should have no trouble.

Justin rolled his eyes as she asked him to go first, with the practicing. He hadn't tried this spell, before now, and he didn't know whether or not he would be able to pull it off straight away. Justin really didn't care what happened to the mouse, he wasn't a fan of animals, really. Though, he knew he would have to be careful here. He really didn't want to have to be chasing a Mouse around the castle for most of the afternoon. He sighed, and drew his wand. "Just don't let it get away." He said.

Justin pointed his wand at the Mouse, and smiled. Justin was confident when it came to magic, and he hadn't failed a spell yet. He just hoped that he would be able to pull it off first try. Justin shrugged, and smiled at Aroha. "Well, this should be fun." Justin said, shrugging slightly. "Cuniculus." He said, watching the mouse carefully. Where the Rat had been a few moments ago, now stood a rather fluffy Rabbit. "Simple enough. Your turn." Justin said, chuckling.

When Justin managed the spell first time, Aroha could have gotten a book and hit herself over the head with it. Now what, she probably couldn't do that! Looking in disbelief at the once-rat-now-rabbit, she quickly magicked it back into a rat before trying herself. "C-cuniculus." The poor rat squeaked and grew a lot of fluff, but by no means had been Transfigured into a rabbit. "Sorry.. rat." she said, screwing up her nose. "Finite." The fluffball quivered and shrunk, and Aroha raised her wand again.

"Cuniculus." the rat now appeared to be.. a bunny. Aroha chuckled and looked up at Justin. "That was what was meant to happen, right?" she asked, a little uncertainly.
