Open Competition or Friend?

Amy had managed not to lose the card for Zuries she had received from a customer a little while ago, and she couldn't help being curious. She had always loved prank stores, which was why she had ended up running one, but ever since taking over Gambol and Jape's she hadn't really visited any other stores. It surely couldn't hurt to see what the competition was up to, though she also didn't feel like that was completely fair. There had to be room in the wizarding world for more than one prank store, as long as there were plenty of fun and creative people who wanted to use the products. Amy had apparated to a street near the store, and now found herself in front of it. She smiled as she headed inside, fully expecting to find the man who had given her the cad inside. She was fairly sure he at least worked here, but he could also very well be one of the owners he had mentioned so much. Amy was curious to see what the store would be like, and looked forward to buying a few things she could use on her unsuspecting brother or niece.

Desislav had been pretty busy telling his best friend, Finn, a story about testing one of their new products on his stepdad. The man didn't always get that this was his job, but he was pretty supportive anyway and always willing to be a tester. Hearing the jangle of bells they'd attached to the door, the guy kept his legs on the desk they'd been on. He was in the back room, their testing space so he didn't have to worry about seeming unprofessional and this was a prank shop anyway. "Your turn to help the customer" he drawled, further emphasizing that he did not plan to move by putting his hands behind his head.

 

[Finn Urie]

Finn chuckled at Desi's story, the dude made him laugh all the time. Except for now, when he saw his arms go behind his head after telling him to go help the customer. Finn scowled at his friend, hoping that this customer already knew what they wanted. Finn knew that their stuff was good, but it was hard to try and sell something when not even the customer knew what they wanted, and Finn often wanted to show their pranks to the customer by using it on them...which didn't always go down well. Heading to the front of the store, Finn put on his best smile as he approached the lady. "How you 'going today miss?"

Amy looked around the store for a little while, interested to see what sort of products they had that were different from hers. When she heard someone approach, she turned and gave the man a bright smile. She had half expected the blond guy from the store to be here, but she supposed her hunch could be wrong. Or maybe he just had a day off. "Hi! Pretty good!" She said with a grin. "You seem to have a lot of different things. I heard something about glowing chocolate?" She hadn't spotted that yet, and was curious about it.
