LOOKING DEEPER
History: Charlotte Williams was a young and naïve Healer in Training at St Mungo's, and Derrick Elliott was a up and coming Professional Quidditch player who had gotten knocked off his broom by a bludger. It was love at first sight, the two soon started their relationship, Charlotte making sure to attend all of Derrick's Quidditch games and Derrick, in turn, showing up for her late shifts with snacks and coffee. Having children so young was never the plan, but the two were overjoyed when they heard the news, eloping soon afterward so their child was born into a happy marriage.
Along came Conan, born on the fourth of April to two happy parents. And, soon after him, two more children followed soon after and nothing could be better. But, of course, not everything was built to last.
Derrick was the one to make the move, deciding that he wanted to further his own Quidditch career and his family were holding him back. So, he divorced Charlotte, left his children and left home and never looked back. Charlotte was heartbroken, but decided that she wasn't going to sit around moping about it. She had three children to raise and wanted a fresh start, so she decided to move to Dunedin in hopes that they could move on. Fast forward to the present and the family is still in Dunedin, Charlotte going back to her Healer origins now the kids are getting older and Conan getting ready for his first year of Hogwarts.
Personality: Conan is an incredibly bright and happy person, always smiling and going out of his way to try and make friends with any many people as he possibly can. He's also an active boy, constantly running around with boundless energy and more than ready to kick a football around with anyone who will give him the time of day. But his best trait has always been his kind heart, willing to go out of his way to help someone else if they need it or to try and cheer someone up when they're having a particularly bad day. He's the sort of person to take the blame for something he didn't even do if it meant someone he cared about would get off the hook, which has landed him in trouble in the past.
