It really depends the story you've got going with your particular member. I may not be the greatest help as I don't know which topics you can see. As you are out of school basically anything that's not in the school: All around the wizarding world, shopping centers or you could arrange with another character in school to receive an owl from you and RP sending letters back and forth.
