When Milena woke up earlier then normal, it's been her first sleep after a month. She could feel her four-poster bed with the closed green curtain. She then opened the curtains and slip out her bed. She looked around at her fellow Slytherin girls who were sound asleep. Walking across the room to bathroom, she grabs her bathroom bag that sat on her trunk. The blonde then slips into one of the showers at the far end of the bathroom. Turning on the warm water she thinks of the day. About fifteen minutes later she slips back out of the shower area fully dressed in plain blue long sleeve shirt, black knee-length skirt with black tights, plain black boots. She went brush her teeth trying to figure out how she should do her hair this time. Milena spit out the toothpaste and sat down the toothbrush. Picking up her comb to make sure she didn't have any notes. "Maybe I should go with no braids and just put it in a bun but put my flower clips in. she thought. Then at the last minute she split her hair into two and just braided it.

Looking into the bathroom mirror, leaning slightly over the white marble sink that stuck out from the wall, she regarded her appearance and almost had a heart attack when she found a handprint on her face. "Oh yea that's right I sleep on my side," she thought has she clip her hair back with roses like clips to her hair just in front of her ears. Dropping her bathroom bag off and picking up her backpack, along with her broom with her. She walks quickly out of dorm with her backpack on. Milena then hurries to the Great hall from one of the many stairways Speeding downward quickly. She couldn't hear the noise of those in the great hall as she got off.Sliding into the Slytherin table Milena took an apple from the table and somehow she tries to find semi-vegetarian foods. She didn't know if her stomach could handle meat again. She wasn't a big meat eater anyway.

After she ate Milena slip outside and walked toward the quidditch pitch. Dropping her bag. Milena kick off and rose into the air with her broom. Calmly she rose higher into the air and took off into the air. The quidditch pitch had always been her thinking place, her secret escape. When things got too much, the rickety stands came as a comfort. She could almost recollect the screams of spectators, shouting her name as she swooped across the field.

The day wasn't really supposed to go like this, actually. Artemis wasn't in the mood to do her essay for Herbology that morning just after she woke up. Of course she wouldn't, since she just go up. But the plan was something like this; Wake up, brush teeth, then do essay. After homework, go to the Great Hall to eat breakfast. Precisely like that. Instead, Artemis got up from her bed then headed straight to the bathroom only to find out it was already occupied by somebody because it was locked. Who in the world would use the bathroom that time in the morning? Artemis thought groggily. She raised her fist and knocked three times. "Could I have my turn now?" Artemis irritatingly asked. She wasn't a morning person after all, so excuse her for being a hot head. No one replied after that, so Artemis bitterly thought that there was the person who was in there had the water full on. Artemis rubbed the sleep out of her eyes and just went to the nearby mirror across the room. The mirror showed her a scowling twin of hers, with sleepy eyes and ridiculously messy hair. The reflection scowled even more when she saw herself. She heard the snores of her other room mates while checking herself out. Few minutes later, the unfortunate girl walked out of the bathroom. Artemis gave her an irritated look and wanted to call after her. But since the sleepiness still fogged her senses, she just frowned at her and walked straight into the restroom.

She stepped out of the bathroom, refreshed from all the dirt that was stuck to her body, she put on her bathrobe then walked to her trunk. She picked up a pair of jeans, a cool blouse then put her robe on it. Once she was done, she headed straight to the Great Hall. The corridors seemed to be quiet and empty that time so Artemis just walked calmly on her way to the Slytherin table. Usually, it was a riot just going to the Great Hall because people were greeting the old usual good mornings and hellos to one another. Please, they see each other almost everyday! She thought. Why not just go to them straightly without saying good morning? Was that rude? I don't think so, suspected Artemis in her mind. The old usual tables were there. Four were present, as always. One for the Lions, one for the Badgers, another one for the Eagles, and of course a table for the Snakes. The Slytherin table was quiet again just like as it is a few days ago. Artemis got a copy of the Daily Prophet and sat down just beside her fellow Slytherins. While reading, an apple caught her attention. She was about to get it, when another fellow house mate of hers got it first. "Shoot." Artemis mumbled. Well, there was later anyways, right? Instead of staring at the other Slytherin, she just got a toast and munched on it while reading the newspaper.

Finished with breakfast? Check. Should she go to the common room? No. Instead of going back down to the dungeons, Artemis just walked her way to the Quidditch Pitch. No one really seemed to bother her while going there, which seemed to lift up her mood. She walked past a group of Hufflepuffs huddled among themselves, giggling. One caught her eye, and just ignored the Slytherin. Artemis wrinkled her nose in return. She never liked giggly girls. They were too girlish in a way that wasn't cool for Arty. She walked faster, and when she reached the Pitch, she took a deep breath. It's been a while since I've visited you again, she spoke as quiet as possible. All she just wanted to do was enjoy the wind while sitting down on the grass, lazing around. But while walking further into the place, she spotted the same girl who just got the apple Artemis wanted to eat a while ago. "Her again." She muttered. Instead of speaking loudly for the girl to hear, Artemis just eyed her, until she would get noticed.

As Milena was up on the air she could feel her whole body loving the air rushing through her. She reached her pocket and got her snitch, though she wasn't sure if she needed to use it today. While circling the pitch the blonde stopped for a moment up in the air to take a look at her snitch, it was her father's it wasn't hers. The Slytherin probably switched the two upon hurrying, it had a small smudge and when Milena rubbed it lightly the dirt came off. It wrote the initial of her father, it was far different from her name at all. The fact that Milena used her mothers name since birth gave her a feel of detachment from her father. As she was too busy staring down at the golden snitch, she noticed a girl eyeing her. Now Milena was used to with this kind of moments where some girl wold look or even glare at her for no reason at all, not that she's aware of. Simply ignoring the girl Milena got her paced and decided to return her fathers snitch inside of her pocket, somewhere safe from the public.

"I guess no game for today." she thought a bit disappointed. Still she was up in the air after all, mind us well enjoy the moment. Milena flew around the corners of the trees, once again circling the whole pitch. Some other students where by now awake and some where too busy enjoying their breakfast. Being the seeker of the team made her feel sensational, though it was quite sad she wasn't able to attend the last game due to her personal reasons. That reason was that her mother was home for a few days and needed to see her quickly, only to find out she got a present from an unknown person. Which only concludes to her father, so all this time he's known their address and just now when she's about to turn sixteen she receives a necklace? Though there was no doubt that it was luxurious and beautiful, it had different crystals on it and stones like jade and emerald made the necklace more extravagant. Milena left the necklace back in her dorm for safe keeping and she wasn't sure if the necklace was bought or maybe stolen, all she was sure of that the necklace belongs to hers, as her name was engraved on in.

The soft breeze that just blew by lifted Artemis's mood. This caused her to sigh deeply when it arrived. This was the first time in a lot of days she experienced the fresh air in her lungs. Well, maybe it was because of the loads of essays given to them every lesson. The more days of her life she spent at Hogwarts, the more she was getting used to it. Thank Merlin she hasn't failed anything yet nor receive detention. It would be chaos if that would ever happen, surely. Artemis tucked a strand of falling hair and walked more into the Pitch. The girl that she eyed a while ago ignored her and continued her flying. Same goes with Artemis. The bleachers were few meters away from her and she walked towards it. Artemis sat just to laze around the castle and show that she was bored. She wanted a conversation. For now, she forgot about the girl who just flying above her since she was thinking on what to do for the rest of the day. Well, the first years of the Slytherin house didn't have classes, so why not enjoy the rest of the day? Weren't there any Quidditch games that she could watch? That's surely a no. The last match that she watched was when SlytherClaw lost. Shame, she thought. She expected them to win since they needed more house points and they also wanted to win since they were the Slytherin House. They will do anything to get their way. Well, at least that's what the description meant. Artemis clicked her tongue and faced the broom cupboard.

Another thing, why were first years allowed to have a broom in their possession? That was just unfair, Artemis thought. The last time they went to Diagon Alley, her father didn't permit her to buy a broom. It wasn't because it was expensive [since they could afford it anyways] but because it was against the rules. Pfft, rules, Artemis scoffed. They were just suggestive behavioral guidelines, right? Not that they should follow it Artemis's opinion. But that's what it suggest for your behavior. Artemis recalled a memory with her sister having fun without knowing that they were breaking the rule already. But since Artemis's cleverness still branched out for being an expert with excuses, they escaped the problem they started which was a piece of cake. Artemis chuckled at the memory and resumed looking around the Quidditch Field. The Pitch was wide and had bleachers that were circling around the whole field. Those were reserved for the audience that watched whenever there was a game in Quidditch. Artemis looked at the bleacher where she used to sit down in the last match of SlytherClaw versus GryffinPuff. It was on the topmost part of the Slytherin bleachers. The witch looked around when she again spotted the blonde girl who she just eyed a couple of minutes ago. She was flying around the air, still going in circles.

Artemis saw her, flying around the whole pitch. The girl's speed was fit for a position on whatever house she belonged. "She should definitely try out." Artemis murmured. When she flew a little nearer to Artemis yelled for her to hear. "Where'd you get the moves!" She asked but more like yelling in a cool manner which was a little vague for the other person to understand.

Milena kept her speed, faster and faster with each turn as if she was in a real Quidditch game. Ignoring the people around her who possibly was staring at the blonde, though she felt someone was looking at her strangely Milena still ignored the person. Upon flying for circling she decided to fly high and low for quite some time and when she was near a bench where another student was looking at her before she heard something. The Slytherin indulged the words and thought it was unusual to yell something like that especially within the public place of the school. There was nothing wrong about answering the strangers questions, so Milena then flew once again in the same direction and said "It's in my genes." It was the truth after all, Milena's father was indeed a great player after all. Her mother would tell stories about her father when she just a toddler.

Even though it breaks her heart to know that all her life she was living a lie, she was still glad to be able to know that her father was alive after all this years. Milena smirked at the girl then flew away going upward with the direction of the wind West. Then she felt she wanted to let go of the broom, so the blonde decided to let go of her grip and just tuck tightly her legs and feet for protection. She loved doing that even as a kid, her mother would always scold her for doing so. Still it made her feel free and as if she was flying on her own.

Then suddenly she decided to stop for a while and let her eyes rest, it was a great moment for her. How she love to do that every single day that at times she misses her classes. Curios, Milena glanced over the girl that asked her a while back she recognized her to be perhaps a first year, as some students understood why she was out here most of the time, after all she was the Seeker of their Slytherin team. With that position some people tried to respect her and being the co-leader of the Dark Elites was a plus, which made her remember Lykke, How was she as the last thing she heard was that she transferred into Durmstrang to practice Dark Magic. Still how she wish to turn back time and get to know her further on, and then there was Hayley who seems to think of her as a competition when in fact Milena didn't wanted to have any misunderstanding with the third of fourth year.

Artemis straightened her spine for her not to look clueless with her manners. It would fix up her spine to make it straight. She also crossed her legs elegantly after doing this while still observing the girl flying around. Her legs were long so it was easy and not a problem. The other girl was flying with moves just needed for their house team for them to win just like it should be in the last match of GryffinPuff and SlytherClaw. Somehow, maybe she could beat the other team if she was just chosen to be the seeker and would award them 150 points. Who the hell was the seeker of their team that time? Artemis didn't know if it was a Slytherin but if she or he was, that would really be a disappointment. That person must have had a discussion with Professor Styx after the game., she wondered. Artemis saw the blonde witch fly in her direction and say something that was good enough for her to hear. The girl smirked at her and flew upwards and Artemis looked at her direction to say something back. "Impressive." She said also with a smirk on her pink lips knowing that she could belong in the same house as hers.

Quidditch would probably be part of the young Slytherin's [Artemis] priorities. Whenever the Quidditch games are about to be announced, she will be sure be one of the first people. Maybe in the top thirty five people in the list. Damn the people who just dislike the sport because of the murmurs about people getting hurt. It's part of the game, so why can't they understand that? Really, eternal damnation. Her thoughts went back to the previous game of SlytherClaw versus GrffynPuff. All the moves that they have done just to save their team were entirely useless after they realized the snitch was caught. The crowd that belonged to the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff erupted into a cheer when the snitch was in their chosen seeker's hands, whoever that damn person was. Their faces were radiant since they won against Slytherin and Ravenclaw. Artemis thought they had a plan! A plan, for Merlin's sake. But it seems like even the wittiest house in Hogwarts could not beat Gryffindor. Shame.

It wasn't that Artemis had a grudge on the seeker of their team. It was just so disappointing to all of them maybe most of all to their head of house. She didn't know, honestly. Maybe he wasn't really a big fan of Quidditch. But again, Slytherins will do anything to win. And whenever they lose, some would surely be ashamed. Artemis learned this ever since she was sorted with the Snakes. Good thing that the hat picked that house because with almost everyone she has met in her own house, she gets along with. Especially when an enemy is present and you have your peers to fight with against them. Artemis averted her eyes to a nearby tree, watching it as it danced with the wind without knowing that the other witch was looking at her direction.

The girl was obviously a good person somehow, she wasn't irritating at all. Her one word made her quite interesting for Milena, unlike the other b!tches who would talk and talk some would even gossip. She kept her pace and continued on to train herself, flying faster and faster with each turn. The rush of the wind on her face felt amazing like always, she remembered the time she hated heights and was afraid to fly with only a broom. The day she thought she met her dad, it was when she fell on a five story building as the handle of the veranda broke as it was rusty. Milena on the other hand fell and thought she was going to die as she was alone that time, that was until a mysterious man caught her. Was that even possible, by the speed she was on it was impossible for a man to catch her. Unless he was a talented seeker like her who could do anything with speed.

It made a conclusion to her head that somehow the man knew her, and days after wondering Milena ended up thinking it was her own father. After all no one knew where Milena was during that time, did her father tracked her or was he watching her the whole time she was alive. If ever her imaginations were too, then it means her father was alive and was still with her..always. Milena shook her head and continued to fly faster and faster. She was trying to check every week if her speed was getting better, she wanted to be ready with the next match if ever. As she wasn't there at that time, due to personal reasons that is.

Milena stopped for a while leaving herself floating on thin air, she could feel her stomach grumble. It was obvious that she needed food as she was now hungry. "Just a couple more minutes." she whispered to herself and continued to fly around the witch once more. She was used to not having any sleeps, she could probably handle her hungry stomach for a couple of minutes. then she wondered if the girl a while who was looking at her was still there. Glancing down, she saw the girl still sitting on the bench Milena gave a warm smile at her even though she wasn't looking at her direction. The blonde then circled the pitch for her last lap up on the air, she was getting sweaty after all.
